I stayed at B and B Suits, a simple hotel located not far from the beach, which is a definite plus. The room was clean and had a nice balcony, adding a bit of charm to the stay.
However, there were some drawbacks. The room lacked a fridge, a built-in hairdryer, and a kettle, which would have been convenient. The breakfast was quite basic, consisting only of coffee and some pastries, so don’t expect much variety there.
Overall, it’s a modest hotel, perfectly fine for a short stay or just a place to crash for the night. Nothing fancy, but it gets the job done."

"Ha sido fantástico, un hotel precioso, la piscina perfecta, muy tranquilo, la ubicación inmejorable y las chicas de recepción encantadoras, Rakel e Isabelle. El bufet buenísimo tanto la cena como el desayuno, es un hotel para repetir una y mil veces. Por poner una pega, la habitación tenía cortina de ducha y era al ras de suelo con que se llenaba el aseo de agua y había que tirar toallas al suelo para no resbalar. Pero es mi hotel del futuro. También nos dieron una botella de agua grande y fresquita a la salida. De 10 todo."

"Made a last minute booking to Santa Faz, my flight was delayed meaning I didn’t arrive until around 1am. The hotel stood awaiting my arrival, very friendly, smooth and quick booking in process.
The rooms are simple but clean, comfortable and ideal for a place for travelling.
Of course, it’s not a 5* hotel, so don’t expect luxury, but as the cheaper hotels go, it was comfy, clean and did what was expected!"

"The hotel is excellent, just on the edge of the old town so it's easy to get to great restaurants and shops plus the beach is less than 5 minutes away, but it also has a solarium on the roof for unhindered sun bathing and a large private pool area above the restaurant to the side of the hotel. All the staff were really friendly and helpful and we were well looked after at the pool area by Mai, who couldn't have been more fun or nicer, which really made the holiday shine. They have laundry service and the rooms are air conditioned with a walk in shower plus all the handy personal stuff such as shower gel, shampoo, soap, shoe shine, hairdryer and even a comb provided, with a safe to rent (cheaply) if you want it. The wardrobe had about 12 hangers which is far more than we usually see, so in all you have most of everything you need, and there is a large supermarket situated to the side of the hotel for everything else.
This was our second visit and will stay there again."

"Like all rental Apartments, ours, number 3B was what you make of it. It is located in Vigo off Calle Santander. It's a reasonable walk down to Avenida Armarda de Espania, which is the main Road into the Town Centre, just turn left. To our right after a short walk is the local store. If you continue uphill you will come to a major supermarket . The Apartment is spacious but an extra shelf would be handy. The washing machine in the Apartment was useful."

"A great value hotel in an area that is close enough to everything Benidorm has to offer but is far enough out of the Hussle and bussel to ensure you get a good night's sleep.
The swimming pool isn't very big for the number of guest rooms but it is only a ten minute walk to the beach.

AANUSSARAWoww!! This hotel is a 11/10. We spent so much time looking for a stay in Benidorm. The location is 2 mins walk to old town and quiet area. The room was spacious. The check-in staff was super friendly and nice. We felt really welcome there. The pool is big but it was cold as it was 15 degree so we did not get to use it. The rooftop bar was amazing with sunset view.
The breakfast got load of choices. A lot juice and fruit. Meat and cheeses. There was English Breakfast too. Many sweets if you are a sweet tooth.
I am 100% recommended this hotel

PPengguna TetamuRooms are a little dated but You get a free safe in the rooms, saves you messing about with leaving a deposit at reception which most hotels do. You have to keep your door pass with you at all times because you won’t be able to use the lift or access the pool area. we was on the second floor so we didn’t need to use the lift. The breakfast was really nice, the evening meals was themed nights but there was something for everyone Always sunbeds available. We was lucky enough to get a pool view that we didn’t ask for so that was a bonus. Close to the ***** and beach. Would recommend.

BBen2099Great little hotel right on the beach front next to shopping street. Great views from the balcony overlooking the sea and palm trees. Was a great place to stay and good value. Had breakfast at cafes nearby as I prefer that than in the dining room indoors (doesn’t have outdoor seating) especially as it’s all so close or just sitting with my own food on the lovely sunny balcony.

PPengguna TetamuStayed end of August with my mum and my sister for a few nights. First impressions the hotel is impressive, one of the nicest looking in the area. Location is good, close enough to the beach and ***** without being on top of it.
The grounds and the pools are very nice - however pools are not heated! So even in Aug it was hard to get in!
The buffet restaurant is what you’d expect. Breakfast was good, especially the fresh bacon! Evening meals were a bit repetitive and food was lukewarm. Buffet staff were a mixed bunch. Some happy and friendly… others really don’t want to be there.
Bar staff at pool bar were always friendly. Be warned if you’re not on all inclusive the drinks at the bar are expensive. Around €24 for two vodka and cokes.
If you manage to get a cheap deal… give it a go!

TTJ55Terrible stay. The noise levels were impossible to cope with.
Fully aware it was new years eve but when the hotel bar is blasting music outside at 3 o'clock in the afternoon with obviously no consideration for the rooms directly above. The only reaction from reception was a shrug of the shoulders. Late night revellers is one thing but this establishment needs to decide whether they are actually a hotel or disco tech.
We left a day early.

PPengguna TetamuBooked the hotel for a flying visit to surprise my Mam for her birthday. Didn't need luxury, just decent room, a shower and a bed.
On arrival, we noticed the 'slight' hill to get to the property from the main road and thought ”worse case scenario -TAXI”
Reception staff were fantastic each time we chatted to them. Checking in - we were told the room wasn't ready even though it was 2 hours prior to check in time and was told they would give us a call to let us know when it's ready. We returned a few hours later after food and drinks and was given our key. A deposit was requested of £150 but would be refunded on check out if everything was in order. We even got given an iron to use if needed.
Room was nice and big, could sleep 6 people (4 single beds and a double sofa bed)
Air con was lovely and cool, Fridge freezer and microwave all worked. Only downside was there was no hangers but when we checked out, the reception staff apologised and noted this in order for the next occupants.
Check out was fast and pleasant with check out time 12pm which was a bonus.
We were very happy with the hotel, staff and value for money.
I would recommend and return again.

Cocina equipada con lo justito,la verdad pudimos apañarmos.Dos camas de 90 unidas hacían de cama de matrimonio.Estubimos en piso 13 y las vistas espectaculares,lo que más me gustó fue la terraza,con barandilla de cristal.La ubicación está bien,fuera del bullicio,pero cerca de todo.En una colina,vistas a ella , la ciudad y el Mar.
Puedes hacer uso de las instalaciones y actividades del hotel que hay a la vuelta de la esquina.Piscina climatizada,sauna gimnasio,animación.Los recepcionistas muy amables,nos solucionaron un problema con la reserva.
Si vienes en verano ,los apartamentos tienen piscinas abajo con zona de solarium.En general está muy bien.
El edificio llega a la planta 33,se ve desde cualquier punto de Benidorm,muy alto.Hayaquinas expendedoras con agua y comida.

SSusy CollHemos pasado un fin de semana estupendo en este hotel y por supuesto, en Benidorm. Aunque ya lo conocíamos, nunca deja de sorprendernos. El hotel muy agradable, aunque nos hubiera gustado estar en una planta más alta y con mejores vistas. A ver si la próxima vez lo conseguimos, ya que me gustaría volver. El buffet del desayuno nos ha parecido muy variado y abundante. En fin, una estancia con todo lo esperado y más.

It was a shame they didn’t offer tea and coffee in the room and we had to ask for a kettle. We got the kettle but were offered no cups. We noticed that using the dis and indoor pool incurred extra costs as did having tea/coffee service in our room.
The room was a great size and fab balcony on 15th floor with secure access to lifts and rooms using cards. Extra charge for room safe too was unexpected. Not much in way of entertainment and we didn’t use the bar or cafeteria as there were more interesting places around the resort nearby.
