"The check-in and check-out process was so pleasant and fast. I truly enjoyed the breakfast spread. So hearty and wholesome. The view and the location of this hotel is excellent as it is nearby to all the attractions. I even walked to the Arctic Cathedral along the bridge but most of all I got a free room upgrade to the Presidential Suite with the most amazing view and space. Thank you for making my stay in Tromsø phenomenal!"

"Great location, near the bus express to airport. Room is spacious and clean, easy amenities at the lobby for hot water and deli snacks. Staff are friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!"

"My husband and I booked a Superior King Plus room (which is supposed to have sea views) for 4 nights. We checked in late and were given a room on the 6th floor which looked out onto a main road and a petrol station. This room also had rubbish and a dirty sock in the bin. The staff were helpful and changed us to another room on the 10th floor from the second night, which had better views but a bad smell. Luckily we could get rid of it by opening the windows for some time. On our last morning, the hotel had a blackout and we got stuck in the lift with a flight to catch. The hotel is also a bit further from the town centre than other hotels. Having said that, the service of the reception staff was mostly very good and somewhat made up for the not-so-good parts."

"Nice, simple hotel with double bed, a small desk and closet bathroom but for the price, it was good enough for one night. Close distance away from Port, shopping mall, and tourist information as well as the Airport. The man at the desk was very helpful getting us in to another room when the TV didn't work."

"Very convenient for backpackers to cook and wash freely. Best if they can provide slippers at the door so that the dust or dirt will not make the floor dirty, like Japanese style. A shared toilet or a place with a mirror can provide hair dryer will be great."

"It's unfortunate that I couldn't travel and stay here due to the unrest in the Middle East, and then was further burdened by the (uncompassionate) conditions. I understand it's not your responsibility, but... I have to pay for everything even though I didn't even depart from the airport."

"Just 3 mins drive from the airport. There's a mall walkable around 7-8 mins and there's public bus to the city centre. Parking lots available and chargeable. They have a common area at the top of the hotel with great view. Guest can use the common area to do own stuff - reading, working, playing board games and there's free coffee and water. If lucky, you can watch aurora from the roof."

"The atmosphere was lively and very festive. The staff were incredibly polite and attentive and the stay felt very luxurious. The room was also clean and spacious, although the positioning of the hanging lamps was a bit awkward and I sometimes found my shoulder hitting one when getting into and out of bed. The shower was also very large and decent water pressure and temperature control. The breakfast was amazing! Many options and very delicious! The view from the room was spectacular and the staff accommodated my request for a higher room. The only downsides were the laundry service is incredibly expensive, which was shocking as the hotel I had started in prior to this one did it for free. Also, room cleaning did not come to room one day and I had to make two requests to the front desk to get a fresh towel. It took quite a long time, but eventually did get me a new towel in the evening. The staff apologized profusely for the inconvenience. Overall, the stay was amazing. とてもにぎやかで、お祭りのような雰囲気でした。スタッフの対応は非常に丁寧で行き届いており、滞在全体がとてもラグジュアリーに感じられました。客室も清潔で広々としていましたが、吊り下げ式の照明の位置が少し微妙で、ベッドに出入りする際に肩が当たってしまうことが何度かありました。 シャワーもとても広く、水圧や温度調整もしっかりしていて快適でした。 朝食は素晴らしかったです。種類が豊富で、どれもとても美味しかったです。 客室からの眺めも圧巻で、高層階の部屋を希望したところ、その要望にも快く対応していただけました。 唯一のマイナス点は、ランドリーサービスが非常に高額だったことです。直前に宿泊していたホテルでは無料だったため、正直かなり驚きました。また、ある日は客室清掃が入らず、新しいタオルをもらうためにフロントに2回お願いする必要がありました。少し時間はかかりましたが、最終的には夕方に新しいタオルを届けてもらえました。その際、スタッフの方からは大変丁寧にお詫びがありました。 総合的には、とても素晴らしい滞在でした。"

"딱 3성급 호텔 정도인 것 같습니다. 아침 제공되고(퀄리티는 그저 그럼), 비누/샴푸/수건/드라이건 제공입니다! 아침식사하는 곳에서 오후에는 차나 커피, 과자 먹을 수 있고 저녁쯤에는 와플도 구워먹을 수 있어요. 걸어서 5분도 안 되는 거리에 시내가 있어서 돌아다니기 정말 편했습니다! 근데 침대 옆에 콘센트가 없어서 조금 불편했어요. 냉장고도 없으니까 참고하세요! 잘 묵었습니다."

"地理位置很好，周圍超市、咖啡館很多，交通便利（離郵輪碼頭很近，周圍公交車也很多，機場來回也很方便）。廚房設備很全，炊具餐具、烤箱、微波爐、膠囊咖啡機一應俱全。員工很友好，行李很存放方便。"
