Hotel dengan WiFi di Bangkok

I like the hotel location because is very convenient. Very near to BTS and nearby got a few nice restaurants and nice massage shop.

Place ok. Just stayed there for a few hours in the morning after a long trip. However, I’ve never experienced such a low quality in service from the hotel staff at the reception. I arrived in the early morning with a private driver (clearly noticeable that I am certain about this place) and got instantly rejected with the words “no rooms”. When I said I booked already a room, he further didn’t listen and just repeated “no room, no rooms. You need to leave.” This was more than rude. When I showed him my booking confirmation, he looked at it without reading, took out google translate and tells again “no room, you need to leave”. I emphasized to look at the booking and then he suddenly was friendly. My girlfriend was already in the room as she arrived before from another place. I told the receptionist then to please give me a key card so that I don’t have to wake her up. He said, I should knock on the door. I emphasized that she is sleeping and should not be woken up. As if he has no brain at all, he turned around, picked up the phone and called the room to wake my girlfriend up. What was going on here? This is the worst trained staff of a “4 star hotel” I’ve ever had. Every Airbnb host or even child without training in hospitality would have more understanding in how to welcome a guest and how to deal with the situation. My girlfriend told me that the staff also didn’t take her luggage to bring it to the room for her. Again: This is an absolute horrific service and the hotel should not call itself any star hotel with such staff. An investment in the training of the staff would be probably better than in renovation. For me absolutely clear that I would not come there again, as I felt zero welcomed as a guest. Better get another hotel. I can highly recommend Parso. 👍🏽👍🏽 top service, top facilities, top rooms and location.

Its prime location near the BTS station makes exploring the city a breeze, whether you’re heading to shopping hubs like Siam Paragon or cultural landmarks. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, though slightly compact. The staff is friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with a smile. Overall, Kritthai Residence delivers excellent value for its price, especially for travelers looking for accessibility and comfort without splurging. Minor improvements in room size or additional facilities could push it to a perfect score.

Very good service and the receptionist is more friendly anything you need they will follow up

Ini adalah hotel yang sangat saya ingat: apabila saya memasuki bilik dan mengikut piawaian 2:00 petang dengan ketat, sekitar jam 13:00, seluruh lobi penuh dengan tetamu yang menunggu untuk mendaftar masuk. Saya terpaksa menunggu selama 15 minit apabila saya turun dari lif pada waktu pagi kerana sekumpulan tetamu persidangan datang. Walaupun begitu, hanya satu daripada dua lif hotel yang beroperasi (lif yang tidak beroperasi tidak mempunyai notis menunjukkan bahawa ia sedang dibaiki). Kawasan sekitar hotel itu lengang dan agak sunyi. Sukar untuk menghubungi teksi. Tetapi bilik hotel itu menarik dan bersih. Disebabkan saya baru berpindah dari Hotel Alice yang lain iaitu 7 hingga 8 minit berjalan kaki dari sini dua hari lepas, saya membandingkan kedua-duanya: harganya sama, saya masih lebih suka tinggal di sana, tetapi saya tidak tahu mengapa rating Ctrip di sana hanya tiga bintang dan tiga bintang. Empat bintang di sini. Kemudahannya hampir sama.

The hotel is located outside the main tourist area but near the metro (about 20 min walk) and even conects to the airport link. Hotel is great for business trips or longer stays. Large rooms with plenty of work space, big bed, balcony, a fridge and kettle. Swimming pool and gym are adjacent to the hotel, plenty of equipment and nice long pool for a proper swim. The hotel has a restaurant and outside are a number of restaurants, a market and shops. Room cleaned daily if you want and certainly value for money.

What once was my “go to” hotel in BKK has really gone downhill. The hotel has had little upkeep and it shows. The service, the smile entering the hotel - that’s gone. Expect a guy playing in the corner on a computer whenever you enter. The shuttle bus is gone. The breakfast is gone. I understand the pandemic hit hotels hard, but other hotels in the area seem to be back to normal service levels. The location and rooms are great, just hopefully the service levels returns as the experience this time was “meh”

This is my 3rd or 4th stay here, so I’m pretty educated about the room funtions and how things work. First when I stepped in, there was no greeting or even smiling at all from the receptionist lady. It was me who even started greeting first by saying “Sawasdee ka. Check in ka.” During check in process, there was 0 word coming from her mouth until when she demonstrated how to use the key card (which I already knew). When I got to the room, I tried every side and direction of the card, it didn’t work. Sometime the light showed red at the door, so I assumed the door battery would probably be low. I went down to front desk in hoping she will get me a new key or send someone to change the door battery. The lady, instead, explained to me again how to use the key. I said that I know how the key should work here cause I have stayed here before. (and I even work at a hotel too!) There was nothing happenned so I went back up to the room and the door still wasn’t open. There was a housekeeper serving the other room on my floor so I asked him to open the room for me. Before leaving he said he will have receptionist get me a new key so I went to rest in the room, waiting for the new key then go out. I was in the room for like 15 min for nothing and couldn’t wait no more as I was hungry and needed to go out. I came down to reception and asked the lady where my new key is. She hustling got me the new key (which I wasn’t sure if it would work) that was hung right next to her. That was very frustrating on how they communicated. I was pissed, to be honest. If they wouldn’t go up on the floor to hand a new key, they could’ve just called as there is a telephone in every freaking room! or just call mobile phone number on registration freaking card! Later on I realized that this is not a 5-star hotel, not 4 or even 3. It’s -1 star hotel, so that was how the service was. The often I stay, I worse service experience I get. I think I’m kind enough to spend my precious time writing this review so the hotel can reflect itself and make some improvements.

Lost my phone on the first night of the trip. Receptionists for both morning and night shift were extremely helpful during the process of retriever. The receptionist on the morning shift helped to call twice every hour till she ended work. While the receptionist on the night shift helped to contact a petrol kiosk within the vicinity of my phone's gps location to seek help from a local to retrieve the phone. Extremely satisfied with the service provided!
