Comfortable bed and good water pressure for shower.

Would be great to have a little birthday surprise planned by hotel because piror to booking I said its for birthday celebration.
Room is clean however even though we booked studio, we didn't enjoy the breakfast. Breakfast place is noisy, queue is long, suggest if hotel can consider using lounge as a choice for breakfast.
Other wise, location is great! Drinks from deckgastro is awesome and room, jacuzzi is clean.

The location is good. However, WiFi does not work in the two rooms I booked. I informed the reception and they said they would send someone to the room to check on the issue. I waited almost an hour and no one came up. I utilized all my data and had to purchase new data during my 3 days 2 nights stay there. WiFi was only working at hotel lobby area.

The hotel was very clean and convenient to many locations. It is also linked to Wetex Parade Shopping Mall where u can easily pick up food or shop around.
Breakfast buffet was good.
Hotel was able to accommodate our last min request for a King Size bed - thank you!
1 setback for my elderly mum was so could not find her way to the lift lobby easily from her room as there wasn't much signage and she could not remember well. We have to go and fetch her most of the time.
Another cons was the room was not sound-proof well - I can hear people talking into the late night and the next morning, hearing people brushing teeth with loud spitting noise!!
Overall, stay was good. Will still want to go back to stay there again.

Hotel was good but did not reply to all my three message to request for storage of luggage earlier . Next to Ipoh parade is a good for food when it is raining.

Booked this hotel thru relatives recommendation.
++From bell boy , conceige, reception, housekeeping, room service , restaurant dining all the staffs are very helpful and smiling. Thumps up for that.
++Location can’t beat easy to get a grab everywhere around ringgit 5. Room aircon able to adjust to 15 degree celcius which is really fantastic with the hot weather. Lift also very fast but don’t like the perfume inside the lift.
-In terms of room, a little bit of troubleshooting with the smart tv channels remote control spoil , the basin water lever, toilet bowl tap water , toilet blind all resolved in an instant.
Thumps up will recommend my friends to come stay here.

Strategic place to stay for a short visit to Ipoh. The bedroom and bathroom are very clean and spacious. Toiletries are well prepared. Complimentary snacks, can drinks, coffee and tea are available. Room comes with filtered water too.. Beds are comfy.
Breakfast have decent spread of food . Rooms are equipped with TV with various channels. Overall a very comfortable stay at WEIL. 👍
