立地最高です！ホテル周辺にごはん屋さんお土産屋さんコンビニ有り、大通りまでもすぐで便利です。５階のカフェテリアは無料で利用でき、ウォーターサーバー、アイスコーヒー、さんぴん茶、シークワーサージュース、おやつにちんすこうあります^_^21時まで利用できるのでダイビングから帰ってきてのログ付けで毎日利用させて貰いました。レンタサイクルは５台ありこちらも無料でした。朝食は洋風メインで旅行中に不足しがちなお野菜もたっぷりで良かったです。グアバとマンゴーのシェイクも美味しかったです。 部屋には小さなベランダがあり、ダイビング器材や水着を干すのに便利でした。４日間の滞在でしたがタオル交換もあり快適に過ごす事ができました。部屋は狭いのでホテルでゆっくり寛ぎたい方にはオススメしません。

数年前にANAコンチネンタルのクラブ棟を利用させてもらい、全てにおいて夢のような滞在をさせて頂きました。
今回は一人旅ということもあり、少々節約してオーシャンウィングへ宿泊させて頂きました。
金額の差があるので、お部屋の中が多少差があっても仕方のない事ですが、スタッフのスキルがこれほど格差があるのはいかがなものでしょうか？
同じANAコンチネンタルホテルですよね？
チェックインの時のスタッフは最悪でした。
とにかく、話がいつも中途半端でハキハキしない。
私が言ったことを復唱しない。結果、予約をお願いした件もとれていなかった。
他のスタッフはもっとスキルがあると思いたいですが、期待して意気揚々と伺っただけにショックは大きかったです。
私も同じサービス業をしております。
お互い、相手の立場に立ってスキルをもっともっと磨いていきましょう。

部屋や、シャワールーム等、とても清潔に管理されていました。
広いリビング、和室で皆んなでサッカーの代表戦を観戦したり、夜はその日の観光やダイビングのことを話したり、ゲストハウスならではの体験が楽しかったです。
スタッフもすごく気さくな人ばかりでしたし、忘れ物をしたのですが、その対応も親切でした。
絶対にまた宿泊したいです。

One disappointment after another. It doesn't have access to the beach, you can't get into the sea, the hotel people tell you as soon as you arrive. The staff leaves a lot to be desired, on more than one occasion, they didn't even answer my son's greeting when he saw them, and he asked why they didn't answer. There are no restaurants for lunch, no cafeteria. They only serve drinks. The breakfast service is very precarious and with little variety. I wanted to ask for cutlery to cut fruit and they denied me saying they didn't have any. (but of course there are cutlery for breakfast, you don't eat with your hands, right?) I had to tell them this so they would go looking for a spoon reluctantly, if they gave me just a spoon. They don't make the room or straighten the sheets, nothing, they give you a 500 yen coupon to spend at the hotel that has nothing to spend it on. They don't even wash the glasses in the room, they leave them as is. Not to mention that they do not change the towels for the pool if you want you have to pay extra for them. The pool is low and in summer the water is hot. I do not recommend it at all if you can go to another do not hesitate. I stay in the new part of the building and it is quite noisy. The footsteps of the people above are heard. I think the only great thing about the hotel is the photographer who took the photos for the website, excellent job. I was really sorry to have stayed here for so many days, it was quite annoying.

ようやく再訪できました。今回は妻の妹家族と共に二家族、七人で三泊四日過ごしました。前回から二年ぐらい経過していますが、清潔でセンスの良いオシャレな空間は健在。快適な時間を過ごすことができて、大満足な旅となりました。改めてもっと長居したい。いや、住みたい。と感じました。 コロナ禍ならではのマスク予備や手指消毒液常備など、心遣いが有り難い感じ。 エントランスの星空写真相変わらずインパクト大。広々としたリビング、ダイニング、オープンキッチン。Villa7716のインスタでチェックしていた通り、設備も更に充実し、清潔に整えられてバッチリでした！。また、宿泊に際して、確認したい点があったため、インスタでDMを送ったところフレンドリーに回答いただけたのでとてもありがたかったです。 前回は曇りばかりで星空が見えなかったのですが、今回は好天に恵まれたこともあり、屋上テラスからきれいに星空がみえ、都会の空ではみられない天の川に癒されました。 ポップインアラジンは子供たちに大好評。大人たちが準備に手を取られている間に大きな壁スクリーンにかぶり付いてyoutubeを楽しんでいたので助かりました。 今回、夜の石垣グルメと日中のアクティビティの都合で、お庭でのBBQはお預けとなりましたが、設備一式整っており、炭も施設内で販売していることを確認したので、次の機会には是非BBQもやりたいなと思います。 白保の素敵なVilla7716おすすめします。

ホテルの方がとても親切です。 ホテルの裏にある森のような所から、海に行く近道を教えていただきました。 ゴールデンウィーク後で空いていました。 建物が数棟あり、その中に各部屋があるタイプです。すぐ近くに商店のようなものはなく一番近いコンビニまでは車で20分〜30分位かかります。 ただ食事をするスペースに缶詰やレトルトカレー、レトルトのご飯や簡単なスナック菓子があり、各150円で購入できます。ひと通りの調味料類も揃ってあり、便利です。 とてもリーズナブルな料金です。 また宿泊したいと思えるホテルです。

The weather was not the best when we pulled up in our car but we saw that this hotel would be excellent for a longer stay in the warmer weather. It would be perfect for families. We could imagine how many fantastic memories could be made here. Our room was very spacious and had a beautiful sea view. It had a large bathroom with separate bath and toilet. We played ground golf which we had not heard of before. It was so much fun even for real golfers! We enjoyed the gift shop and purchased the obligatory SPAM bag and some biscuits. The evening buffet dinner was such a surprise . We had a beautiful window table which helped as it was fairly busy. The food was outstanding. The choice and quality and presentation was totally unexpected. We are still talking about it and will do so for a long time. Breakfast was equally as good. Sadly we only had one night here. I am not sure how good the more expensive hotels on the island are but we felt this one was a winner for us.

KKhanRuhulWe received a warm welcome from the hotel upon arrival. The room was clean and beautifully decorated, providing a comfortable space for us to unwind. The staff exhibited exemplary politeness throughout our stay, ensuring a pleasant experience. Additionally, the convenience of having the Ohama bus stop in close proximity to the hotel further enhanced our overall satisfaction. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this hotel in Ishigaki and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

PPengguna Tetamuaround 35-40 mins from the Ishigaki airport and around 10-15 mins drive from the Ishigaki down town. location is good
lives in ocean view twin room. the room is spacious and clean. also close to Ishigaki Bold Kitchen which we have dinner and breakfast there.
Just the BOLD kitchen was too many people in the morning and have to wait for 20-25 mins for table (and you cannot make reservation for breakfast)
the poolssss and other facilities are excellent
for non Japanese speaker , the hotel cannot offer rental car pick up and return at hotel which could be improved. but they allowed me to return the car at hotel which save me some time and cost.
not many staff speak english in the resort so you probably need more time to communicate with the staff if you are non Japanese speaker. thanks to google translate more problem could be solved.

SShamalouNice little hotel. Rooms are converted containers, so actually they were much larger than most other Japanese hotel rooms. Nicely furnished, comfortable bed and nice bathrooms. The rooms also have a nice outdoor space with an outdoor bath and patio. Not the cheapest but not overpriced either, compared to others. It's not really near anything, so ideally you have a car or bike. There are a couple of bus stops nearby, to get into town or to the airport. Facilities are minimal, although they have laundry, so it's better for people who just want a nice room to stay in and can handle everything else by themselves.

TTorstiIt is simply an amazing place to stay. The hotel is small which is what we like. The rooms are very spacious and beautifully decorated. The staff is very friendly and attentive. I am not sure about their English as me and my wife speak Japanese but there was 1 staff that looked Nepali. The room was immaculately cleaned every day. Beautiful empty white sand beach right out the front. Not the best for snorkeling as it’s mostly sand bottom but great to swim and watch the night sky. We had a car which is necessary as it’s 25 minutes drive from the city and we wanted to explore the island anyway. Small but beautiful spa with ocean view on the top floor. Me and my wife will definitely stay in this hotel again.

It’s 6 mins drive to yonehara beach which we highly recommended for safe snorkelling as the waves are none to really gentle , water is so clean and clear , we get to see so many fishes and enjoyed so much . The accommodation host speaks English and he is so sweet , always check up If we are good or need anything . Very comfy stay . We will be back again !

PPengguna Tetamu港、バスターミナル、繁華街どれも近く便利な場所にある。 １階は食堂とカウンター、２階から客室。 ウェルカムドリンク有、ビールも飲める。時間はチェックイン時から２１時まで可能の様で、何杯でも可能かは不明、私たちはビール１杯もらった。 部屋は前回泊った部屋より広めで、造り付けテーブルに椅子２脚。 テーブルには電気スタンド。カラーボックスが置かれそこにカップ等と金庫が。 他の備品としては冷蔵庫に空気清浄機。 ベットの足がマットレスより大きいので、足をぶつける可能性前回と変わらず。要注意！ ハンガーは４本のみ、バゲージラックあるも小さく普通の大きさでもやっと。 アメニティは歯ブラシ部屋に備え付けであったが化粧水等はフロント横から持っていく必要に変わっていた。 風呂・トイレ・洗面台セットのユニットであったが、広さ的にも普通であり問題はないと感じた。 テレビはBS入らず。 ドアカード２枚

RRIE短期·長期どちらの滞在にも適しています。立地は市街地から少し離れていますが、ANAコンチネンタル石垣のすぐ側(徒歩３分)なので、空港からのバスも便利、市街地行きのバスも便利です。また、ANAインターコンチネンタルの夜の花火もバッチリ見え、年明け、元旦花火を楽しみました！
基本的なアメニティはしっかりあり、ベッドもとても良かったです！お風呂の湯船も広く、足をのばせて入れたのも良かったです！
早めに予約し、年末年始またがっての宿泊でしたが、３泊二人で18000円超えない破格で宿泊できました！
沖縄はコロナでレンタカーが激減したのか、予約困難だったので、５日間のみちくさフリーパス(2000円)を購入しました！(１日だと1000円)空港往復だけで500円超えるので、市街地経由で川平湾にも行けたし、かなりお得なチケットです！地図アプリでバスの時刻も検索できる今の時代、観光するにも不便はなかったです。
ANAコンチネンタル石垣ではないバス停は徳洲会病院前(ホテルから徒歩10分弱)があります。こちらも空港線なので、空港行き&市街地行きに便利でした！

離島バスターミナル横なので、路線バスでの移動を考えている人は便利です。雨が降っても最短距離で行けます。人気の居酒屋ひとしやさよこの店も歩いて行けます。 古くホテルは生理的に無理なので、一番新しい美崎館を指定しましたが、部屋がカビ？湿気？独特の匂い（南国では仕方ないのでしょうか？）が辛かったです。窓を開けると虫が入るかもしれないし。 朝食は郷土料理もありましたが、パンの質が悪かったです。 大浴場を楽しみにしていましたが、年季が入ったお風呂でした。なぜか洗い場や浴槽下に小石？異物があって痛かったです。お湯がぬるくて気持ちよくなかったです。入り口の鍵付きのロッカーにルームキーを入れて入りましたが、おばあさんはそのロッカーに自身のスリッパを入れて鍵をかけていました。あのロッカーは靴箱ですか？（脱衣場には鍵がかかるロッカーはありませんでした）説明が書いていないので、何が正しいのか分かりません。気分が悪かったです。自分の部屋のバスタブに好みの入浴剤を入れた方がよかったです。 とはいえ、立地条件は良いので是非、大浴場のある棟を立て直して綺麗にすれば、一段とホテルの格が上がるのになぁと感じました。

SSobcjg女性のスッタフ(オーナーの彼女かな)が性格悪い。目を合わせてくれないし、ゲストと話す気が無さそう。暗い接客で、仕方なくやってるって感じ。 汚い。枕が臭い。ルームの清掃が治中途半端。 壁が薄い。昭和時代の木造で足音が非常にうるさい。しっかりしてるゲストハウスが沢山あるからここを避けてください。 Do not stay here. The girl in charge is not friendly. She is the owner’s girlfriend and lives there. She clearly does not enjoy interacting with guests and meeting her was not pleasant. It seems like she just likes to live there and does not feel any responsibly to be a pleasant host. The housekeeping is terrible. The place is old and dirty. The sheets and pillow smelled bad. The building is old which means that footsteps are loud. The place is dirt cheap which attracts very dirty people. The pictures on the website are not what the place really looks like. There are endless guest houses in the area where the staff is friendly and attentive to guests. Avoid this one.

PPengguna Tetamuゆったりとした清潔で解放感のあるお部屋は、とても寛げました。 朝食はビュッフェスタイルで、メニューも多め。 お風呂も広めですし、チェックアウトも11時とゆっくりだったこともあり、お値段以上の価値を感じることができました。 また、私はチェックイン時間が遅かったため利用しませんでしたが、大浴場もあるようで次回はぜひ利用してみたいと思いました。 離島ターミナルからの距離は概ね2km。 徒歩で試したところ20分ほどでした。 近くには、ファミリーマートとマックスバリューがありますので、繁華街に行く予定のない人は近隣で満足できると思います。 受付の方も親切で、居心地の良いホテルでした。
