Hotel berhampiran Alaaddin kadayıfçıoğlu parkı, Istanbul

It is a very high quality hotel and employees are very helpful, I didn’t see any problems in terms of technical and cleaning. I stayed at the hotel for a week and the view of my room was perfect. There were supermarkets, coffee shops, restaurants and so on, nearby. Thanks for everything.

Otel ***et güzel ve temizdi. Çalışanlar güzel yüzlü. Sadece otel de pizza söyledik ve ekmek gibiydi restorandı iyi değil onun dışında mükemmel

لا يوجد احد لتتحدث اليه اللغه الانجليزيه وعندما تطلب المدير العام الجميع يتهرب لا يحترمون المرضى فندق لا يحترم الزبائن لا انصح العرب بالقدوم البحث عن فندق موظفيه مدربين للتعامل مع المشاكل وحلها لقد افسدو مزاج الرحله لدينا ولم نعظ نرغب بلبقاء لو ان الشركه لم تدفع كامل الاقامه لقمنا بتغيير الفندق

one of the most comfortable experiences I have ever had. Kind loving and caring people. Cost effective safe and secure hotel which is a bit away from the center but if you get used to public transport and love to explore this is the place to be. I have no complaints. Thier morning breakfast was amazing and the staff who served it were even better than that.

Hi Me and my wife we came to Instanbul for clinic surgery. Due to the clinic messed up the hotels , we have been send to Centro Hotel. We arrived at 9.30 in the reception and since that hour we have been checked in at 14.00 in our rooms. Since we’ve paid , we should’ve be entitle for the breakfast. Unfortunately no. So me and my wife we have to pay to can get breakfast. The reception staff very very rude. They don’t care and all the time , but their excuse “ we don’t know nothing “ We explained to the reception that we are staying 2 days, after we check out , going to the hospital and after 2 days we will come back to check in. We went hour the first day , we came back we went upstairs , couldn’t open the door , went to reception apparently we have been checked out without to get informed( money , luggages left in the room) Went to the reception “ typical answer : we don’t know nothing “ The receptionist very rude . In the end we have checked in again. Coming back from the hospital , of course we haven’t received the same room , ok no worries , but again very upsetting we received the awful room( toilet door broken , sink drainage smell very bad , walls dirty , furniture chipped ) - suppose to be 5* hotel. Not really I was talking with the reception , nothing has been done. After 1 day I went again downstairs and finally they change our room. Not very impressed. Asked for an extra pillow - 1 day to get it. Food at the hotel- stay away - very expensive and not impressive. Answer for the management: Yes I have complaint and raise my complains, but it takes a while to be solved. In one word , try to avoid this hotel. Disappointed.

Secara kebetulan, apabila saya datang ke hotel itu kebetulan adalah operasi percubaan, dan hampir tiada tetamu semasa wabak itu. Apabila saya mula-mula mendaftar masuk, saya hampir seorang sahaja yang bersarapan setiap hari. Makan: Dalam tempoh masa ini, saya telah memesan semua dalam menu untuk rujukan anda. Jika tidak ada gambar, anda boleh mendaftar masuk. Saya terutama mengesyorkan salad daging lembu dan sayur-sayuran (dengan kacang hijau dan taugeh) dan MANTI Turki, ”NIHAO” juga bagus. Menginap: Hotel ini mempunyai pengalaman yang sangat baik dalam semua aspek. Bilik ini mempunyai ketuhar, mesin basuh, mesin basuh pinggan mangkuk, dsb., dan semua kemudahan adalah hampir serba baharu. Terdapat bilik aktiviti kanak-kanak khas; kawasan kecergasan adalah sangat besar, dan terdapat bilik berputar dan Pilates khas; kolam renang dalaman sangat indah, dan terdapat wap kering dan wap basah di bilik persalinan. Ia mungkin kerana operasi percubaan. Dari semasa ke semasa, kakitangan meminta saya memberi pendapat, terutamanya yang ingin mendapatkan maklum balas daripada pelanggan, tetapi saya benar-benar minta maaf, saya benar-benar tidak dapat memberi sebarang pendapat. Jika markah penuh ialah 100, saya akan berikan 200 mata. Perjalanan: Ia mengambil masa setengah jam untuk memandu dari lapangan terbang ke hotel. Ia sangat mudah untuk mengambil teksi, 150 lire. Jarak ke Blue Mosque dan Maiden Tower tidaklah jauh, tetapi ia mengambil masa lebih kurang 45-60 minit dengan menaiki kereta. Trafik di Turki benar-benar tidak dapat mengeluh. Membeli-belah: Terdapat bangunan pejabat dalam masa 3 minit berjalan kaki. Terdapat makanan dan pasar raya kecil di tingkat bawah. Anda juga boleh membeli Starbucks untuk memperbaharui hidup anda. Jika anda berjalan selama 3 minit, anda boleh melihat 212outlet, yang boleh memenuhi semua keperluan membeli-belah. Jangan terlalu khusus tentang makan di Turki. Keseluruhan lantai adalah restoran di mana anda boleh makan, dan tidak banyak pilihan untuk perut Cina. Ia mengambil masa 10 minit untuk menaiki teksi dari hotel ke pusat membeli-belah Istanbul. Rasanya seperti pusat membeli-belah terbesar di kawasan ini. Rancangan asal tinggal di Turki selama 14 hari ditukar kepada 21 hari kerana tiada sesiapa dan penginapan terlalu selesa. Hari daftar keluar kebetulan adalah pembukaan rasmi hotel, dan rasanya saya tidak tahu. Untuk meminjam perkataan daripada pengurus besar: ”Restoran Cina sepatutnya dibuka apabila anda datang nanti.” Selepas terbang selama 13 jam, sudah pukul 5 petang ke San Francisco, dan akhirnya saya melampirkan matahari terbenam di negara bebas itu.

The employees are very kind And helpful, specially Karla and serdar. They are very accommodating and willing to assist you hen necessary. they deserve 5 stars I did not sense the same from the night shift. One employee with the name Fehmi started an argument with his colleagues infront of us. Very unprofessional and scary for the guests

Staff very friendly and always willing to help. We enjoyed our short stay very much, the hotel is a lot cleaner and nicer then the previous reviews state, so please don’t be put off by them. The location is only really for people who need to be in that particular area, I wouldn’t recommend the location for anybody who wants to do extensive tourism without using taxis (unless you know how to use Istanbul metro).

Okay hotel, but for sure not a 5 star property, 3 stars hotel on a good day. My clinic booked this hotel for me so I am glad I didn't directly spend money with them. 1- staff 1/10 (receptionist was rude to me while checking in because I was reading a paper he wanted me to sign), I checked in 7pm or so, the day before checkout, I asked if they have availability for a late checkout, they said no (fully booked), cool, checkout day, 12pm sharp they call me, I leave in 5 min, to then realize that I was allowed to late check out at 1PM ;) 2- breakfast (1/10) 3- location (1/10), looks like an industrial area, if you will pay 5 star rates, try Levant area even if the property is a 4 star 4- cleanliness of the room (10/10), the only good thing at this property 5- asked for an iron, received a totally Burt iron 🤣 Bonus point: property is saving on tissues, shower gel, bring your own or donate some money for them to buy toileteries.
