I can say it is 7 star hotel I am sure every one book this hotel will leave it very happy It is not close to the centre of Istanbul but the metro bus just in-front of the hotel , it connect you to reach everywhere . The breakfast is special and the extra food really a bonus . I highly appreciate all the staff including the manager, merlet , Bahri , ula did their job with excellent. Vespia hotel will be our favourite stay for us and my family in the future without hesitation. Sana

The hotel was clean. It's what you expect from Ibis international brand. The rooms were clean, breakfast buffet was superb with many options of both hot and cold items. The lobby, restaurant, and lounge was all nicely renovated and modern. It's close walking distance to several malls and restaurants. We chose this hotel because it was in a busy area but close to the international school where our children had a basketball tournament. Dinner options were great at the nearby Marmara Park Mall. My biggest complaint was the check-in process. I checked in with my 13-year old daughter. Upon check-in, they asked for passport or local identity card. I had mine in my wallet, but i forgot my daughter's. Usually, in hotels in Turkey, if you forget to bring it, they ask you to show a copy. I showed them on my phone a copy of her id. But it took so long for the check-in person to make phone calls and verify if this was okay. First of all, nowhere in any of the confirmation emails did it say we needed to bring this, especially for a minor. And it took way too long for us to get our room key and check-in. I don't know what they would have done? Were they gonna ask my 13-year-old daughter to sleep outside, or in the lobby? Even if I didn't have a copy, they should have gone above and beyond in customer service to allow her to stay. I personally know that they just need her identity details to report every night to the authorities who is staying in their hotel. They can easily try to work with me and make us feel comfortable. My other complaint was the speed of the wifi in my room. Several times, there was no connection, or I got kicked off, and had to login again. Don't expect great streaming on your devices in this hotel.

verry good hotel .because wonderfull a great place . I came across it while walking around Beylikdüzü. pool, cafe, spa, all available. I went with my friends. Everyone liked it very much. We had a great time. All of you should definitely try it. You can't always find places like this. Tuyap is very close

We enjoyed everything in this hotel. From reception staff to kitchen staff to cleaners, all very helpful and nice. The location is fantastic. Just 5 minutes walk to a mall with restaurants and entertainments. Also 2 minutes walk to a metro bus station that takes you to eminounou, sultanahmet or taksim faster and cheaper than a taxi. Try this beautiful hotel and if you have any problem while staying, just ask staff, they are more than happy to help you. One last thing, the wifi is super fast. We stayed in 5 star hotels and their wifi was not as fast this.

Verdiniz para ile rezil olmak istiyorsanız gidin !!! Kahvaltı diye verdikleri tabakta bozuk sebzeler ve ne eti olduğu belli olmayan salamlar vardı. Çarşaflar yıkanmış ama kıl içinde.. yetmezmiş gibi.. Sabah kapıya dayanan temizlik görevlisi kadının (henüz odadan ayrılma vakti gelmemiş iken) kapıyı üç kere kırarcasına vurup çıkma vaktiniz geldi odayı boşaltın tarzında kaba, üsluptan yoksun konuşması, verdiğimiz tepki sonrası bizimle tartışmaya girip bağırması ve 5 dk sonrası kapınıza bir adamın dikilip odadan çıkıcaksınız diye sizi kovmasını istiyorsanız. (Eşinizle ve çocuğunuzla o oda sa olduğunuzu düşünün) Şikayet etmek için resepsiyona indiğinizde orda bulunan aynı üslup bilmeyen adamın size sorun çözmek yerine laf yetiştirmesini ve çalışan elemanların saygısızlığını savunmasını dinlemek, sinir harbi yaşayarak otelden ayrılmak istiyorsan buyrun tam isabet 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
