Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, la chambre était spacieuse et fonctionnelle. Merci à Mohamed et Rita pour l’accueil chaleureux ! Ils ont été très disponible et agréable à notre égard

It's a classical excellent hotel in an excellent location. People working there are very friendly and helpful. I want to stay here in next visit.

It was a wonderful stay in Istanbul. We stayed in connected room 2 nights here. I am not sure I could find better place than Antusa Palace Hotel and Spa. Conciereges named Eren and the other one was super kind and nice with smile all the time and listened very carefully. Perfect room condition, nice location, delicious breakfast. You would not be dissapointed if you chose here.

Very nice hotel, with friendly staff and guest centered focus. Rooms are average sized but comfortable. Noce large bathtub with nice toiletries. Bed was comfortable as was the sofa for relaxing. Main restaurant offered an excellent selection for breakfast, with indoor or outdoor seating. Jiggers bar / restaurant on the rooftop is good with a great selection, large potions and very helpful staff. Nice cocktails - just the thing to watch the sunset over the harbour. Outdoor or indoor seating. Ouzo restaurant is poor and caters mostly for locals. Very smoky atmosphere pervades the whole restaurant, and there is only an electronic menu. Staff not very enthusiastic or helpful. Stick to Jiggers, especially if you are a foreigner.

-Room was not clean. -Shower head was broken, walls have issues. -There are lots of “ladies of night” -staff barged in to our room to empty the room because they “forgot” we booked more than 3 days -considerint so many cons. Very overpriced. +basic 3-4 star worth amenities. Not real 5 star hotel.

Situated in a very busy area. Many of the popular attractions in the old town are within walking distance, it is hilly though. The Grand bazaar is amazing and of course the Mosques are magnificent.

Location is not very convenient. Room service food is average at best. Several times the bed sheets and cover was still wet when they replaced them. Room is very small. Rooftop bar plays good music. Breakfast is the same everyday. The best experience we had with this hotel was the doorman. Overall experience was below average.

Two of my friends and I book an Istanbul suite, we add a sofa bed which is large and comfortable. The room is big with nice sea view, the bathroom is also large and fantastic. The staffs at both front desk and lounge are nice. We have many meals in the lounge since included in suite. However, the check in time is a little bit late (3pm).

We had a very unpleasant experience with stuff at the lobby , being there for Christmas Eve , me & my sister decide to eat inside the hotel rather to go out so at 10 pm we came down to the lobby where there is lounge area , for almost 15 minutes we saw that the lounge staff is passing us without asking if we want to order so I called one of the waitress and she came toward us with furious gestures before I start asking she said to me do you have a room in the hotel and I said yes , she continues what’s your room number and I replied , again with the cold face and rude behavior she continues ‘ under the name ?’ And I replied, she turned back to her desk without asking us what we would like to order and From her desk she went straight to reception to verify my information!!! My jaws dropped when I saw this , really rude & unprofessional behavior I was in complete shock that she even went to reception to verify the information, but the worst part was that after she verified and actually saw that we are the guest of the hotel she turned back to her desk and continued ignoring us , I never ever seen in my entire life a waitress permits herself to act like this with 5 star hotel guests, at this point we asked another waitress that if she can took our order , we then asked her if the hotel have another restaurant and she replied yes but the kitchen is closed after 10:30 pm , I don’t recommend this hotel for anyone that wants to enjoy the hotel facility, the staff are not guest friendly, the dining section is in some floor but for person like me that wants more easy snacks and chill area wasn’t really good option, not to mention that when we came back to our room we really felt so heavy and frustrated by this behavior, we were supposed to go today to lounge before departing but as for yesterday experience we just decide to check out soon and leave the hotel because we didn’t like to tolerate the attitude of this waitress ( she is the short women with short brown hair ) I suggest the general manager to see the video of yesterday and review their staff!

房間不錯，泳池不錯。 但是設施説實話真一般，很老舊。價格配不上這個設施。 海景確實可以，但是地理位置很差。如果旅遊要逛老城區，來回要200+人民幣的路費，另外附近也沒有吃的，樓下米其林，價格貴，且不好吃，唯一好的就是早餐35歐，自助的還可以打包，總的來説，完全沒必要住這 另外發生了一個小插曲，就是入住的時候需要按金，酒店刷卡，但是酒店必須插芯片卡，然後説我的卡有問題，刷不了，當時又沒現金，耽擱了起碼2小時。後面聯絡信用卡客服説完全正常，去商場嘗試拍卡消費又正常，然後跟前台説，前台才刷成功，不然出去換匯，港幣匯率直接給2.85（刷卡匯率4.1）基本打對摺，完全坑人，很不愉快。
