Ulasan Aston Hotel Taksim

There were a lot of beautiful and interesting places near our hotel. And it was easy to get to meteo station!

The bed sheets in the hotel are not clean, with many small curled hairs and red stains. We reported the room condition to the front desk staff, but the middle-aged man at the counter had limited English skills and could not understand us. Later, we used a translation app, but he asked us to wait until the next day to change the sheets. We cannot accept used bed sheets, so we requested new ones and said we would change them ourselves. However, the sheets they gave us also had unidentified stains. When we checked in, we informed the hotel that we had booked for three days and that we would leave our trash outside the door. We did not need housekeeping or any restocking of supplies. We also mentioned that we would collect plastic bags from the front desk for the trash bin. Despite this, on the second day, the housekeeping staff still used their key card to open our door while we were all inside, indicating that the front desk had not communicated our request. On the second and third days, the front desk staff spoke better English and understood our needs. We stayed in a four-person room, but the space was very small. We could only open one suitcase at a time, which was very inconvenient for us! The bed was comfortable, and the hotel was very close to Taksim Square!

Near with taksim metro, taksim square, easy to access the hotel, clean room, wifi is good, staff was be kind, honest, but TV always NOT connected and Air Conditioner was not work.

room is not spacious, but fine for single guest. very clean, friendly staff. 10-15 minute walking distance to the tourist streets

The hotel is just good if you need a quick nap or if you’re looking for something on the budget end. The room isn’t sound proof you can hear everything from the room next door. There were 3 ladies next to my room who didn’t stop talking all night until like 3 am, I couldn’t sleep well. Also the room wasn’t big enough to fully open my luggage, it’s that small. Either you put it on the bed or figure it out. I don’t think I’d come back.

Great hotel and amazing I have booked this hotel more than once, close to Taksim Square, and the area is quiet at night

When we reach there no one was there.we were placed to let us know what to do. We had to collect the keys in a box. The room that we were place in was at the 1st floor and we could hear anyone we came back. Door lock was not in good condition.the 1st night we place our luggages behind the door cause we felt un safe, Room was cold during winter, Heater was not strong enough. Television didnt have any connection. bed was very uncomfortable.Room was big though and the hotel was very near to the city.

Location close to taksim square metro, around 5 minutes walk but its on a narrow street. Room facing the street might be quite noisy even until late night. Check in was quick and efficient. Staffs are nice Room was small but clean. You got everything you need. Overall it was a good stay and a good base in istanbul.

The room is quite spacious for 4 person with 2 Queen bed (I think 1Queen bed ,1King bed)😊 I love the smell of the room. Very clean.everything good and ok. Staff also very helpful and friendly. Will stay again to this hotel. Location also near Taksim square...
