It is a very nice hotel. The Executive Lounge and the Rooftop Bar are on the highest Floor where you have a fantastic View of the Bosphorus and can enjoy delicious Food. Our Room was very large and very clean. When we arrived there was a Fruit Basket, different Variations of Chocolate and a Bottle of Wine served on our Table even though we don't drink Alcohol i found it very accommodating. The Breakfast is wonderful and there are many different flavors. The Coffee was unfortunately not good so I drank Çay. You can walk 10-15 Minutes and then you will pass various small Cafés, Supermarktes and Restaurants. I recommend this Hotel because it’s worth a Visit !

Walking to the hotel via a steep and narrow street while competing for space with fast moving cars is not fun. Don’t understand why the employee entrance at the foot of the hill can not be used by hotel guests. For this reason this hotel sadly won’t be the best choice next time in Istanbul. Other than that a great hotel.

Great hotel with great hospitality. A lot of the amenities were closed because of the season, although advertised as in season until November. A bit far from places and sometimes a queue for a taxi. Food is very expensive but expected for the class of hotel. Options quite limited. Great breakfast!

The location is not as convenient that you can walk to the next door convenient shop, however it is within 10mins taxi distance, 20mins to sultanhamet. The life wellbeing concept, gym, spa, hamami amenities are superb!

Nice hotel with great service. Location is ok. Tram stop is just a short walk away. Good security.  Restaurants are good.

The room was great. I opted for a room with a garden view but because it was tucked away towards a corner of the building, I also got a good view of the Bosphorus. The hotel has all of the amenities that you would expect of a high-end hotel.

Location is not very convenient. Room service food is average at best. Several times the bed sheets and cover was still wet when they replaced them. Room is very small. Rooftop bar plays good music. Breakfast is the same everyday. The best experience we had with this hotel was the doorman. Overall experience was below average.

We come to this hotel often. Great Bosphorus view, good breakfast choice, famous restaurants in 3-10 minutes walking distance.
