Taksim Avenue

I stayed at the Taksim Avenue Hotel in Istanbul, Türkiye for five nights in the beginning of July this summer and I had a really good time and great experience. Excellent and convenient downtown city center location in the middle of the Beyoğlu area of Istanbul right next to the Taksim Square and with the Istiklal Avenue just around the corner. It’s a small boutique hotel with like 20 rooms or so in a rather narrow building in a small and quiet back street with a nice, cozy little cafe in the ground floor of the hotel. There’s lots of restaurants, cafes, convenience shops and a Şok Supermarket in the same street and a Carrefour Supermarket in the next street. Very modern and stylish interior design in the whole house with nice decorations and new furnitures that overall looks really new and like it was quite recently refurbished even with marble floors and squeaky clean surfaces all around. I got a large corner room on the top floor - just like I had wished for in the comments section of the booking - and it was a very nice and comfortable room. Right when you opened the door there were a comfortable double bed right in the middle of the room with a huge flat screen TV with several hundred satellite channels right in front of the bed hanging on the opposite side wall and underneath it a desk with a chair and an built in mini fridge in rustic style woodwork and also wooden floor. Also there were a nice, cozy and quite long enough to sleep in couch there too. The view from the top floor was lovely and you could see really far and wide and it felt very cool looking out there in the evening when dark. And the bathroom was big and comfortable as well and featured a steel and concrete design. The room was perfect and kept impeccable clean daily. Overall I was very impressed and really pleased with the quality, comfort, location, friendly and helpful staff and great value for money of the Taksim Avenue Hotel and I really would recommend it and would definitely stay there again!

The location is perfect just 3 minutes to taksim where we could access all kinds of transportation, also it is 2 minutes from istiklal street. The hotel staff are amazing and very very nice. The rooms are very clean and looks like renivated rooms as they are very cool and facilities are great. The only drawback which is normal in the whole area is the loud music and shouting from the people in the street. Also the place doesn't offer breakfast which was great for me as it is surrounded by plenty of great breakfast places which serve very good quality food and less expensive than what hotels charge

Room was well designed, the bed is comfortable but the room is very dark , I stayed on the room with the extra 2 single beds . The ceiling needs some improvement and also the floor’s deck . I asked the hotel to clean my room but no one did it . When I wanted to drive back to the airport , the hotel reception ( looks like a teenager) he offered his help , he promised me that he will provide me taxi with 350 lira with highway fees so I can make it on time to the hotel by only 40 min drive , on the start of the ride the taxi driver told me that he won’t take me on highway and tried to take 500 lira from me ( crazy expensive ) and we agreed on 450 lira , don’t trust that hotel reception.

The property was pretty artistic and value for money 1. The property had all the necessary facilities like towels , coffee machine , water and functional bathroom 2. the owner / manager is pretty helpful and helped us to keep luggage till late 3. the location is quiet good as just 3 minutes away from Main Street and near the Taksim square

Городской отель в центре. Рядом площадь Таксим и улица Истикляль. Сам отель находится на боковой улице, поэтому, ночью шум не беспокоит. Очень чистые номера, прекрасный персонал, помог с решением ряда вопросов. Очень умеренные цены и при этом, очень высокий профессионализм персонала и комфорта отеля. Однозначно, рекомендую!

Hotel übt Kreditkartenbetrug aus. Es ist wie bei einem anderen Rezensenten. Im September 2019 habe ich dort übernachtet und drei Jahre später, im Oktober 2022, werden 500US$ von der Kreditkarte abgebucht. Am besten gar nicht erst dort übernachten!
