I recently stayed at Jai Mahal Palace, and it was truly a lifetime experience. From check-in to check-out, everything exceeded my expectations. Although I've stayed with several popular hotel chains before, the royal aroma in the reception hall here was unique and unforgettable—so luxurious, soothing, and soul-calming. The service was exceptional throughout our stay. I especially want to commend Mr. Aslam, who assisted us in the restaurant; he truly owned the show with his attentive and personalized care. And a special thanks to Chef Bhabesh for his outstanding omelet, which was a delight every morning.

Staying here was a wonderful experience, it felt like we were kings for a few days..The rooms here are very nice and clean The whole place is just so beautiful. A real calm oasis, we spent most of the first day just enjoying the hotel & sipping coffee on the balcony or in the garden. They have a top class coffee machine too. The adjoining restaurant does a brilliant all day breakfast, so you can sleep in as long as you want. All the staff were really lovely & attentive

First of all, warm cookie was delicious. Hotel is located outside the city and near Amber/Amer Fort. Me & my partner like it as it was calm and quiet. Hotel staff is very polite and well behaved. Mobile network here is not that great so had to depend on hotels WIFI(speed is just good enough to get your work done). For food our overall experience was great but for morning breakfast buffet, need to add more ***power in live kitchen.

From check-in to check-out, every interaction was marked by genuine kindness and efficiency. The property's ambiance strikes that perfect note between luxury and comfort, making you feel both special and completely at ease. The attention to cleanliness was impressive, and the way the staff remembered small details about guests' preferences made the experience feel truly personal. The overall atmosphere manages to be both energizing and relaxing.

One of best choices in Jaipur. Breakfast is also above average.

Although the property is ultra luxurious but it lacks amenities which you expect from a 5-star resort. There aren't ***y activities to do. The worst thing is their service. The staff is untrained. Slow in action. Parking is open.

Staff was kindly helpful. I should’ve swim roof top pool. I didn’t get breakfast. Also it’s would be good service. But unfortunately power of showers was uncomfortable. Bathroom drain wasn’t good condition. Because water can’t go through.

This is a lovely hotel, with a very pretty veran***, front lawn and fresco paintings. It's laid back and has nice, good value food, including both Indian and European choices. There's a shop on site for souvenirs and ayurveda massage. The city centre and the train station aren't far, but the location is quite quiet given this.

Awesome experience at Hilton Jaipur. Provided early check in which is deeply appreciated. Lounge experience was also good. So was the food and service. Room with outdoor terrace felt spacious and cozy. Location is also terrific with railway stations, malls nearby. Overall a great experience. Will return for sure.
