A beautiful historical palace in Jaisalmer where can spend your time to know about its history. Museum is also available on site which is definitely worth a walkthrough. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Service was also great we felt like royalty.

It was a very good experience. I genuinely appreciate the hospitality, the food and the ambience. Service staff are extremely friendly, polite, welcoming and wholesome. Love the overall experience, everything was so well maintained and will plan to visite again soon.

Property not maintain as per standard of welcome groupe, doors furniture is in bed condition stairs and stay is not suitable for senior citizen. Amenities of hotel is very poor quality.

Their doors were making cracking noise but overall good experience. Breakfast was amazing and this resort is near to fort and mandir palace hence you can visit just by walking few metres.Visit in December or January because weather was perfect.

The hotel rooms and bathroom were nice. The location of this hotel is in front of the other property of the welcome heritage named mandir palace, which is a luxury property. The area is called gandhi chowk. The jaisalmer fort is at 10mins walking distance via market streets in front of the hotel. Roof top restaurant of this hotel is under construction. But other room facilities are available. Good stay in budget.

Good for only stay but very average hotel. They need to improve the basic needs of hotels like electric kettle, exhaust fan and tea coffee for morning.

The experience was good. The hotel is okay according to its price. The room was very neat and clean. The staff were polite. The bathroom could have the exhaust fan. There was a smell in the room due to lack of ventilation. The location of the hotel was very good.
