Hotel Perniagaan di Jeddah

The room was great - large and clean, with everything. I didn't really use any staff services - but I was disappointed to see the gym is not working, as that was one of the reasons why I booked the hotel. It should have been communicated before that it's not working. Otherwise a great option and his value in Jeddah!

I spent a weekend there during the month Of March. Hotel is nicely located - quiet district although it is hard sometimes to find a suitable car parking - hotel parking is full and same goes for the surrounding Room is spacious - I have booked an executive suite 2 bedrooms- it is perfectly suitable for a family of 4 Cozy Restaurant - matching with hotel size- breakfast buffet was included in the price. Variety is OK Lobby is a bit small, they have a fitness with a covered swimming pool - tiny one - Building apparently is old… furniture in rooms , lobby & restaurants are exhausted and need to be changed Overall the hotel with its prices & services is worth to stay I do recommend it for families I’ll come back again

فندق رائع جداً الاستقبال من والاخوات والاخوان كلهم قمه في الاخلاق طبعًا اً مدخل الفندق على الشارع والاستقبال فوق في الميزانين المواقف داخليه الافطار اعطبه ٧من ١٠ نظافة الغرف والراحه ١٠/١٠ يوجد كافي على المسبح ويوجد مطعم ايطالي كل الشكر للاخوان في الفندق

We stayed two nights at this hotel which is located along Al Iskandariyyah street very close to the Middle Corniche. The hotel has a parking area where the parking spaces are in pairs between the columns but their are very small so that each car occupies two spaces. However, availability is good and we had no problems parking (there is also easy parking along the road). Despite having arrived very early we were given the room which was large, with a good bathroom (which need soime renovation) and wifi service. One or two more electrical sockets should be placed in the room for recharging cell phones and a camera. The buffet breakfast is really excellent and with a lot of choice. In the evening in less than 10 minutes on foot we went for a walk to the Corniche. Even if we had to change room the second night due to a problem with the code lock on the door, we certainly give a very positive opinion and recommend this hotel both for the above and for the good value for money.

Do not get confused as there are two Rotanas, one in front of the other, One is apartments for long term stay, the other is the actual hotel. Location is ok, Jeddah is huge so tough it depends on where you need to go. You can walk to the part of the corniche where people gather to watch King Faud fountain, and Palestine street with its shops and restaurants is also withing walking distance. Hotel itself is a bit dated but very clean, wifi is great, beds are comfy

I stayed for 4 consecutive weeks. It is my second visit to the hotel. It is a hotel with apartment rooms in fact. I stayed also three years and a half ago for 2 weeks. It is very comfortable. One feels at ease immediately. The rooms are spacious and are very clean. Breakfast selection is convenient. Extras (laundry, in-house dining) are very reasonably priced.
