This is a very good hotel with a convenient location near the subway station and the Grand Market. The hotel is reasonably priced, well-maintained, and provides excellent service. The rooms are clean and beautiful.

This hotel is amazing for its value. Although the lobby didn’t give off good vibes, but the room was above expectations. It’s 5 star standard. Honestly couldn’t really tell from the mainstream 5 star rooms in China like Hilton or Grand Hyatt’s main lineup. The location was also very good. There’s a food street beside it and it’s only a 10 min walk to a large mall nearby.

The team at Munage went above and beyond all expectations. We were met at the gate of the old city with a cart that took all our suitcases after a long and arduous border crossing from Kyrgyzstan. Upon reaching the accommodations, there was fruit and drinks waiting for us which set the tone for the stay. We were having issues with a misspelled name on our departing flight booking. Ah Zhe promptly took over the problem and shooed us out to explore while he called the airline relentlessly in order to solve our problem. By the next day, he sent us the confirmation of the corrected airline booking, which was after many hours of being on hold on the airline helpdesk. I have never ever had a hotel staff so willingly take over my travel issues with such ownership. This is hospitality of the highest order. On our last day, they had gifts for us and even booked and paid for our car to the airport. This standard of service is impossible to beat.

服務很好！前台每次見面都很熱情，還有接送機服務很好！酒店風格很喜歡，很好乾凈。六星街對面小巷裡，入住時候有個小哥哥幫拿行李到房間，還送了一盒零食。退房的時候還送了薰衣草香包。由於早航班落地太累，加上第二天預訂的自駕行程比較緊湊，匆匆住了一天就走了沒怎麼在酒店放空拍照。下次回伊寧還回去住。

Intended to stay one night but then extend. Given the low peak season price, all services were still on par for stars hotel. Great job and I would definitely recommend to anyone who visit Hami and I would visit here again as well.

衞生：2211和2212這兩個房間的打掃姐姐（臉上有一點點小胎記的一個姐姐）特別好 好幾次客房要東西加濕器和空氣凈化器都是她來處理的 而且房間打掃很乾凈 紙巾不夠第一時間補 這是喜歡這個酒店的第一個原因 服務：前台一個新疆姐姐特別瘦的那個特別好 雖然有時候不太聽得懂她的普通話 基本百分之95能懂 但是他特別熱情 算是前台裏面我最喜歡的 臨走前還送我小禮物 基本每次回酒店都會打招呼 這也是我喜歡這個酒店的第二個原因 但是早餐的話有點可圈可點 雖然沒扣分（因為上面兩個姐姐太好了） 有一天去的時間比較晚了 東西基本沒了 也沒補 然後聽到不認識的一個客人問了一個女的服務員 問了啥沒聽見 那個服務員很不耐煩的説今天沒有梨了 然後就接着收拾了 後來我們隨便吃了點也就走了 其他沒啥毛病

位置不錯，價格真的巴適得板，環境也是沒問題👌，房間很乾凈整潔，人文關懷很到位，尤其是晚上氛圍槓槓的，旁邊就有小鋪子、燒烤、烤饢、烤包子，騎個電動車幾分鐘就到六星街，很方便，比酒店更有feel。很開心導遊推薦的這家寶藏民宿。
