Hotel Romantic di Xinjiang, China

Kelebihan: Pengurus jabatan perniagaan Pang Zhen menyediakan kemudahan maksimum dalam skop kuasanya. Buah dihantar ke bilik. Kemudahan: Sangat, baru. Lagipun ia dibuka pada bulan Jun. Perkhidmatan: pada asasnya responsif kepada semua permintaan. Persekitaran: Walaupun jauh dan jauh dari Grand Bazaar, persekitaran dan lokasinya berdekatan dengan pintu masuk lebuh raya. Kebersihan: Masalah terbesar ialah hiasan berbau terlalu besar. Saya cuba menyesuaikannya di tingkat 27, tetapi akhirnya saya tidak menyesuaikannya, saya mendengar seorang lelaki di sebelah bercakap tentang bau. Bau ini sangat menjejaskan imej kedai perdana. Kami tidak dapat membuka mata. Saya percaya ia akan menjadi lebih baik pada tahun hadapan. Gambar satu ialah pemandangan bilik pada waktu malam, dan gambar tiga ialah restoran langit.

Exceed my expectations. We are given complimentary breakfast upon checkin. Bed were so comfy. Accomdation is glass roof for you to gaze the stars. They have small taxicar to fetch u from concierge to your room, and to breakfast area. They have a nice cafe which we do not have time to explore. At least stay 2 days here to enjoy the facilities.

這個酒店外部環境非常棒，整個伊犁賓館綠化非常好，安靜有歷史氣息的大院，裏面很多樹都是百年古樹，房間很大。這是硬件，再説軟件就不太行了，2號樓服務不錯，6號樓分人，有的服務不錯有的一般。電梯七拐八拐…這些也沒有太大影響，但是酒店有個特別難以接受的一點就是下水道可能是太老舊了，一直有聲音，咕嘟咕嘟，三秒鐘咕嘟一次，根本沒辦法睡覺。最後我開着空調，壓過水管聲音才能睡覺，但開空調太熱了，伴隨着的是又開了一晚上窗户，還好窗户外很安靜。建議如果預訂，不要定6號樓。哦對了，早飯炒菜味道很好👍，主食一般。

Excellent hotel with hot spring facilities at the foot of Mount Tianshan. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our white Xmas stay at the wujiang resort and it is only 10 mins walk to the tourist centre for the stunning tianchi and bodega peak of the tianshan range. The only drawback is the limited food choices available in the area. There are not many tourists due to the low tourism season but we are definitely not complaining about it at all. :)

Amazing place well placed to go anywhere. Didi’s get pick up easily and you can get to the most tourist parts of Wulumuqi. All kids of street food downstairs which is all high quality!

The best hotel i’ve stayed in for my whole trip in Xin Jiang. The rooms were clean and comfortable with all the amenities needed, had an air humidifier too although we didn’t use it. Breakfast was good. Most importantly the service here is excellent. The staff was really friendly and helpful. He guided us around and he also helped us book a ski instructor too as beginners and they provide free rides to the ski resort. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to book their next ski trip. Location is great not too far from anywhere, easy to get around, convenience stores are available nearby too. I will book this place again if I ever have the chance to come back.

Very nice room and hotel in a super convenient location for the train station and airport. Busy food street nearby too. Staff all friendly and attentive. Only downside is the breakfast, which whilst plentiful in terms of options, I would have preferred fewer dishes with a more fresh, tastier offering.

这次订了两间房间，一间大床别墅，一间湖景双床房。若不是双床别墅早已经订满了（酒店只有两间），我肯定也会订别墅房型的。冬天别墅房型性价比高很多，房间超级大，而且室内室外都有泡池，温泉水直供房间。 设施：溫泉是真溫泉，很重的硫磺味！早上去泡沒什麼人。酒店配套設施齊全，且都是新的，冬天暖氣充足。雖然酒店範圍很大，可是有區間車接送，和前台說一下，車不到5分鐘就到了。房間離酒店大堂和溫泉中心距離不是很遠，挺方便的。區間車還有屏封，冬天在外面刮風也不冷，為客人考慮周全。早餐中規中舉，可能南方人口味不同，大部分的菜都有點咸，可是麵包好吃，有果醬提供的話更好。 卫生：非常干净，找𣎴到可以批评的点。 环境：大堂和房间都显得很高尚，且有民族特色，房间很大，有露台，入住很舒服。 服务：可以下午两点才退房这个真的太好了，吃完早餐还可以再泡一次温泉，时间非常充裕。最值得一赞的是前台服务人员（阿曼小苏），还有其他酒店员工（门口保安、司机还有清洁阿姨），都非常专业、热情款待、笑容满面，真的让客人感受到宾至如归的感觉。特别是管家阿花，会很有耐性解答你的所有问题，微信也是秒回。有一间房间漏了果盘也是马上就送到房间。因为我们是6个人入住，告诉我们可以办花间堂会员买温泉票便宜一点，还送早餐比较划算。 总结：没有后悔从香港大老远飞过来新疆冬天旅游泡温泉。下次如果再来赛里木湖附近玩的话，会再入住花间堂泡温泉！

Hotel ini menaik taraf kami ke suite secara percuma, yang sangat luas! Bilik itu dilengkapi dengan snek dan minuman, dan pemanasannya sangat baik. Saya ingin menyebut perkhidmatannya; semasa lawatan 9 hari saya ke Xinjiang, saya menginap di 7 hotel, dan ini adalah perkhidmatan terbaik yang pernah saya alami! Sarapannya lazat, dan kemudahannya lengkap! Kakitangannya semua sangat sopan, dan saya sangat berterima kasih atas kunci bilik yang mereka hantar kepada kami pada tengah malam dan sarapan yang mereka sediakan dan bawa ke bilik kami pada waktu pagi. Saya pasti akan memilih hotel ini lagi pada masa akan datang!

We arrived Urumqi early in the morning, but we got a surprise coming at the hotel. All the staffs were superx3 nice and helpful. For check-in, a staff not just gave us a super early checkin, but she also got us an upgrade. Another staff was so patient with us to figure out how to help us for the airport transfer the next day, that she offered us an alarm call and help to call taxi to the airport. For the room, it is spacious, clean and warmly-looked. The settings is nice and comfortable. Toilet is spacious too, convenient for 2 to use at the same time, which I think good and smart. And finally, the special view to the park in autumn was so peaceful. For location, the hotel is near several attractions and you can take a taxi to Grand Bazzard with reasonable cost. Definitely and strongly recommended to anybody who come to Urumqi.
