Very nice hotel... well located, inside the walls of the histroic water town, but in a quiet part, away from the hustle of the crowded streets. Room was clean and easily large enough.. with good lighting and private toilet/shower, and daily room service. The buffet breakfast, included in the room price was very good. I speak no mandarin; so I had to communicate with the reception/front desk staff using translate on phones. The front desk staff were wonderful... cheerful, helpful. They went to great lenghts to explain to me how to obtain and buis ticket to Shanghai, where to catch the bus and so on... also the same staff were extremely helpful with day to day questions. The only strange or negative thing is that when shown the room, it looks wonderful as it includes a small private verandah with table and chair. However, there is a fixed wire screen preventing the inhabitant from accessing the room's verandah... kind of strange and certainly a negative

Contacted the hotel staff when we arrived and he came to the entrance to take us to the hotel. He also helped us carry our luggage. We need to purchase tickets to Xitang at the entrance.The hotel is quiet and seem to be quite empty on a weekday. Room comes with a balcony which overlook the river view. Good photo spot too. Room furnishing is a little dated but still good for 1 night stay. Location is an easy walk to eating places, bar and shops. It is peaceful during the night and sleep quality is good.

The room very spacious with nice view from veranda. I can't speak chinese, but we have smooth communication via wechat using translating function. The hotel owner and staff are very kind. He helped me getting small cash as i need it for local bus payment.

酒店對面就是煙雨長廊，我們定的是二樓臨河房間,帶一個觀景陽台，可以坐在陽台上觀景喝茶，因為位置在河邊所以床品感覺微微有點潮氣。晚上到的時候看攜程上還有一樓房間掛着，想要參觀下一樓臨河房間，如果可以想要升級一下房型，卻被告知一樓房客都已經入住。。。但攜程卻顯示有房間空餘。不知是系統未能及時更新還是怕麻煩。 酒店外面是西街，各種小吃的聚集地，對面煙雨長廊，還是很適合逛吃的。

Haoshe Inn (or HouseInn) is a nice and clean hotel. The manager Jiao is super nice and very helpful. The hotel has a perfect location in relation to Xitang Ancient Town. It is far enough from the noisy bar-booming area to be quiet and tranquil, yet there’s only 30 meters to the scenic area. You are, in fact, already in the scenic area when you are at this hotel. Naturally, it is not a luxury hotel but it is extremely good value for money. My room didn’t have a view but there was a window and a well-working aircondtioner. I strongly recommend this hotel. I’m backpacking alone and this was just what I needed.

酒店位於小區的邊角，應該算是新裝修的。房間蠻大，樓下吃飯購物方便，滴滴車能到酒店門口。早餐沒吃，不清楚怎樣。打路面的招牌不算夠大，附近的酒店不少，所以當地朋友開車去都算跑錯地方，跑到萬聯酒店那棟樓，結果是在馬路的斜對面看到招牌。衞生做得不錯。性價比還算説得過去。

房間很乾淨，陽台風景如畫 服務很貼心，老闆娘親自來接，然後帶着入古鎮 地理位置在古鎮中心，去哪都方便，晚上走路3分鐘直達酒吧街也好玩，而且睡覺也不吵

前台宋靜珍李鴻服務態度很好，微笑服務🌹酒店在城區交通很方便，周邊出行吃飯逛街都很便利，房間温馨舒適，感覺很暖心☺️

我最近再次入住了這家酒店，體驗依舊令人滿意。儘管價格僅為四百多元，但所提供的服務和設施卻遠超預期。這次，酒店還特別為我升級到了一樓帶有庭院的房間，讓我在這個季節能夠享受在庭院中品茶的愜意時光。 早餐同樣令人難忘，現場製作的餛飩和麪條都非常美味。餐廳的工作人員態度親切，笑容滿面，讓我感受到了關懷與尊重。前台的員工和其他工作人員也同樣熱情有禮，一年後再次到訪，服務和餐飲品質依然穩定，這無疑體現了酒店在管理和培訓上的持續投入。 此外，當我不慎將洗面奶遺留在房間時，酒店員工迅速聯繫我並主動提出通過微信寄回，這一舉動既温馨又體現了他們的禮貌。 作為一名經常入住五星級酒店的旅客，我對酒店的整體體驗有着較高的要求。我之所以願意在一年後再次選擇這家酒店，除了上述的積極體驗外，更重要的是其出色的性價比。在當前經濟形勢下，能夠以四百多元的價格享受到接近五星級的入住體驗，這無疑是我再次選擇這裏的重要原因。 最後，我要感謝酒店經營者對這些細節的精心維護。 當然，酒店也並非完美無缺。由於靠近西塘，不可避免地會吸引一些旅行團，這有時會導致一些噪音和偶爾遇到素質不高的遊客。

民宿就在西塘裏面，老房子改造的，條件有限，但是已經極盡所能的給予住宿者方便，空調，WIFI，電視，浴缸，一次性泡澡用護洗袋，一次性棉柔巾，浴巾，贈飲水等等，還有一個獨立的小庭院。最主要住在景區真的很方便，看夜景很晚回去都不用擔心。 老闆帶我們把車子停在景區外的一個小停車場，走的時候一個大姐跟我們聊了幾句，後來才知道是老闆娘，就很熱情。 雖然不同於之前出去玩定的民宿，但是體驗還不錯。除非追求高品質五星級服務，否則我覺得還蠻好，經濟實惠。
