This hotel is genuinely one of the best I’ve ever stayed at. I’ve visited several times now, and every stay has been consistently wonderful. The service is always friendly, the rooms are spotless and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere just makes you feel relaxed and taken care of. I recommend this place to everyone — friends, family, coworkers — because I know they’ll love it just as much as I do. I’ll definitely be back again in the future. If you’re thinking about booking, do it. You won’t regret it!

Service was excellent. Special shoutout to Wesley (concierge) who took the extra effort to show us where to collect our taobao orders as they had delivered the items to a pickup point near the hotel instead of the hotel itself. Rooms were clean and spacious. Location was great - linked directly to Amall and Erqi food street. Also a short didi ride away from MixC mall and Walmart.

We are an elderly couple and were warmly welcome at Mercure Anshun Hotel. Miss 樹枝 attended to us, serving us drinks and making us feel at home. Check in was quick and the room was comfortable, with no fault. 樹枝 even gave us advice on where to go in Anshun and informed us where to get tickets to Huangguoshu. She is someone Mercure Anshun should hold onto for a long time. The location of the hotel is superb, just next to the Anshun railway station, a walk of about 10 minutes. A 15 minutes' didi ride will bring you to Anshun Ancient City (Gufu Street) where the streets were lined with restaurants, desserts and snacks.The night market is just across the ancient city. Picture 5 is where you can get the bus ticket to Huangguoshu which journey took about 40 minutes, bus fare was CNY22. Thank you for making our in Anshun a memorable one

The hotel was clean and the service was great. We came in January, in the winter and you cannot control the heat in the individual rooms. It is run by a common heating system. So it was very very hot, so hot I sweat through the night. The only other negative, for a high quality hotel, the bar closes at 10:00pm. So when we arrived about 10:00 in the evening, it was too late to have a night cap.

One of the best hotels we have ever stayed at! Huge hotel in old town style with super modern rooms. If you want to explore Tongren and the ”old town” just stay at this hotel and you will be happy. In the evening you can stroll around the lively area nearby for food and drinks. Special thanks to Cherry and her great service!🍒

I am a bit bias when it comes to review and critique 5 stars hotel in comparison to others. Having said that let's take a look at this hotel. For a start, and in short, it is a gem! The room is huge, cosy, great location and wonderful view at high floor. I didn't get the name of the receptionist who checked me in. She is so efficient. That was the first give away the standard of this hotel. As i explore the hotel and went to the gym and pool, i was totally floored. This put international hotel fitness center to a shame. The amount of equipments in the gym is unmatched anywhere I stayed. Superb!!! Then i explore the second floor restaurant and order my meal. If you don't eat there you are missing a big hole here. Very delicious. Next i explode and tested the quality at front desk to their limit especially the added value services (Ms Chu, Feng and Zhang). But there is one conceige or bell boy or PR person i wish to acknowledge with exemplary. His name is Mr Wu(?). His knowledge and advice had helped me to plan my stay in Tongren more meaningful. Lucky to bump into him last night around 8pm. I wish to put on record and recognise this young man and thank him. Finally, i couldn't end this review without acknowledging the housekeeping and breakfast restaurant staff for their top notch and tireless services. Watch how they clean the room and the tables and you can tell they had been hone to be the best. Without saying, the Chef De Cuisine Mr Zhang is the best of the very best by international standard. I see him dance at the restaurant like a waltz, smooth as a whiskey too. A sight to be seen how he managed the restaurant. Thank you Head Chef. And so, a 5 star is a disservice to this hotel. 臨時決定貴州最後一站是貴陽，看了一圈酒店都普遍漲價不少，好像桔子全季這些都上千了，而作為五星級的貴州飯店其實價格還算公道的，畢竟我臨時訂肯定溢價更高，我果斷訂這裏，結果也不會失望，網評説服務很差，其實除了前台確實服務一般，甚至有點冷之外，其他所有工作人員都很熱情，特別是行李生特別陽光燦爛，一直給我介紹遊玩路線，非常感激。 房間雖然很小，但衞生很好，一塵不染讓人很放心。礦泉水也是無限量供應，這是第一家我覺得很大方的酒店，任何角落都擺放着免費礦泉水，完全不用擔心口渴。點贊👍 早餐品種不算多，但最值得表揚的是時間到11點，我們這些晚起的懶人就很歡喜。 退房也不會催，其他酒店除非我主動提出要延遲退房，否則一到12點就各種催，這裏我待到1點都沒人管，實在太放鬆了。 酒店有室內恆温游泳池，乒乓球室，桌球室和健身房。 如果有朋友來貴陽，我還會推薦貴州飯店，真正的大酒店。

It was nature lover’s paradise meets relaxing escape. Rooms were spacious, clean, and just what you need after a day of adventure. In short, this place nailed it! With top-notch service and views to die for, it's not just a hotel; it's an experience that feels tailor-made for anyone seeking a personal connection with Xingyi's natural wonders. We can't wait to come back and relive the magic. Definitely recommend for those looking for a down-to-earth stay with a touch of class amidst breathtaking scenery.
