Pros Good location for walking to Mekong and night markets. Good view. 1. Check-in Issues: Upon arrival, there were no clear instructions on how to check in. We spent a long time walking around, trying to figure out the process. 2. Power Outage: The cleaning crew mistakenly took the power card, leaving us without electricity for a period of time. 3. Inadequate Cleaning Services: • When the cleaning staff did come, they did not actually clean; they simply dropped off towels and took out the trash. • Despite our request for no cleaning, they continued to enter our apartment while we were out. 4. Missing Belongings: We discovered that a bag we had stored in the kitchen cupboard was missing. It contained electronics, food, special indigenous scarves, and vitamins, with an estimated value of approximately $250. 5. Lack of Transparency on Security Footage: After much discussion, the hotel management agreed to review security footage and promised to provide an update by 5 PM. However, days have passed, and they have neither shared their findings nor engaged in further discussion about it. 6. Lack of Professionalism: In any professional hospitality setting, we would expect at least a basic level of accountability. 7. Kitchen The stove doesn’t work. Only two small glass cups and no other pots or cutlery. 8. Bath Water only ever lukewarm.

位置很不錯，陽台上視野很好，可看到湄公河江邊漂亮夜景，還可遠眺星光夜市。就是房間設施簡單，卧室放衣服的地方都沒有，燒水壺底座有時接觸不太好
