There is a coffee machine as well as a kettle with an assortment of teas and hot chocolate. Water and juice was available daily in the room. Breakfast was a tasty variety. If there was a time that a person needs to just cut off from the madness of life, this would be the place to run to. The staff were beyond anything I have ever experienced before and their willingness to go the extra mile is amazing. Comfortable, accessible and so beautiful, one can only sit back and take in these meticulously manicured lawns and most opulent surroundings. It feels like a little piece of Tuscany in the heart of Midrand Bravo all. You will definitely be on my most loved places to visit again.

The check in process was very simple with super friendly staff. One guy stood out for me his name is ”Essential” he went out of his way to ensure that our stay was comfortable. The rooms were fairly clean and had a nice mini bar fridge. The downside was that they didn't have microwave ovens in the rooms, Essential sorted us out through the restaurant. The wifi login tends to be troublesome, I'd prefer they improve on that or find a simpler way to secure it and still allow flawless connecting.

We had a one night stay here before our drive to kruger. Pros: - Recognition for IHG Diamond Elite Member. - The location felt safe within a business park which was gated all around with security command post. - The room was of a decent size and the shower worked well. Cons: - Room was dim even though we had all the lights on. - Our room door (102) does not open smoothly, probably due to the carpet being higher near the door area. - It was noisy as our room (102) was near the highway thus we could hear all the vehicles passing by. - I had requested for high floor but was given the lowest floor ironically.

Nous avons séjourné 3 nuits pour visiter la région. L’hôtel est idéalement à proximité de l’autoroute et du Mall of Africa. Le parking est gratuit et surveillé en permanence. L’hôtel est propre mais pas très moderne. Les avantages All ont été respectés mais le surclassement n’est pas possible car toutes les chambres sont identiques. La chambre était propre et spacieuse mais dans un décor vieillot. Les rideaux ne sont pas très occultant et l’isolation des fenêtres est à revoir. Le signal du wifi dans notre chambre était faible, nous perdions la connexion régulièrement.La salle de bains était grande et elle avait dû avoir été refaite récemment sauf pour la partie douche. Le service est professionnel. Nous n’avons pas testé le petit-déjeuner. Le rapport qualité-prix est très bon car nous avons payé 30 euros la nuit.
