The Overall experience of property was excellent. The rooms of the property were very clean. The staff was very kind, polite and Co-operative. In Restaurant Mr.Shiva was very helpful and co-operative. The breakfast and Dinner we had taken there It was so tasty and hygiene.

The whole experience from booking till checkout was terrible. The room, the service, billing, checkout name whatever and it was horrible experience. Due to rains I was forced to stay else I would have changed the hotel on the first day itself

Stayed there for 2 days with family at wintergreen room from 16th to 18th august . I would like to start my review with negative points and would end on positive points. 1) check-in process was horrible. We reached at about 2 pm. Only 1 person was present on reception desk. No one came to fetch luggage also for a long time. On asking, reply which we got was that all have fone for lunch !! Imagine this case with hotel like Fern ??!! 2) Reception personnel did not seem friendly at all. Not even a single smile during stay of 2 days. didn't felt welcoming at all. They were almost on verge of being rude. ( 1 another customer already had a issue with 1 of the front desk personnel). 3) hotel was almost full but it is clearly not equipped to run at full capacity. Towels were not provided initially as they had shortage of towels since towels were occupied in laundary !! Again very sad state for hotel like fern. 4) glasses for water were not provided and it arrived after several reminders ! 5) no channels were coming in TV as subscription had expired. Had to remind front desk atleast 4 times. Even during that, bit rude answer was given that how would hotel know that whether TV is working or not !!! One of most ridiculous answer was given ! 5) Room service trays were not collected for more than 15 to 20 hours ! 6) Had 1 room with extra bed. But they did not provided it till 11 pm inspite of several reminders. Again bit rude reply was given on 1 occasion from front desk that i should call house keeping directly. Guest relation executive had to intervene. 7) water bottles were provided after much delay 8) No welcome drink was provided. Although its a minute point, but it was definitely provided to other guests arriving at other times. This definitely felt insulting. Again poor Hospitality from front desk was responsible. Now good points. 1) Guest relation executive mrs. Yashvi thakkar tried to take utmost care of guest. Had welcoming attitude and always very polite. At 11 pm also she was present to resolve the problems. Very much hospitable and responsible. Felt that she had lack of support from front desk and housekeeping department. 2) location of fern is quite good. Lovely view of mountains. 3) Restaurant team is very good. They were able to manage large crowd. Following persons need special mention for managing department in wonderful manner. 1) Mr nilesh - ganthiya maker 2)Mr Debasis - manager 3)Mr. Pujari - Tea maker 4)Mr shiva and Rajesh - waiter Kudos to this fellas for wonderful service. 3) observed only 1 bell boy mr. Sohan in the hotel. He was doing exceptional service . 4) Ample parking space is there. Overall Hotel needs to improve a lot on Hospitality part but still it has few good things as well.

The Fern Leo Resort & Club in Junagadh is the best hotel in Junagadh! It's a huge, green place right next to the Girnar hills. The rooms are big and cozy, and the staff takes great care of you. The food is yummy, especially the vegetarian dishes. They also have a cool swimming pool and lots of space for big parties and weddings. I loved the eco-friendly vibe, and it's so peaceful here. It's perfect for a family vacation or even a business stay. I'll definitely come back soon!

Amazing service and very attentive staff. The food has been delicious all the 3 days we have stayed at the hotel. Our entire family of 15 was happy with the service and food. We ordered dishes from the gujrati, oriental and many other pages of the menu, all were great. No complaints

Green is the vibe of place, monsoon is amazing here. Loved the view from balcony. Food is delicious, spa beautician was a hardworking cheerful girl. Most genuine is smile on each staff members face, they serve with emotions. A place to relax for sure!

Overall experience was awesome. I went with family and staff and where very helpful hygiene was maintained properly Salam has help us a lot. Food was to delicious too. They also provide service like car wash which was very helpful for us specially in rainy season
