Conveniently located, easy access to airport by airport limousin, lots of eateries nearby, will stay again.

Very decent hotel. Check in is by machine but easy to use, just type in your name and scan your passport. Onsen is also okay given the location and price.

Best hotel choice for location. Right in the centre of Tenmonkan. Plenty of food options and shopping. Even the airport shuttle stops directly at the hotel front (50m). It is walking distance (20min) to Kagoshima-chuo JR station, but if you choose tram or bus, the stop is also 100m away from the hotel. Setback is only the bath amenities as shaving foam, face wash and lotion is not provided (make sure you bring your own). Public bath is ok, has a sauna which is good. Check-in and out process is fully machine automated with a luggage storage section too at the side. Very easy. Breakfast service staff is very good, only four breakfast set choices if you purchase it as part of your room but quality is very good with local taste. I suggest you try at least once the breakfast if you stay here.

The room is relatively spacious compared to other hotels I stayed in Japan. It is very clean that no dust is found when wiping the table. The staff is responsible that they cleaned the room even though we forgot to stick the clean signage on the door. We are especially impressed by the LG electronic wardrobe which really helps to dry and cleanse the clothes.

I love the no frills check in and check out. The price included daily bento breakfast which was awesome! And there is a public bath amenity available. Clean-up service only available for stays more than 2 conseq nights

Location was good. Onsen was small and not the cleanest. Could rent a VR machine to try so that was interesting. Also connecting room was nice as well.

Drop off just next to the bus stop if you get on the bus from Nagoya station.
