Hotel Kajang dengan Sarapan

We check in this hotel on 16/9/2022 for 1 night for wedding event nearby. It was a late check in due to traffic jam from Johor. The hotel look grant from outside. The room was quite spacious. Before check in, we already call the reception to inform that we have an handicap driver who need a parking lot near to the lobby. For your info, their parking lot is located on the opposite building, multi-storey which is inconvenience for us. The receiption do give us approval to park outdoor. But when we reach the hotel, the security did not allow us to park. Even tho we did told him that we already got the approval. We have to go to the reception again, show them the prove, then the security let us park. But from the security movement and the way he look at us as if we making a crime. So terrible. It was raining day on that day, but was disappointed as no one from the hotel staff assist us with our luggages and things. Enter the room, when we wanted to use the toilet urgently, towel bowl was stained and cannot flush off. Called the room service, technician took about 20-30mins to repair. 4G internet and wifi access was very slow. In the evening, and during check out the next day, the same security kept looking at us and our vehicle. I understand that they are doing their job but please know that we didn't park there illegally. On the day of check-out, we called the reception to check whether can we request for late check-out, but instead of getting a late check-out, reception make us to check-out earlier which is before 12(the standard timing of checking out) If you are looking for a spacious room and decent area, you can come over to this hotel but if you are looking for overall good service and convenient, don't visit this hotel. You will disappoint yourself, just like i do.

The room (816) is spacious, clean with all basic amenities in the washroom, working air conditioner plus iron and ironing board, fridge and complimentary tea/coffee making facilities. Good view of the southside of Kajang town, MRT and KTM tracks is available from the room size glass window. The staff are helpful and meals are tasty and ontime. Only pool maintenance and in-house entertainment need upgrading. Poor TV signals have persisted for many years judging from previous remarks.

PUKUL 3 petang tiba-tiba datang seorang lelaki masuk ke dalam bilik saya. Nasib baik bukan masa saya mandi masa dia masuk. Lepas saya tanya kenapa masuk dan dia cuma jawab saya dia dapat bilik kunci utama, dan saya pun tak tahu kenapa dia tiba-tiba masuk. Bila saya turun tanya reseption dan katakan mungkin adalah perkhidmatan bilik. saya tidak tahu apa sebenarnya.

The room is very spacious! Like, great for kids to run around! There’s carpark space just in front of the hotel. It’s the same corridor as Le’Venue. Security is there to keep your car safe. Plenty of food options downstairs (restaurants). Need to go through gantry to the carpark but can be claim from the hotel. Will stay here again as it is nearer to the edge of KL. (:

Lokasi - tidak berdekatan dengan mana-mana kawasan utama di KL. Tetapi bagus jika anda perlu berada di sekitar Kajang/Bangi Perkhidmatan - Kakitangan Kaunter mesra Kebersihan - beberapa bilik air lebih bersih. Bilik air yang saya dapat kali ini sedikit berkulat di beberapa tempat. Lantai bilik bersih, kecuali sudut dan bawah katil, ia sangat berdebu. Tetapi kebersihan keseluruhan boleh diterima. Kemudahan - tiada kemudahan tambahan. Tiada pengering rambut - bawa sendiri jika anda memerlukannya. Mesti bawa penyumbat telinga- mana-mana bilik dengan tingkap akan dapat mendengar trafik dengan sangat kuat.

Saya memilih hotel ini kerana jaraknya pendek untuk ke destinasi seterusnya. Saya harap ulasan saya akan membantu orang lain untuk menempah hotel ini untuk perjalanan seterusnya. 1. Nilai untuk wang (di bawah RM100). 2. Tempat letak kereta tidak mudah didapati di hadapan hotel. 3. Pegawai kaunter penerimaan tetamu sangat peramah dan menyenangkan. 4. Kebersihan bilik hanya bagus untuk 2 orang penghuni. 5. AC dan Pemanas berada dalam keadaan baik dan berfungsi dengan baik. 6. Paip tandas perlu dibaiki. 7. Kebisingan oleh penjaja tingkat bawah.

kami dijanjikan dengan bilik yg luas…tapi dapat bilik yg sempit..ruang untuk berlegar pun tak ade…ruang utk solat lagi lah tiada..betul-betul masuk hotel untuk tidur saja..ruang hnya muat untuk berjalan shaja..itupun utk sorng lalu..tak berpuas hati dengan bilik ni..sangat xpuas hati..hotel hanya mementingkan keuntungan semata..harap saya tidak akan duduk lagi di hotel ni..terima kasih

Lokasi hotel memuaskan di persekitran luar hotel mudah mendapat tempat makan dan tempat dobi layan diri. Kecuali semasa penginapan hari pertama kurang selesa air cond bilik tidak berfungsi dengan baik dan bilik terasa panas. Complaint pertama staff yang bertugas memberitahu, mengambil masa untuk sejuk. Hampir 3 jam dalam bilik masih rasa panas. Complaint kedua saya pergi ke kuanter service dlm pkl 8,30mlm. tiada tindakan yang di ambil.. Complaint yang ketiga pagi 7.12.2022, semasa saya mahu keluar breakfast. Aircond bilit baru terasa sejuk selepas aduan yang ketiga. Saranan saya supaya memperbaiki kelemahan supaya setiap aduan di ambil dengan serius. Sebagai pelanggan sekiranya meninggalkan kesan yang baik dari hotel tersebut, saya akan menginap lagi utk kedua kali nya sekian
