Hotel Kajang dengan Sarapan

We check in this hotel on 16/9/2022 for 1 night for wedding event nearby. It was a late check in due to traffic jam from Johor. The hotel look grant from outside. The room was quite spacious. Before check in, we already call the reception to inform that we have an handicap driver who need a parking lot near to the lobby. For your info, their parking lot is located on the opposite building, multi-storey which is inconvenience for us. The receiption do give us approval to park outdoor. But when we reach the hotel, the security did not allow us to park. Even tho we did told him that we already got the approval. We have to go to the reception again, show them the prove, then the security let us park. But from the security movement and the way he look at us as if we making a crime. So terrible. It was raining day on that day, but was disappointed as no one from the hotel staff assist us with our luggages and things. Enter the room, when we wanted to use the toilet urgently, towel bowl was stained and cannot flush off. Called the room service, technician took about 20-30mins to repair. 4G internet and wifi access was very slow. In the evening, and during check out the next day, the same security kept looking at us and our vehicle. I understand that they are doing their job but please know that we didn't park there illegally. On the day of check-out, we called the reception to check whether can we request for late check-out, but instead of getting a late check-out, reception make us to check-out earlier which is before 12(the standard timing of checking out) If you are looking for a spacious room and decent area, you can come over to this hotel but if you are looking for overall good service and convenient, don't visit this hotel. You will disappoint yourself, just like i do.

The room (816) is spacious, clean with all basic amenities in the washroom, working air conditioner plus iron and ironing board, fridge and complimentary tea/coffee making facilities. Good view of the southside of Kajang town, MRT and KTM tracks is available from the room size glass window. The staff are helpful and meals are tasty and ontime. Only pool maintenance and in-house entertainment need upgrading. Poor TV signals have persisted for many years judging from previous remarks.

Saya menempah bilik dengan tingkap tetapi saya mendapat bilik tanpa tingkap dan penyambut tetamu berkata yang muncul adalah dari traveloka bukan Trip.com, saya tidak pasti mengapa. Tambahan pula, saya tidak berpuas hati dengan kebersihan hotel bilik + tandas. Jadi, saya tidak akan mengulangi untuk tinggal di sini. Maaf atas ulasan jujur.

Biliknya sangat luas! Suka, bagus untuk kanak-kanak berlari-lari! Terdapat ruang letak kereta betul-betul di hadapan hotel. Ia adalah koridor yang sama dengan Le'Venue. Keselamatan ada untuk memastikan kereta anda selamat. Banyak pilihan makanan di tingkat bawah (restoran). Perlu melalui gantri ke tempat letak kereta tetapi boleh dituntut dari hotel. Akan tinggal di sini lagi kerana ia lebih dekat dengan pinggir KL. (:

kedai semua dekat 7 eleven pon ada, makan pon senang, stesen bas pon ada bilik mmg kecik la tapi saya bawa baby pon boleh tidur lena kira okay memadai tidur sehari cuma saya xpuas hati check in petang nak mandi tiada air panas air panas ada waktu pagi sahaja itu saja yg tak okay lain semua good enough tq yaaa marvelot

Saya belum berkesempatan pun nak check in masa anak bongsu saya check in dalam bilik berasingan 1st.. dia video call saya.. kesan darah? Di atas cadar putih.. puntung rokok di sudut.. dia segera check out

Iris Hotel agak berhampiran dengan Stadium Kajang, Satay Kajang & Stesen MRT, hanya 6-10 min berjalan kaki. Penginapan agak baik dan selesa, kebersihan OK, cuma tuala yang disediakan nipis & kecil sedikit. Dispenser air suam dan tempat letak kereta di tepi jalan disediakan.

Lokasi hotel memuaskan di persekitran luar hotel mudah mendapat tempat makan dan tempat dobi layan diri. Kecuali semasa penginapan hari pertama kurang selesa air cond bilik tidak berfungsi dengan baik dan bilik terasa panas. Complaint pertama staff yang bertugas memberitahu, mengambil masa untuk sejuk. Hampir 3 jam dalam bilik masih rasa panas. Complaint kedua saya pergi ke kuanter service dlm pkl 8,30mlm. tiada tindakan yang di ambil.. Complaint yang ketiga pagi 7.12.2022, semasa saya mahu keluar breakfast. Aircond bilit baru terasa sejuk selepas aduan yang ketiga. Saranan saya supaya memperbaiki kelemahan supaya setiap aduan di ambil dengan serius. Sebagai pelanggan sekiranya meninggalkan kesan yang baik dari hotel tersebut, saya akan menginap lagi utk kedua kali nya sekian
