I enjoyed my stay tremendously and at awe of the level of service from all the staff of this hotel. From the bellhop to the concierge to the maid, everyone here is professional and courteous only the highest class hotels in the US can match. Here they are doing it without expectations of tips... I traveled solo and as a single guy and not expecting much. I am surprised at the service and comfort I got that are exceeding my expectations.

The hotel location is good. The room is clean, although a bit small, as there is not much space between the bed and the TV. Also, there is not much choices for a vegetarian for the breakfast. Nevertheless, the price performance worth the stay.

Right next to the Kaohsiung main station, which is very convenient. The room is not too small nor big, it's a good size for solo or a couple traveller. The most important thing is that all the staffs were very very friendly

Very clean environment, this is the hotel I stayed every time I come to 高雄 for trip. And their staffs are welcoming and friendly. Very prompt reply and service. Especially the lobby staff Pan and Zhuting. Highly recommended.

捷運、輕軌都離飯店10分內可到適合小家庭下雨天不太適合附近有超商美妝店都很近飯店地點好找服務員親切交誼廳很大爆米花吃到飽咖啡喝到飽雖房間有點老舊但有浴缸可泡又乾淨又有提供泡麵然後沒有兒童遊戲室小孩子會有點無聊適合單純住宿早餐偏簡單服務員會親切可以接受可以提前寄放行李也可以退房後寄放行李有一個缺點也是最不能接受的就是無法準時入房 16:00 我們11點提前寄放行李順便辦理入房手續中間去玩 16:10到飯店服務員說整理還沒好要等一下這點我有點不能接受我們去外面玩得很累卻不能準時入房心情不是很開心但沒說什麼只能去交誼廳邊休息邊等 16:25才給房卡讓我們入房沒有補償或送小禮物之類

Location: close to MRT and surrounded with variety of shops for food or quick shop for tourist. Room: size is great, you get everything you need and bathroom is clean is well. Water pressure is great, given this is a common problem for older building. But the bedding is quite uncomfortable, the blanket is literally just a piece of cover sheet which feels weird all night long. Insolation is average as you can hear people shutting door and partying at night. This is a budget hotel that you get what you paid for.

Traditional hotel with “key” (not card key) in the nightmarket. Convenient location for tourist that want experience and enjoy the local food culture. And because this hotel is the middle of the night market be prepared for some noise in the room.

Hotel is conveniently located at traffic junction and about 5-7 mins walk to mrt ( Sanduo Shopping District ). Exit 7 from station. Room is of oriental settings which is very nice and room is very clean. Shower spray is very strong and enjoyed a great shower. Breakfast spread is decent and seats are big and also have few big tables for big groups. Enjoyed the stay and will stay again in future.

All is good about the hotel, location wise and cleanliness etc. Only one thing to note is that the carpark entrance is very narrow ! It is a one way entrance in and out, so guest with their own cars ought to watch out for the narrow drive pathway and the claustrophobic parking spaces

The hotel is spacious and breakfast is good. No swimming pool. There is a mall near hotel and can walk to that shopping mall in 8 minutes. The hotel provides public washing machine & drying machine. They also have a kid’s play area thought very small.

距離上次，這是第二次來訪，看評論還非常擔心，是否服務品質變了？入住時與櫃檯再確認，是否有熱水？？畢竟寒流來襲，還是想泡個熱水澡。到場時，等打掃人員大約半小時⋯如果讓客人依時間進場，感覺會更好一點⋯ 這次選擇入住VIP大型雙人房，空間超級大，室內非常乾淨，浴池水也非常熱，泡起來非常舒服，入住208，其實空間很大，情趣椅空間就沒使用，泡澡時整個心情非常放鬆，唯一缺點就是沒早餐，畢竟元旦連假對應高房價，有早餐會更加分！夫妻情侶的小約會來這裡還算不錯選擇，至少目前我住過的都還不錯☺️

Well, the service was great. All the traveller's necessities are in the room. The only concern that I have is the smell of cigarettes; it saturates the room that made us need to wear a face mask, but eventually it evaporated. But over all, you can still enjoy your stay at this hotel.

The location is good for late arrival or early flight in the next morning, though the options for breakfast are quite limited. The room is quite tidy, no stains or any smell. I arrived in midnight, there was a staff looking ready to pick me up. Though there was only one staff serving, my request were solved efficiently. Since I was staying for only a few hours, I got no time to test the facilities. Overall, it was a good experience.

Had everything I needed for a short stay in Kaohsiung. The hotel was very clean and my room, as well as the breakfast hall had a great view. The location is not too central, however you can reach the metro within a 10 minute walk. Overall for the price it’s a really good accommodation, I’d come again in the future!

漢來逸居樓下是漢神百貨，又臨近大立和新崛江商圈、中央公園，不僅地理位置棒，服務也很好，看到我們拿行李，就主動詢問是否要寄放，公共空間也很香，氣氛很讚，雖然無法使用游泳池、健身房、三溫暖等設施，要漢來大飯店才可以使用，但因此價格也較便宜，適合我們這些本身就不太會去用設施的人，要說可能的缺點就是電視台數較少，也沒YT和電影可看，但這也是優點，可以讓我們更多在彼此相處和出去逛街、欣賞風景😄至少畫質ok
