Location is very convenient. Stuff is very helpful. We’r very satisfied with Miss Ritica Thagunna, working at Reception. The business hour of lobby restaurant is from 6:30 am to 10:30pm. food is delicious. Mr Nabaraj Shrestha’s service is very warm and satisfying. We will surely choose this hotel in our next travel

Very friendly staff, pleasant comfortable room, with a great view and very quiet for being in the center of the city. Restraunt looks out to a little courtyard with bamboo hedge privacy screen, offers both Western and Nepalese food.

A bit late check in at 12 midnight, the staff are waiting for my arrival and offer free drinks and fast check in. The room was big and clean. A definitely worth hotel to book.

Bad rating simply because on arrival I was told there wasn’t a room for me yet they had my booking and passed me onto the hotel next door which was awful. I’m sure this hotel would have been nice which is why I choose to stay there in the first place.

Very clean hotel, the food also nice. Very good location as if you stay in the Center of the town, it gonna be very noisy start from 3am for the whole day. Here you won’t be waken by the traffic and walkable distance to those shopping area.

很高興這次選這裡來住宿，價格實惠，並且洗澡熱水充足，裝潢風格也特別得好，有電梯可以使用，早餐的種類豐富，這次美中不足的是窗戶的欄杆壞了，以他們的客房服務時間等了很久，需要催一下，但整體而言還是非常不錯的

老闆很熱情，到達後會很貼心的提供茶飲，房間很乾凈，位於泰米爾街區，交通很便利，很安靜，不會被吵醒，早餐很好吃，很豐盛，有任何問題客服都會幫忙解決。
