The customer service was terrible. Every time they lied me. There is no hair dryer as amenities. After my complai they said they will give me but its all lie. And i booked one month in advance but once i get there they said there is no room available which i booked and they gave me lower grade room, which is terrible.

People's NOT HONEST... requesting a SECOND paiement after paiement online, the money was correctly debited on my bank account. I willNEVER RETURN in this Hotel

In fact fare from Thamel, and NO lift in the Hotel same hotel at 15 US$

- Внимание: в гостинице есть комнаты категории «deluxe» без окон!!! Информация об этом при бронировании не указана! Изначально бронировали номер «Deluxe» с окном, но на ресепшене при заселении попытались дать номер без окна, сославшись на отсутствие номеров с окнами в категории «Deluxe», а за номер категорией чуть выше пришлось доплатить. - В некоторых комнатах отвратительный запах нафталина; - Окна в ванной не закрывались; - В моей комнате было внутреннее окно, через которое всю ночь проникал свет. + Достаточно тихо. + Удобное расположение.

I dont know how this hotel got so many reviews in google or booking dot com. This is far from thamel area and It's a maze. You will walk and walk but u wont find the hotel. And the rooms! They are very little (I stayed at 305) and no ventilation or windows were there. Even the bathroom was very small. We felt so suffocated that we checked out after one days though we booked it for 3 nights. I don’t recommend it at all.

The hotel is conveniently located in Jyatha, close to Thamel the main tourist area, without being in the really crowded and noisy part of the area. The first room I was assigned was clean, but a bit dark because it had a small window facing the walls of the building itself, and the next day I was allocated a room with window without any problem. The rooms have a small fridge (with content against payment), tv, closet with hangers, comfortable bed. Rooms and linens are clean and well maintained. The hotel has a lift for the upper floors. The hotel offers the opportunity to store luggage and an early morning wake-up call. The staff of the hotel is friendly and cooperative.

In a city like kathmandu it is nice to stay in a hotel that feels like home. Their staff does an excellent job of keeping this hotel clean. Everytime I'm in kathmandu it is my go to place to stay. The location is by far the best part with it being on a quiet street in thamel, which is very hard to find.Keep up the great job!
