Hotel Mesra keluarga di Kelowna

先説優點：酒店在最核心的位置，出門就是waterfront park，游泳會，市政府、法官、劇院，離各種網紅餐廳也就是5-10分鐘步行距離。餐廳正對湖，景色很美，早餐分量跟一般北美早餐相比算小的，但是都好吃。我覺得經典雙蛋的性價比是最高的。晚上點了酒，但是説沒有配酒的東西，什麼plate、堅果、水果一概沒有。 然後吐槽一下房間，房間比較小，雙大床的床都是Queen 所以二個人睡是偏小的，床上的床單皺的好像剛從烘乾機拿出來的，還有一股子味道。我兒子説床墊和枕頭都不舒服。我不知道為啥，每次攜程訂房間給的位置都很差，這次給的是大風機旁邊的啥景也沒有，就看到二個大風機的房間，哎。500刀一個晚上，北美的酒店就是這麼坑爹。拖鞋沒有，洗漱用品沒有，Wi-Fi如果不花10元錢就慢到你幾乎打不開遊戲或者視頻。最最無語的是，checkout收了我每晚36刀的停車費，這個停車費真的太貴了，事先也沒有告知。我印象中惠斯勒的酒店也就20多刀。反正除了地理位置絕佳之外，其他真的很so so

The room was recently renovated, and very well featured. The bedroom was nicely partitioned from the rest of the space, and had an excellent bed. The wifi internet connection was quick and consistent despite having multiple devices connected. The location is a little far from the waterfront, but central to the rest of the city and airport.

We stayed April 27 and decided to return in August. I booked through GoSplitty .... what a huge mistake. I strongly urge people to check with the Better Business Bureau and GoSplitty reviews prior to booking with them. Long story short once you book through GoSplitty it is almost impossible to contact them. But if you use your desktop computer, and go to their website you will be able to cancel. They count on people giving up and then keep their money. Now shame on you Ramada in Kelowna. I called many times to see if you could assist me. Your argument that I booked through a third party, although accurate does not let you off the hook. You could have sent an email to Go Splitty, maybe made a phone call OR alter realizing that so many people are getting ripped off decided not to do business with this company. It is when you close your eyes to these types of situations you become part of the problem. I will say that your staff was very sympathetic, but sympathy does not pay the bills. You can do better Ramada, but you have to make the decision to put in the time and effort, and I believe your customers deserve better.

Don't leave anything behind in the room because you likely won't see it again. I left two expensive medications behind by accident and was basically accused of being a liar when I questioned why they weren't turned in by the housekeeping staff. The man I spoke with at reception was unhelpful and unapologetic, going so far as to tell me it was my problem since I left the medications behind. I know they were tucked out of sight and that's how I forgot them, but he said his housekeepers are very thorough. If that's the case, they should have turned the medications in. A bit of compassion goes a long way and is better than calling your customer a liar.

The rooms are large and updated, the beds are comfortable and the staff is great. So friendly and gave us extra items we needed i.e. towels, coffee, key cards and ducks :). There were 11 of us who stayed and they were able to accommodate us staying close to one another. We were prepared for the noise and all brought ear plugs. There is construction right behind the hotel and will be for a while, so prepare yourselves with ear plugs. The pool though.... It is NOT refreshing. It was about 27 degrees outside and the pool might as well have been soup. The temperature definitely needs dropped a few degrees. We enjoyed the 10% off at Ricky's across the parking lot and were really treated well by the wait staff there. There is also a Starbucks in the same parking lot for that extra kick of caffeine. Would 100% stay here again.

A great overall experience! Extremely courteous staff willing to help meet all your needs. An exceptional breakfast with healthy choices for all. Our room was very clean and comfortable. We are sure to revisit on our next trip to Kelowna.. Tony & Janie Ontario

Segala-galanya adalah baik. Perkhidmatan ini terlalu teruk. Dan masa daftar masuk dan daftar keluar ini benar-benar tidak normal Mesti daftar masuk selepas pukul lima dan daftar keluar sebelum pukul sepuluh Maksudnya ialah hotel ini akan memotong wang secara rawak! Berhati-hati untuk tidak memilih hotel ini Tetapi saya merasakan bahawa tempat hantu ini sepatutnya sangat sukar bagi sesiapa selain saya untuk menempah hotel ini dengan Ctrip. Pemandangan hotel ini sangat bagus. Kolam renangnya juga sangat cantik dan besar Servis memang teruk dan tahap penyangak Saya memandu dari Banff ke hotel yang memandu selama lebih daripada empat jam dan tiba pada pukul 10:30 malam. Kemudian apabila saya mendaftar masuk, saya memberitahu saya untuk meminta deposit sebanyak dua ratus dolar Kanada untuk hak pra-jualan Saya memberinya kad kredit. Kemudian saya melihat perbankan dalam talian saya. Lebih 320 ditahan... Saya bertanya kepadanya apa yang seratus lebih itu. Saya tidak mengakuinya sehingga mati. Saya menunjukkan baucar kepadanya. Dia melihatnya selama lima minit dan memberitahu saya bahawa ia memang ditahan oleh syarikat mereka, tetapi dia tidak tahu apa itu. Kemudian saya pergi ke bilik dan mula. Saya terjerat dengan Ctrip sehingga kira-kira jam 1 pagi dan tidak pergi berenang. Saya pada asalnya menempah hotel ini untuk berenang. Kemudian saya memberitahu saya untuk memberi saya jawapan pada pukul 9 pagi. Saya bangun secara semula jadi pada pukul 8:30 pagi. Tunggu jawapan. Kemudian beritahu saya Hotel tidak memotong wang saya. Ia hanya menampung saya dua ratus.... Kemudian saya menghantar baucar ke Ctrip dan bertanya apa itu. Kemudian saya pergi untuk mengesahkannya selama dua jam. Dalam tempoh ini, saya bertanya sama ada saya boleh menyemak kemudian. Saya diberitahu bahawa ia telah ditangguhkan. Terdapat cukai sebanyak 45 USD dan 50 caj bilik. Kami mesti keluar sebelum pukul sepuluh dan kemudian pada pukul sepuluh setengah hotel akan datang dan menghalau kami, mengatakan bahawa kami tidak akan berlengah jika kami menambah wang. Saya juga memberitahu saya bahawa ada tetamu baharu yang ingin mendaftar masuk. Saya benar-benar It’s too bad. Saya bertanya kepada anda jika hotel hanya boleh mendaftar masuk selepas pukul lima? Anda tidak perlu merangka pembohongan? Saya benar-benar mabuk. Kakitangan perkhidmatan di hotel ini seperti penyamun. Pada pukul 11, Ctrip datang ke perkhidmatan pelanggan dan memberitahu saya untuk mengesahkannya. Ia adalah kebenaran tambahan... Saya benar-benar Spit up. Memandangkan saya memberi kuasa kepada anda untuk memberitahu saya terlebih dahulu! Katakan dua ratus. Saya memotong lebih daripada tiga ratus dan tidak mengakuinya pada mulanya. Pada akhirnya, saya memberitahu saya bahawa itu semua yang saya beri kuasa. Saya tidak mempunyai wang untuk memegang untuk anda. Cuma saya tidak berniaga seperti ini. Saya suruh orang pegang dua ratus dan hasilnya lebih tiga ratus. . Mengapa anda tidak memegang lebih daripada 30,000! Mengatakan ia akan dikembalikan kepada saya dalam masa tujuh hari bekerja. Ia adalah satu perkara untuk membayar balik kepada saya. perangai awak salah. Melanggar dasar perkhidmatan hotel hanyalah logik penyamun. Jika anda merompak kematian paksa keluarga anda, anda tidak akan mengakuinya. Akhirnya, semua bukti dipaparkan. Saya memberitahu saya bahawa ia adalah kebenaran tambahan. Jadi kenapa anda tidak mengaku pada mulanya, anda adalah hotel yang rosak. Sungguh menjengkelkan. Ia adalah yang besar! Dan saya lupa nak cakap. Mengapa anda memberi saya suite dua bilik tidur untuk suite satu bilik tidur saya? saya tak faham. Adakah anda menjual bilik saya? saya bergantung harap Mengapa saya memerlukan bilik yang begitu besar? Saya dan teman wanita saya tidur di katil berasingan, bukan? Muntah sangat Hotel sedang nazak. Ia sama seperti bilik untuk lelaki berusia 80-90 tahun. Saya sangat menyesal mempunyai hotel ini. Saya tidur selama lima atau enam jam pada 1,000 yuan. Saya telah ditahan selama lebih daripada 1,500... Lawatan. saya muntah. Pengalaman itu mengerikan. Saya keluar untuk melancong dan menemui hotel penyamun hotel titik hitam seperti ini dan bertemu dengan kakitangan perkhidmatan pelanggan penyamun ini.

I have never in my life experienced such disrespect and gaslighting from a hospitality/ hotel staff in my life. I am a well traveled individual and so is my family that i was traveling with and Ive never had a worse customer service experience. I had booked two rooms for my family over a month ago. My parents went inside to get the keys to the rooms and found out the rooms were on different floors. They requested if it’s possible to get the rooms together since we booked under one name and we are a family. The male receptionist checking us in was immediately hostile over a such a small and sensible request. He was telling us that we weren’t listening to him and became increasingly agitated. Due to such poor and and aggressive behavior towards us, my father mentioned that we must complain to corporate about our poor treatment. The male reception then began to accuse my father of calling him a profanity (“b*st*rd) when he did not say anything remotely close. As customers we have the right to report poor treatment especially when we have paid for our stay in advance. In response to my father defending himself, the receptionist grew even more aggressive and threatened to call the cops, to throw us out, and was running in and out of the staff room mentioning profanities and the f word towards us. There was one assistant manager that chimed in and started gaslighting us as well and when asked her what happened she was not able to explain what she heard—she was just repeating what he told her. The rest of the staff looked scared to speak up around him. Very disappointed in this service. Almost ruined our road trip and I WILL NOT BE STAYING AT A HOLIDAY INN EVER AGAIN. Holiday Inn should be ashamed of themselves for hiring such under qualified staff. If you are South Asian DO NOT stay here. The staff are clearly ****** and are projecting stereotypes onto their paying customers. This is a disgrace.
