Sebaik sahaja saya masuk, saya tertarik dengan ***a hiasan hotel, yang ringkas tetapi ber***a, dan setiap perincian mendedahkan penjagaan dan rasa. Bilik itu bersih dan kemas, peralatan tempat tidurnya sangat selesa, dan saya tidur lena sepanjang malam! Sama ada dari segi perkhidmatan, keselamatan atau ketenangan, ia sangat sesuai untuk orang yang melancong. Saya fikir ia sangat mengagumkan saya dari perspektif prestasi kos sahaja! Lagipun abang bos ni memang kejam dan tak banyak cakap. Dia membantu kami membawa kotak dan mengalihkannya. Kami mendaftar keluar dan dia sudi membantu kami membawa bagasi ke tepi jalan. Dia sangat hebat, sangat bagus, dan dia juga sangat kacak, jadi saya sangat mengesyorkannya, anda pasti tidak akan kecewa

Definisi sebenar kakitangan perkhidmatan. - Kami tiba jauh sebelum waktu daftar masuk & berhasrat untuk menyimpan bagasi kami di kaunter penerimaan tetamu sebelum keluar. Kami terkejut apabila penyambut tetamu membenarkan kami mendaftar masuk hampir setengah hari lebih awal (tanpa kami minta), malah menyediakan sarapan percuma untuk kami! Sangat bersyukur 🙏🏼 - Persekitarannya damai & biliknya bersih & luas. Semua keperluan yang diperlukan telah disediakan. - Menghabiskan sepanjang hari di tempat penginapan ini. Jika anda menyukai haiwan ternakan & berada di alam semula jadi, ini adalah penginapan yang baik untuk anda. - Unggun api dalaman percuma pada satu malam, dengan minuman panas tradisional *******. - Satu-satunya perkara yang perlu diberi perhatian ialah anda mungkin perlu ke Didi untuk ke semua tarikan kerana penginapan ini tidak boleh dicapai dengan berjalan kaki. Walau bagaimanapun, Didi menaiki kereta api ke Dukezong (15 minit pemanduan) & stesen kereta api tidak jauh (9 minit pemanduan). Bukan masalah bagi kami. - Secara keseluruhan, sangat disyorkan & pasti akan kembali sekiranya kami kembali ke Shangri-la! ☺️☺️

What sweet treat for us! The place is visually stunning, the room was nice and clean, the personnel were extremely helpful and kind, and, last but not least, the inn is perfectly located near the entrance of the ancient town. Overall, a perfect score!

It was a spacious and clean room, and the desk reception was extra kind and helpful with a separate issue I had, I cannot thank them enough! Plus you can rent a motorbike and it was a nice service. 😁

Stayed room at ground floor. Quite convenient to bring in luggage as hotel don’t have lift. Staffs quite helpful in helping out find few tourist spots. Easy to find this hotel in the DiDi apps. Love the view from room. Only cons will be minimal sound of cars on the roadside during night. Recommend to those wanting to have slow pace day.

Service Very impressive—this was the best hotel of my entire trip in Yunnan. The hotel provides free pick-up from both the airport and the railway station. The driver who took us to the station was the nicest we encountered in Yunnan. She drove very carefully and politely, especially compared to other drivers we experienced through ride-hailing apps during the trip. All the staff were attentive and always willing to help with anything we needed. Location Although the hotel entrance is located in a small alley, it is still accessible by car. The hotel is conveniently close to the old town and Dafo Temple. There is also a back entrance that provides a shortcut to the old town, which is very convenient. Room and Amenities Truly impressive. The room was clean, comfortable, and exactly as shown in the photos. Upon check-in, the hotel provided a nice selection of tea and snacks. The room features a large projector and a smart voice-controlled system. It also includes a humidifier and an oxygen dispenser, which can be connected to a nasal cannula or released directly into the room. These amenities made our stay much more comfortable, especially at high altitude. Altitude fatigue and sickness are real concerns, and the oxygen support helped significantly. Combined with a comfortable bed and an electric blanket, this hotel provided the best sleep quality of my entire trip. Downside The only minor downside was that I had some difficulty connecting to the projector in the room, but it was not a big issue. Summary I would strongly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Shangri-La.

最愛的還是樓頂300平大露台！視野太絕了，白天能看到遠處的大金塔金光閃閃，傍晚孔雀樓的輪廓在夕陽下超美，晚上吹着風看夜市燈火，隨手拍都是朋友圈爆款。前台小姐姐還會主動提醒最佳拍照時間，服務超貼心。細節也到位，露台有休息區，渴了能喝到免費茶水，住這幾天天天泡在露台不想走，下次來版納還住這！

絕對是我住過最驚喜的民宿！直接五星拉滿，不允許任何人錯過！ 1.新中式的小院太有韻味了，假山魚池流水潺潺，綠植打理得生機勃勃，陽光灑下來的時候坐在院子裏喝茶，整個人都慢下來了，完全就是理想中的度假小院。 2：開放式廚房鍋碗瓢盆、調料一應俱全，冰箱、大餐桌都有，和朋友一起買菜做飯太方便了；老闆給配置的科學餐食！公共客廳的原木設計質感拉滿，不管是閑聊還是辦公都很舒服，完全沒有侷促感。 3. 房間乾淨到發光！床品柔軟親膚，衞浴乾濕分離做得超棒，智能馬桶、品牌洗漱品、浴袍拖鞋都配齊了，連洗護用品的味道都很高級，住起來比酒店還舒服，完全沒有民宿的粗糙感。 4. 從進門到離開全程都很舒心，不管是和朋友聚會、家庭出行都完美適配，性價比直接拉滿，下次來一定還住這裏，瘋狂推薦給所有人！

Bahagian luar dan dalam bilik dihias dalam ***a Tibet, dan kemudahannya diperincikan dengan teliti dan baharu. Penumpu oksigen dan pelembap semuanya tersedia dan mudah digunakan. Memandangkan B&B adalah milik pemiliknya sendiri, persekitarannya cantik, tempat letak kereta mudah, dan kemudahan istimewa, seperti mandi kaki dan pengalaman pakaian Tibet, sangat disyorkan. B&B terletak dengan sempurna, hanya beberapa minit berjalan kaki dari Taman Guishan dan bandar purba, menjadikannya mudah untuk diterokai pada bila-bila masa anda mahu. Kedai sewa pakaian Tibet, tepat di seberang dinding dari adat resam, adalah tempat yang mesra, berpatutan dan selesa untuk tetamu. Ia adalah nilai terbaik untuk wang. Apa yang menjadikan B&B unik ialah pemiliknya adalah warga Tibet tempatan, berpendidikan tinggi, mesra dan pemurah. Pemilik mengesyorkan Changcong Huotang, sebuah restoran di seberang jalan, untuk bahan-bahan segar dan nilai yang sangat baik. Menginap di sana selama tiga malam berturut-turut adalah seperti pulang ke rumah! Ia akan terus menjadi satu-satunya pilihan saya untuk solo, keluarga atau rakan!

We stayed for three nights and had a room with one single bed and one king-size bed. The mattresses were very comfortable, allowing us to rest well after long days. One small improvement would be to have another mirror in the room, as there is currently only one in the bathroom. The hotel is beautiful and very conveniently located, close to Dukezong Ancient Town, making it easy to explore the area. Just a few shops away, there is a large basement shopping center where we could buy instant noodles, which was helpful since we weren’t fully used to the local food. There are also familiar options like KFC, McDonald's, and Pizza nearby, making meals convenient. Breakfast was decent, though not entirely to our taste. Overall, the hotel offers a great combination of comfort, convenience, and location. A special mention goes to Lamu, the owner, who is incredibly kind and attentive. She always checked in on us, reminded us to stay hydrated, and even kindly dropped us off at the train station. Her warmth and hospitality truly made our stay memorable, and we would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Shangri-La.
