Even though the location was quite secluded, it was worth the stay. The room was very well furnished and even comes with a projector screen for us to screen mirror our movies. Views were astonishing with many animals around. The receptionists were very friendly and welcoming as well! Overall very satisfied!

The stay is located in a peaceful and open space, just 20 minutes away from the Shangri-La train station, near Lake Napahai. We are surrounded by majestic mountains and expansive fields, with fresh air and a clear blue sky. The room is equipped with an oxygen supply and heated floors, making it incredibly comfortable. We enjoyed a delicious 牦牛 hotpot, which was absolutely delightful, especially with its flavorful soup base. We had hoped to see a galaxy of stars, but unfortunately, the sky was cloudy. Later in the evening, we ordered instant noodles and beer from Meituan. The delivery was impressively on time, despite the distance. Location is inside dukezong ancient city. Didi can rch directly. Place is very clean. Wifi is good. Right outside is convenience store and quite a lot of food. Abt 5 min walk to guishan park entrance. Owner and his wife and son are all very friendly people. I took a tour to rch here, came early intending to bag drop but owner allowed me to check in early. Hot water is pretty much instantaneous here, dont need to wait. Slight lack of plugs. Cos they also provide oxygen machine and humidifier and electric bed warmer haha. All life savers as night here is very cold and dry. Laundry also available on second level but no dryer though. On my last night i came back freezing and owner son offered me nescafe coffee bags! Cant believe got nescafe in shangri-la haha! Owner also provide transport to shangri-la station upon check out. Lady boss offered me ginger tea when she heard i caught a cold. Very friendly people. There is also a dog here that greets all people politely. Overall a great stay!

Overall quite a pleasant stay, the location was a little confusing as it got two entrances and there one of which you have to walk past the carpark and find the side door which is a bit hidden and I only managed to find it through contacting the staff. Luckily the hotel has really good customer service, they came out to pick me up and helped me with luggage as well. I would especially like to give credit to this guy name 小涂 which actually helped me out at around 11pm even after his shift as I couldn't find the way back to the hotel and the short cut side door from the carpark will lock after 10pm.

Kakitangan hotel juga membantu saya menunjukkan perkhidmatan Van untuk membawa saya ke Dali, 2 1/2 jam memandu, dengan harga CNY100. Walaupun saya mengembara sendirian, bilik saya dengan katil bersaiz queen akan memuatkan pasangan dengan selesa.

An excellent family run hotel that is in the old city of Shangrila. It is a new building with modern rooms that are very comfortable and quiet. Its location is only a short walk from the temple and all the old town shops and restaurants. The staff were great helping us arrange transportation and making sure we had a comfortable stay. Highly recommended.

The owner is very friendly and welcoming all the customers with happiness. He invites us to drink tea, tell us stories about Chinese culture, and giving us great recommendation on the activites around Yunnan. From the proof of the house, i can see the view of the whole city. And above all of that, the price is extremely reasonable. Definetely will comeback again! 🥰

Our first trip to Lijiang, and what a memorable experience! Our host contacted us and helped to arrange pick up from train station and treated us to a tea tasting when we arrived. She also gave us a room upgrade and it had the best view of the Snow mountains and Lijiang old town! There are many eateries and shops near the hotel, its a small walk downhill to the main ancient town! She also gave us recommendations for places to visit and was so helpful! Definitely staying here again whether its with friends or my wife for sure! Thank you Xinsu for the love!

This place is a gem! The location is great, a 10 min walk to Li Jiang old town (we won’t recommend staying inside the old town because it gets too noisy at night) and is right outside the Black Dragon Pool Park, especially helpful if you want to catch sunrise. This accommodation is close to the main road so no trouble getting pick ups/ drop offs from taxis. Service is excellent - you will have one staff tagged to you so you can receive personalized help, guides on where to visit and eat, and even have activities like tea appreciation. 大山 was the staff assigned to me and my family and he was amazing! He brought us around the old town the day we arrived and suggested places to shop and eat. Throughout our stay, he also helped arrange for a visit to the Jade Dragon Snow Mountain and even packed breakfast for us to bring along as we had an early start to the day. He also checked in on us while we were out to make sure we were safe and didn’t get affected by altitude sickness. During our stay, the breakfast (typically noodles or porridge with a spread of side dishes and soy milk), afternoon tea, and night dessert were lovely touches to make us feel so pampered! The room was very clean and spacious, and whenever we required any refills for necessities or toiletries the staff would promptly provide. If you wish to relax in the compounds, the staff would have tea sessions with you where you can learn more about the Yunnan Pu’er tea or just chat! There are open seating areas for you to relax as well. Coffee (Americano, latte etc.) is available and made upon request. Highly recommend this place to stay to all!

It is a nice hotel with very nice viewing overseeing the old town and with 玉龙雪山at the back. I enjoyed the breakfast and interaction with the animals. 大成is our 管家。Even weeks before I checked in the hotel, we already liaised on WeChat. He is very helpful in responding to my questions. He fetched us from the entrance of the old town and sent us out. We do not need to push our luggage over the stone road.He is very responsive to my WeChat including those which are not within his work scope (helped me arrange the courier of my luggage from Lijiang to Kunming). Overall a good experience!

The Inn located near the main attractions, with inviting entrance and enchanting courtyard. The room is spacious and clean. There’s also a rooftop terrace where you can drink tea peacfully, sitting on a swing, overlooking the snow-topped mountain. It’s hosted by a beautiful couple who are very friendly and welcoming and trying their best to accomodate you. They also speak a bit english. As a solo traveller, she also helped took my pictures. I had an evening train and didnt want to go to the station earlier, upon checked out, she accompanied me and drank tea together while trying her best to keep the conversation flowing. She also let me use the room so i can do my prayer before going to the station. Somehow, despite the grand old towns and amazing nature in Lijiang, my most fond memory is that very moment spent with the hosts. The husband helped carried my luggage and even helped me got on the bus to the train station which is way cheaper than taking didi. My only regret is that I should’ve stayed longer despite my 3 nights there. I wish to go there again soon. Do contact them through wechat first before coming so they can pick you up and help with the luggage.

Very large room, very clean. The restaurant connected to the hotel was tasty and was open late. We did not book a room with a mountain view so it was facing construction, but we didn't mind since we were just there to sleep for one night. I recommend this hotel to get a good night's sleep after a long day of hiking!

Most comfortable inn stay compared to those we had in Lijiang and Dali. Clean and hygienic (pillow has disposable cover), has a lift (lifesaver with large luggage), bathroom has rack for hanging clothes, automatic toilet with good flush, projector with access to latest shows, self-service laundry facility, smell from people smoking at the lobby didn't travel to the room. Main gripe is that it's a good 20min walk to dukezong ancient town but it's otherwise a good location for getting didi. Would suggest the innkeeper to replace bed soon as the spring isn't working very well.

首先，這家酒店是我在雲南住過一次性用品配備最齊全的酒店了，一次性洗臉巾，浴巾，馬桶墊都配齊了，這對於有小潔癖住客來説太友好了。其次，房價入住第一直觀感受是非常乾淨，酒店標準。然後，最讓我一個女生心動的是他們的洗漱鏡，光線很適合化粧，不像有些酒店的黃色頂光晃眼看不清。最後就是訂房時房滿了沒訂到全景，到店老闆看有房直接給我從半雪景房升到全景，真的太好了🥹！全景雪山房非常震撼，真的躺床上就可以看日照金山，離觀景台也非常近，晚上看星星，白天看雪山，下次來還要住這裏，強推！

They were always friendly, helpful and went out of their way to make sure my stay was perfect. The common areas of the host family are well designed and attractive. Whether it's a cosy lounge or a peaceful garden, there's always a place to relax. Living in Guizhen is a wonderful experience. The attention to detail, the warm reception, and the beautiful setting make it one I highly recommend to anyone visiting this magical part of Yunnan Province.

Very large room, very clean. The restaurant connected to the hotel was tasty and was open late. We did not book a room with a mountain view so it was facing construction, but we didn't mind since we were just there to sleep for one night. I recommend this hotel to get a good night's sleep after a long day of hiking!

A great place with authentic tranquil atmosphere! Tibet GH is a family run business. The owners took great care of us: arranged transportation to and from the airport, picked us by car after hiking, gave great tips about exploring the area, and generally made us feel extremely welcomed. The room was cozy and comfy, with amazing view. Traditional ******* breakfast was delicious, plus Mama packed us lunch free of charge on the last day. The guesthouse has dining options - delicious. One of the nights we were treated to a barbecue 😊 It's very conveniently located for Lower and Middle Gorge hiking, and they can arrange transportation for further sightseeing.
