Antalya bölgesinde yer alan ve Ultra Herşey Dahil (UHT) konseptinde bir çok marka otel tecrübesine sahip ve ayrıca bu konuda akademik tecrübesi olan, aynı zamanda beş kişilik bir ailenin reisi olarak değerlendirmemi yapıyorum. Konum: Tabiatı muhteşem bir yer Kemer. Otel de tam bu muhteşem tabiatı tecrübe edeceğiniz bir konumda. Önünüzde masmavi ve tertemiz Akdeniz, arkanızda yemyeşil çamlarla donanmış dağlar. Otel Kemer merkezde. Ulaşım çok kolay. Otelde konaklarken Kemer'in içerisinde gezmek için sadece otelden çıkmanız yeterli. Ayrıca tatilinizde Çıralı, Olimpos, Adrasan gibi koylara yarım saat, bir saat içerisinde ulaşabilirsiniz. Dilerseniz Antalya merkeze de yarım saatte ulaşabilirsiniz. Odalar sorunsuz. Her şey yeni ve olması gerektiği gibi. Sade, işlevsel ve modern. Otel imkanları ihtiyaçlarınıza yetecek düzeyde. Spa yeterli, havuz yeterli, çocuklar için kaydırak ana havuzun hemen başında, böylece siz havuzdayken çocuklarınız gözünüzün önünde oluyor, ne siz onlar için ne de onlar sizin için keyfinden fedakarlık yapmak zorunda kalmıyor. otopark kısıtlı. Plaj güzel, temiz, şezlonglar ve şemsiyeler kesinlikle yeterli. Plajda da yeme içme imkanınız var. Bayramda oradaydım. Türk gecesi konseptinde güzel eski şarkılar çalındı çok beğendim. En güzellerini sona bıraktım :) Personel mükemmel. Ne gereksiz samimiyet peşinde ne de soğuk ve umursamaz haldeler. Tam olması gerektiği gibi. Hepsi çok kibar güler yüzlü. Yapmacık bir kibarlık ve güler yüz değil samimi ve içtenler. Çalışanların kurumundan memnun olduğu aşikar. Yakınan, mutsuz görünen, yüzü asık kimseyi görmedim. Tüm çalışanların ismini öğrenmemiz imkansız, o nedenle isimlerini bilmediğim/hatırlayamadığım tüm çalışanlardan özür dilerim, hepsi de kahraman, bellboy, kat hizmetleri, servis personeli, güvenlikler, hepsi... İdareci konumunda olan Metin bey, Ferruh bey, Burak bey (sıralamam hiyerarşik değildir) ile tanışma ve sohbet etme imkanım oldu. Gözlemim ve hayat tecrübem, onların otelin başarısında rollerinin çok büyük olduğunu rahatlıkla söylememi sağlıyor. Çalışanlar için 8 saat kuralına kesinlikle uyduklarını belirtti Metin bey mesela. Canı gönülden tebrik ederim. Çalışanınız mutlu olursa ortaya böyle güzel bir tesis ve hizmet çıkıyor. Yeme içme konusu biz Türklerin sanırım en çok dikkat ettiği konudur. Bu otelin yemekleri bir otel yemeği değil kesinlikle. Yemekler gurme restoran kalitesinde. Tadına bakıp da beğenmediğim neredeyse hiç bir şey yoktu. Yapılan her şey sanki onu en iyi yapan kişi tarafından ve en iyi haliyle yapılmıştı. Büfelere konulan hiç bir yiyecek laf olsun, çeşit çok görünsün diye konulmuyor. I'd definitely recommend this hotel for an early break, certainly as a couple or lone traveller. Despite much of the hotel being closed for the winter period there was still a variety of eating and drinking options available. The buffet offers a good selection of food for all tastes and there was hardly any queuing at any time. The gym offers a good selection of weights and cardio machines which helps with damage limitation whilst on holiday. Towards the middle of our holiday and on my 3 or 4th visit to the gym I was told to come off the treadmill to sign in which I didn't realise I had to do, when I was given the sign in sheet it was completely empty despite there being several other people in the gym. I don't mind rules but I prefer a rule consistently applied. I found that overall the staff were professional and attentive but there were a number of members of staff who consistently went above and beyond. Cagri who we saw most days was exceptional all week and there was a lady who worked on the pool bar who again was exceptional all week. Unfortunately she wore a jacket all week so didn't catch her name. I imagine this hotel would be fantastic for families during the summer months as there appears to be loads available. If you venture to this hotel, go outside, the area is stunning. There's a nice trail walk through the national park to Kemer, it's about a nine mile return walk but the walk is really nice. A wander up to the Callis Tepe Summit is a must, there are a number of ways to access this summit from the resort. The hotel offers a car/bike hire service, we didn't hire a car but unfortunately hired bikes. The bikes are in a condition bordering on disrepair so perhaps look elsewhere if you're considering a wander out on a bike. I've read a few reviews about rude guests and I'd say they're right but there's rude people everywhere so don't let this put you off what this hotel has to offer.

The hotel is located 1.5 km from the center. It's a short walk along the beach. The room is spacious. Big beds and sofa, good blackout curtains. The sheets were not changed, they were turned inside out :( (I dropped a cookie on the sheet and the sheet was dirty, next day was the stain on the ohter side) There is also a safe in the room, for which you pay 10 euros, you get a check and a key in return. When you check out later, the money will be refunded based on the check. Wardrobe is quite small, it has two sides but nothing can be placed on the other side, bc he shelf is about 10 cm wide. On the day of arrival, there was 1 liters of water, Sprite and Coca in the fridge. When the water runs out, a new bottle is put in. Clean water is always available free of charge in small cups (200ml) in the hotel's bars and restaurant. The bathroom has a bathtub. Also there is soap bars and shampoo. If you want to enjoy a bubble bath, feel free to ask the janitor for a bathtub stopper. And as for all kinds of construction and finishing mistakes, just learn to ignore them. You are in another country with its own standards. Food - As the season had not yet started, the seafood restaurant was not open. But otherwise, you can be sure that you will have gained weight when you come back from vacation :) For breakfast, you can either have filter coffee or Turkish tea. However, if you want a packet of tea (chamomile, apple, blend), grab a tea bag at the bar before coming to the restaurant, because hot water is available. At the hotel's pool bar, you can later get cappuccino and other coffees from the machine. The beach. Maximum 5 minutes walk. Also a transfer bus takes you there and brings you back. Aqvapark has two slides and a big swimming pool, half is lower and half is deeper water. Also one childrens pool, 30cm depth. There is a road leading to the sandy beach where there is an area of Meder hotel beach chairs. I consider it a disadvantage that you cannot close umbrellas on the beach and therefore it is not good for sunbathing. It is better to absorb vitamin D in the territory of Aqvapark. There are changing rooms, outdoor duzz, toilet. Beach towels can be exchanged for cards at the hotel SPA reception. You can eat well in Aqvapark, there are fries, hamburgers, kebab meat, sandwiches. Drinks including water, coca, beer and wine. Internet. Wi-Fi is free downstairs (a bit slow, because too many people are at the same hotspot at the same time) Wi-Fi is also free in the rooms, but you have to log in with your data (arter check-in you are inserted to the system and you can use your room number and name to log in) There is also a faster internet option, which is not free (see pictures) Animation. In the morning there was yoga, later darts, petanque. In the evenings there were acrobats, choosing the best man and woman, bingo, turkey night. Food is perfect. All kind of meats on every meal, beef chicken fish also somethimes lamb and liver. And very good taste. Soft drinks are also high quality. Alotof kinds on meals deserts cheeses. Snack bar is the greatest i ever seen, also all kinds of meats on snackbar. Cleaning is perfect. Everywhere is clean, whole otel Quietness is perfect. I think rooms have sound protection materials. I didn’t hear single sound from any neighbour. Helping is perfect. Everyone inside hotel is very careful and kindly trying to help about everything. Location is perfect. Pools are great. Slidings are enough. Thank you!

Onlar ne kadar kibar, işini severek yapan ve tabi iyi yapan yardımcı olan sorun çözen insanlar ise o otel o kadar iyi, güzel insanın aklında iz bırakan bir yer olur. Burada görevli herkese ayrı ayrı teşekkür ederiz. Herkesin adını tek tek saymak zor ama kaldığımız 1118 nolu odanın bulunduğu kat görevlileri şef Rukiye hanım ve yardımcısı bayan Hacer hanıma ozellikle teşekkür ederiz. If you prefer a place for your summer holiday which is not too big, basically at the city center, with direct access to its own beach, very well maintained, clean with helpful, kind but not intrusive staff, this is the place to go. I have been travelling around the world and good hotels can be found everywhere. So what specifically makes this hotel among the good ones?! I already mentioned some of the traits in my first sentence. Still, it is worth highlighting that this hotel is maintained daily. This means, people are fixing thing continuously. That is rare. It is very clean and the staff makes it stays clean throughout day. Another pretty amazing thing was a smooth operation and management of hotel staff specially the one in the kitchen and dinning hall. The moment you turn your had the table behind is cleaned and ready to be used by another guest. The waiters and supervisors are there if you need them. Otherwise they are absolutely kind and noninvasive. The supervisors quietly monitor the process, help where needed and give orders almost without being noticed. The food was excellent if you like lots of Turkish dishes, lots of fresh vegetables, salads, fruits like we did. Every nigh, the hotel offers a special meal prepared in addition to the regular offer. It may also be decisive for you to know that English is spoken in this hotel, guest are from different countries (not only Russia) and music is variety of local an international pop.

هتل خیلی عالی با برنامه های شبانه فوق العاده پرسنل خیلی محترم نکته جالب هتل رزویشن ایرانی بسیار محترم و پیگیرش بودفضای هتل آنقدر جذاب و برنامه های مختلف و فوق العاده داره که خیلی نیاز نیست بیرون بری و بگردی کلا تو شش شب اقامتی که همراه همسرم تو هتل بودیم فقط خوش گذراندیم و از تمام برنامه های شبانه و روزانه اش کلی لذت بردیم

What can I say that I haven't already said before about this fabulous hotel, it never fails to live up to expectations. We arrived late in the evening and were quickly checked in and had our cases whisked up to our beautiful room where was a bottle of wine and chocolates waiting for us. We quickly freshened up and then went down to the lounge bar for a drink before heading down to the restaurant for a bite to eat as it is open 24 hours which is great if you have a late flight. The next day we booked ourselves into the spa for a Turkish bath and massage and it was fantastic as usual. The whole experience is so relaxing and the staff there are so welcoming and friendly whilst being very professional. It was lovely to catch up with our friends in the animation team who always recognise us and make us welcome. We loved going to the Luna Bar where Ferit, Fatih, Emine and the rest of the team took very good care of us before finishing the night off in the lounge bar. The lounge bar also had some very good performers on most nights and there was some very good entertainment on each night around the pool area.......spoilt for choice really! As usual the hotel was immaculately clean and the food in the main restaurant was excellent as were the a la carte restaurants which we were able to book quite easily. The quality of the drinks is amazing and the choice of premium brands is exceptional. We had a fabulous holiday as usual and we can't wait to return in April/May 2024. The staff are all a credit to this hotel and work so hard to make it such an enjoyable experience to be there. In conclusion, I have no hesitation in recommending the Akra Kemer to anyone looking for the ultra all inclusive experience.
