"My friend and I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. For a 3 star hotel it was great. The food was fresh and tasty. Each day was something different. The chef Shamus was very nice. Very proud of his food. Phyllis made amazing breads and pastries. Yes . The pool was cleaned every morning. The young men working in the hotel never stopped. Very polite. Yes. The rooms were out of date. But for the price you pay. Very reasonable. Towels you can change when you wish. Only wine was free and coffee and soft drinks. We used to buy a bottle of drink. You can keep it behind the bar. We would recommend it for location. We took ourselves off to other places."

"Great location, close to the sea. Service and food are a 3/5. The food selection is very limited, mostly chicken prepared in different ways. Beef was only served once during my entire stay, and it was mixed with a lot of vegetables and tough. The hotel atmosphere is calm. The sea entrance is fine pebble, but it's better to wear special shoes. There were enough sunbeds. I saw cockroaches in the hallway and flies in the dining area. A solid 3 out of 5."

"I was left with mixed feelings. On the one hand, the owner, Gulshan, was very welcoming and smiling, trying to make things better for us and leave a good impression. The hotel itself is nice, especially the common area, with a large, clean pool. Everything is stylish and clean. At first, they mixed something up and put us in a room on the first floor. Before we knew it, they apologized and said they'd made a mistake and that we had a separate bungalow. We moved, but it turned out the bungalow hadn't been cleaned. While they were cleaning, they offered us tea. Thank you! We checked in and realized there were no windows in this little house, only a door, and if you close it, it was very stuffy. In short, stay in a standard room; it has a nice balcony and seems cleaner to me. We didn't like the bungalow; the bathroom door wouldn't close, and it smelled bad. We had to sleep with the door to the street open because it was stuffy and cold with the air conditioning. The breakfast is quite okay, not very varied, but it's okay. Choose a standard room and you're good to go!"

"what a disgusting place . Let’s start from the top. Food poor really poor awful to be honest. It takes a special place to ruin breakfast. This place has a masters with distinction in making a rubbish breakfast.COLD fried eggs ! And not cooked very snotty not cooked properly. We all know the danger of raw eggs ! Not this place ?!! All food is cold always. Boiled chicken & broccoli or cauliflower in the morning! … really !!!!! Baked beans in the evening . Chips with all meals 3 times a day Breakfast Lunch Evening meal . Tho meal is stretch of the word truly bad . Food not catered for English . But those that the other side of the polish border. And they lap it up like an animal with both trotters in the trough . We took a taxi into town 6 nights out of 8 to eat a HOT good meal . So at least once a day we had a meal Breakfast cold snotty eggs . I took hard boiled eggs and rolls which we had a pick nick at lunch time . So much better than the going to the slop restaurant. Rooms ours was P319 what a vile un loved DIRTY room . Bathroom ceiling leaked like a sieve ! The room above showed so did my bathroom. Not cleaned properly. Thick on dirt walls ,corners Floor . To be honest everywhere . Water marks from above as the drain is obviously blocked . Water running down into the light switch . Hair dryer & phone . Yes phone in bathroom. I complained told receptionist I was not happy I want the issue fixed . A maintenance guy had a look and did something. Now the water ran in to the next door room P318 which was mum & dads room . Making the wall wet and ceiling. As well dripping in my bathroom but not so bad . But enough to make the floor very wet and leave a lake of dirty water . Nice to shower in dirty water from above . Let’s hope they did not urinate when showering! The only good thing was the swim up pool to our room. We stayed by our private swim up pool . It was in the sun so ok . BUT water very cold & pool not cleaned there is a dirty mark around the pool it’s obviously never been cleaned.and to cap it all the cleaning staff throw liquids from rooms above into the swim up pool . We saw this on a daily basis.so we did not risk going for a swim . So we did not have to endure the hotel bar we took a taxi to MIGROS and purchased drinks to our taste n some snacks . My drink at home is Pepsi max!the Pepsi max on tap is not Pepsi they say it is but it does not taste anything like . More like a cheap rip off to save money .there is a kettle in the room no coffee no tea no creamer . When mum & me asked at reception to please may we have some . The rude receptionist, told us not to be so lazy and go to the reception bar and get a coffee there . I said that’s difficult as I’m walking with the aid of crutches . And it would wake my wife leaving the room . She did not care . As she Was talking to the person behind us clearly ignoring us conservation over! Customer service. Non existent . At migros we purchased coffee packets to have a morning drink along with pr"

"Very disappointing and poorly organized stay. As two men requesting a king-size bed, this seemed to become an unnecessarily complicated issue. Despite the official check-in time, we had to wait almost two additional hours to get our room. The family running the hotel appeared completely disorganized. At one point, the owner even suggested that I sleep on the couch while my friend sleep in the bed, which was quite inappropriate considering we had specifically booked a room with a king-size bed. It left us with the uncomfortable impression that our request as two men sharing one bed was somehow an issue for them. We eventually received the king-bed room we had booked, but only after a very laborious process. The hotel itself feels rather neglected. Breakfast was mediocre and insufficient, and our room was extremely noisy. A large majority of the rooms appear to face the busy avenue, with constant traffic. The attitude at the front desk was also rather snobbish and not particularly welcoming. The one positive point was the very large swimming pool, which was pleasant and a good size. Overall, the hotel needs much better organization, maintenance, hospitality and professionalism."

"Overall, the vacation was a success! Cons: - the room cleaning was terrible; there was centuries-old dust under the bed. Two days before departure, there was a sign posted for 24 hours warning us to clean, but no one did. We had to go down to reception ourselves and ask them to at least take out the trash and provide toilet paper. (We stayed on the 4th floor. No complaints about the guy; he always left water and cleaned well. My specific complaint was about the girl, unfortunately, I don't know her name.) - we saw one cockroach near the room, my husband crushed another one in the room at night - the path on the beach is in disrepair. Everything else was great! The entertainers, the guys at reception, the cooks, the animators, thank you so much for a great vacation!"

Spacious newly refurbished small Ottoman style hotel, large clean room, great pool and spacious seating/communal areas. Excellent Turkish buffet b’fast with lot of choice. Erkan and other staff super friendly and helpful and a group of resident cats and turtles add to the relaxed ambience! Will definetely stay here if return to Kemer."

Hotel was very clean and cared for, the food was very much of the same so we did eat out a few times just for something different. "The hotel's cleanliness wasn't very good. The beach and sea view were nice, but very stony. The water was clear and clean. However, the atmosphere wasn't very friendly; there was a sullen and indifferent attitude, as if they wanted us to leave as soon as possible. We specifically mentioned a problem with the air conditioning, and they said there was nothing they could do. On top of that, the mini-fridge was broken, and they didn't care. When we asked for another room, they said it was full and there were more people coming. During our 4-day, 3-night stay, university students arrived, creating an aquapark atmosphere. We couldn't relax or use the pool; we complained about the noise of 60 children, and received the same response. The entertainment was like a wedding hall; the constant presence became disturbing. The way some staff members treated tourists was unpleasant for families. We went with a group of friends, but families will surely find this bothersome. The food was acceptable; the grilled dishes were good and varied, but the red meat section mostly consisted of low-quality, ready-made supermarket meatballs. On the last day, we were rushed to check out, and they told us we couldn't join for lunch because we were leaving, explaining that a fee would be charged and that this was their policy. It was our first time experiencing this, and we wanted to join because we were leaving. The alcoholic beverages seemed to be there just for the sake of having them; I can't say they were good, and the variety was very limited. Overall, we had a bad holiday experience; I guess that's what you get for this price."

"We went away for a couple of days to escape from work. We have experience vacationing with the Voyage system and can make comparisons. Of course, Voyage comes out on top, but their prices are also virtually 2-2.5 times higher. Nevertheless, this hotel is very cozy, has great beach access, and a spacious standard room. The soundproofing in the room was decent, so nothing disturbed our relaxation. The selection of dishes in the restaurant is extensive; don't expect luxury, but you definitely won't go hungry. The staff at the front desk are very helpful. We especially want to thank Milya at reception!"

"I would avoid this place at all cost! Failed pictures in the advert, the rooms are horrendously dirty and dated, the food is appalling if you have any dietary restrictions then you will go hungry as I did, zero labelling on the “food” and unhelpful staff. But in hindsight maybe for the best I didn’t eat as my partner caught Campylobacter and was off work for 3 weeks after the holiday. It’s in the middle of nowhere, not clear on the advert no nightlife in the small town it’s in just loads of resorts. No one speaks English just Turkish and Russian, and the “all inclusive” drinks are only cheap red wine and white wine which again they do not say anything about that on the website. So avoid this place, I had complained when we got home and still have heard nothing back we spent just under a grand for the worst couple of days and a severe health scare"
