hotel konumu çalışanları iyiydi...yemekler çeşit az ama lezzetliydi..sadece biraz geceleri eğlence olsa iyi olur..memnun oldum...tavsiye ederim

Merhaba Arkadaşlar biz Ailecek gittik. Beklentimizin üstünde bir oteldi. 4 gece kaldik. Verdiğimiz paraya göre çok çok iyidi. Herşey sınırsız açik büfe ve çetit çok . Personeler çok ilgili. Oda temiz .Kılima ve televizyon çalişiyor. Havuzu bence yeterli iyi . Masa tenisi var. Sabah 9 ile 10 arasi deniz pilaj için servisi var. Saat 12 de geri getiriyor. Sonra 2 ve 3 de tekrar servisi var götürüyor. Akşam 6 da geri getiriyor. Hemen yaninda Bim A101 Şok . Hemen 2 dakika yürume aradiginiz her şeyi bulabilirsiniz. Kasaba gibi çok güzel. Her yere minibüs var. Motor kiralayip 1 saatlik gezebilirsiniz 3 kişilik. Antalyadan kemer merkeze uzaklik 1 saat . Saat kulesinin orada inip . 2 dakika Melissa otel. Hergün temizlik yapiliyor . Otel olsun . Oda isterseniz. Biz çok memnun kaldik çok uyguna beklentinimizin üstunde .

Worse hotel I’ve ever stayed in. We both arrived early hours and got put in a room with no windows and very small. Complained and got moved even though the man on the desk said he didn’t have any more room. He couldn’t speak English and had to get one of his friends to translate into English what we were asking. Once we moved into the new room the electrics were open and clearly dangerous, the shower was broken and there was mould around the sink. Very unhygienic!! Stayed the night and then the next day we checked out as it was so poor and wasn’t nice. Breakfast they didn’t even have a range of usual breakfast items including bread and a toaster!! The pool area and reception was so wet and slippy and my partner nearly broke his legs- there was no wet floor signs indicating it was wet. When he mentioned this to the reception staff they just shook their head and said it’s “cleaning time”. AVIOD AVIOD AVIOD!!!!!!

Value for money, small hotel close to shisha bars. Town centre and supermarkets. Mcdonalds 2mins on taxi. If kids get fed up hotel food. The food is amazing Staff are friendly. They do have Nightclubs, Drinks are Expensive clubs!! Defo. Coming back soon

This hotel caters for Russians, English was not catered for in anyway. Receptionist didn't even try to communicate with English. As the days went by they're did get a little friendlier. Location was good, room left a lot to be desired. Thank god for upgrade. No entertainment at all. This as put me right off turkey. Staff wasn't friendly at all, thank goodness for other English residents. Food wasn't great, best moussaka I've ever tastefully to be honest but that's all. Only drinks Gin, vodka and wine and beer was rank, The juices was not nice either very week.no English tea. Coffee machine was best. And no toaster. Best night was when they did a bbq, only chicken drumsticks though on skewer. Music was crap too. The rooms needed a redecoration , beds was comfortable tbh.

after visiting the rich melisa hotel he should be called poor and melisa I recommend taking it to calm down. we arrived at the hotel around 1 am it turned out that there were no rooms for us and they told us 6 people to sleep in 1 room, the service was very unpleasant everyone was very dishonest in the hotel the boss himself walks around with an angry face and constantly watches over people, the food was a total disaster there was nothing you could eat with a smile everything was cold and very bad and in addition there were lots of flies flying between meals there were no snacks, every single day the same food chicken liver and one more chicken liver with vegetable and rice there was no place at the pool to lie down and u can't do nothing on here .every day we went to the moon light beach and it was really great there the service was nice and everyone was smiling we were out for 7 days instead of spending in the hotel because we couldn't stand it there and on top of that Russian music made me want to puke 🤮🤢🤮 food was heated up from the day before no labels , you walk in the food place and it stinks i walked straigh out the only nice person on here is YAKUB he just smile and friendly ,if you don't speak Russian then you have nothing to look for here because no one understands English the only thing we heard was me nopanimaju 🤣 Kemer as a city is beautiful but the people in it are terrible very unpleasant, they dragged us into the shops and when we didn't want to buy something immediately with aggression towards us, this is not Turkey but one big fake at every step they wanted to do us over . Walking around the city is a disaster after 30 minutes you get a headache from the Russian language and from the shop owners I hate Turkey and I will never come here again!!!

THIS IS THE WORST HOTEL EVER!!! DO NOT BOOK HERE PLEASE!!! This hotel is the crappiest hotel i have every stayed in. IT IS A LOCAL HOTEL FOR LOCAL PEOPLE. We booked two rooms expecting them to be next to each other as we are a family NO, the were on separate floors. While we were staying here, a member in my family THREW UP because of the unsanitary food cooked by the worst "chefs" ever. The food there was not universal at all.

Where do you even start, the food is absolutely horrendous and will make you sick two out of three of us have gotten sick including a 7 year old child, had to go out and spend more money on food so that I could have a proper meal. They charge you for the WiFi after you spend so much money coming here, it’s an absolute joke. Never ever book this place 4 stars from where please more like a 2 star and even that is being generous
