Viking Park Hotel

The food was really disgusting, especially the breakfast and snacks on the bar. Also stuff wasn’t very friendly. But location is very convenient, 2 min walk to the beach and room was also comfortable enough. Because of window fronts of the road it was a bit noisy but not critical.

The service is excellent this hotel is very good for families the food is okay but we spent most of our days out we had some meals in the hotel which was okay it’s close to all the shops and lots of activities nearby the hotel is very clean staff are always helpful the spa is very good and plenty of car parking by the hotel

The food was varied, although not very tasty. The service was very nice, especially Mustafa because we felt taken care of by him. The rooms were of an average standard, but daily cleaning was a plus. The minidisco was a nice attraction for children.

We love this hotel. Our family had so much fun there. The rooms are big and cleaned on daily basis, the food is plenty and offers good choice. Sometimes can be repetitive but is good. The staff members are helpful and polite. The animation team was entertaining the guests and the children a few times a day and tge evening from 8-11pm. My kids had lots of fun in and out of the swimming pool. The animation team offers games, entertaining, music, dance etc. The swimming pool and the waterside were good too and clean enough. Close by, there is a small market where you can get clothes, souvenirs, swimwear etc., plus there is a farmacy 100 m away from the hotel. Viking Park Hotel and Spa is not in the city center so there is no so much to see around (but you can get a cap to get there). The beach is stony (10 min walking distance) and you need aqua shoes for your comfort but the water is clean and clear. If I am about to book a holiday, I wouldn't hesitate to book the same place. It fulfilled the idea for a holiday, rest and sun. We weren't there to shop or something so being in the periphery of the town was fine for us, as the hotel offers lots of entertainment. We left during the night for our flight and the hotel provided us with sandwiches for all of us and allowed us to make a coffee, although the restaurant was closed. If I can suggest improvements, they would be as follow: free WiFi in the rooms, more anti slip mats during the water slides time, ensure areas around swimming pool are not slippery as we find the tiles very slippery. Apart of that, we were really happy there. Thank you for the pleasant stay.

This hotel is supposed to be a 4 star it’s not, the rooms are small the food is awful repeated all the time same thing for lunch and dinner every day I’ve had to eat out a few times over the 10 night we’ve been here only adding to the expense of the holiday. I’m veg but not fussy however absolutely nothing except salad and rice or pasta for me to eat, I feel like I’m on I’m a celebrity get me out of here. Very disappointed I’ve been to a few all inclusive hotels in turkey and the foods been good. I would really think before booking this hotel .

I have just come back from a family holiday in this hotel. It was our first time in Turkey and we were really impressed. All the members of staff in the hotel were very friendly and extremely helpful. Hotel was very clean and always maintained with staff constantly cleaning inside and out. Our room had towels changed every day with water being replaced too.Rooms were kept clean by very friendly and smiley house keeping staff. I was very impressed with a lady at the reception desk (Merve) who was always happy to help and delt quickly with any issues that have risen. The entertainment staff are very friendly and always had smiles on their faces.They offer water polo,aqua gym,aerobics,children discos etc.Hotel has 2 water slides that are open two times a day. They only issues that I have had were with the actual holiday makers that were staying in the hotel as some of them were very rude and abrupt. Over all we were very happy with our stay in this hotel.

Superb staff who go above and beyond in all ways. Bar was super friendly and not all drinks are included but enough to suit almost everyone and all soft drinks. Pool has 2 decent and well maintained slides and is a good size but not so big you have crowds and always has loungers and seats available for poolside bars and restaurants. Animation entertainment are epic and do go say hi as they are so lovely. It's clean and well maintained and beds are comfy with good and well kept aircon in bedrooms and all public areas indoors. The spa is lovely, affordable and very friendly. No indoor pool but they have requested for permission for that in future. Would definitely recommend for all nationalities as a perfect blend. Suited for families and couples, with added bonus of being less than hour in transport to airport. Oh and cats love chicken best and hedgehog comes out for about 11pm each night so keep eyes peeled.

Definitely not 4 star food not good rooms basic staff not very pleasant would not go back orange juice watered down. It's sis we would have mi I bar in room traveled long journey not even a bottle of water in room.Didnt get towel two days had to use my beach towels.

We spent 10 days at this hotel and were very disappointed. In terms of the pool you can’t get a sun lounger unless you are waking up at 8am everyday, and when we woke up early to get a sun lounger and went for breakfast our towels were taken/stolen. The food is also completely inedible and small in selection (not catered towards English people at all) and drinks were diabolical hardly any selection and no ice in any of the drinks always served in plastic cups. The male staff in the hotel also made us feel uncomfortable constantly staring, the reception staff also don’t speak a word of English and are quite rude at times, very disorganised as a 4* establishment. The entertainment is very boring and runs until 11:30 at night sometimes making an early night near impossible, combined with having to pay for WiFi it is not worth the money in my opinion as an English person. Would not come back again.
