But most importantly, they were all responsible and reassuring during a visit that overlapped with several attacks on the city by Russian forces. If one's business takes one to Kyiv before the war ends, there is no better or safer place to stay,

One of the top 5 hotels I’ve ever been too. Better than my experiences at Ritz, Fairmont, Taj, Four Seasons, etc. The staff is absolutely incredible. After 10 days there, it felt like I was leaving family. The rooms are spacious and modern. The shower is the best I’ve experienced anywhere in Europe. Housekeeping was flawless. The food is amazing. There were no interruptions with power, water, etc. And, all of this while the country is fighting an invasion. Well done to my new friends at 11 Mirrors.

I stayed here 4 days and overall its a great hotel. Its one of the major luxury hotels in Kyiv. The staff were friendly and helpful. A bellman comes and takes your bags up to your room. The SPA and pool was top notch. However, this is probably the only 5 star hotel I ever been to that doesnt have on iron in every room. I had to call to room service and they told me there were only ONE iron in the whole hotel - and this was lost. The rooftop bar is great. Nice view, super friendly waitresses. However, the hostess who are supossed to take you to a free table just points somewhere and say ”take whatever you want”. Then she comes and tells that you cant take this table - this happened almost every time. Quite rude and not at all on the level expected from a hotel of this level.

Dream Hostel'de ise odalar o kadar sıcaktı ki aldığımız çikolata gibi şeylerin erimesinden korktuk :) Üstelik klimayı da açmadık duvar tipi ısıtıcı bize fazlasıyla yetti hatta uyuyamayıp kapattığımız oldu. Konumuna gelince Podil'in en işlek olan noktasında yer alıyor. Her şeyin tam merkezinde. İyi ki burada kalmışız çünkü ne zaman bir şeylere ihtiyacımız olsa otelimize dönebildik. Gece dışarıda yemek yiyenler alkolün dozu ne olursa olsun 200-250 metre sonra kendilerini odalarında bulabilirler. Asansörün olmaması da çok büyük problem değildi. 3. katta odanız dediler, 2 kat merdiven çıktık. Giriş katını 1. kattan sayıyorlar :) Son olarak bahsetmeliyim ki odalar çok temizdi. İş gereği sürekli otellerde konaklamak zorunda kalan biri olduğum için, bu tarz noksanlıklara bir süre sonnra aşırı duyarlılık gösterebiliyorsunuz. Bu otelde en ufak bir şikayetim olmadı. Boryspil Havalimanından gelecek olanlara önerim buraya gelirken Tren+UBER, Skybus+UBER, Metro+UBER seçenekleriniz mevcut. Fakat ben direk UBER le elme taraftarıyım. Maliyetiniz inanın çok artmıyor.

I booked the hotel after reading countless reviews about it and other 4 and 5 star hotels, and I could not have been happier with my decision to stay there. Over a four week stay I was made to feel like I was their only guest. The breakfast was always original and tasty, the gym equipment was second to none, and the spa was always an amazing experience! It is a beautiful hotel in a great old building, but the best part was the staff. From housekeeping to the porters to the Concierge, I could not have dreamed up a more relaxing, satisfying stay. To this day, almost a year later, I still wake up each morning wishing I was back in my room at Khreschatyk! I honestly cannot wait to return as safe as it is to do so. Thank you to everyone at Khreschatyk for making my journey so pleasant.

Panorama-Suite (April 2021) - Ältere Möblierung aus den 70er/80er Jahren. - Teppichboden nicht gerade ansehnlich (graue alte Stellen). - Im Doppelbett integriertes Radio/Uhr defekt. - Zentralheizung defekt -＞ Zimmer via lauter Ventilatorheizung beheizt - Im Badzimmer fehlt beim Waschbecken ein Seifenhalter. - Service-Personal und Hauswart ohne Mundschutz - Rezeption hatte keinen Reiseadapter zur Verfügung, auch keinen Tip, wie/wo ich mir das besorgen könnte (ich konnte in einem benachbarten Hotel den Adapter mir besorgen, plus naheliegendem Computergeschäft (Rozetka beim Maidan) mir den Adapter innerhalb 2 Tagen online bestellen lassen.) + Top-Aussicht, mit Balkon + Grosses Zimmer + Elektronische Zimmerschlüssel (Card) + Gute Bettmatratze, gute Bettlaken + Dicke blickdichte old-scool Fenstergardinen + Toilette 80er Jahre Style, aber sauber. + Badzimmer sauber + Weisser Bademantel und fünf Handtücher vorhanden + Mehrere Haartrockner vorhanden + 10 Kleiderbügel vorhanden + Fernseher mit Fernbedienung vorhanden + Grosser Schreibtisch vorhanden + Zwei bequeme Sofas vorhanden + Safe und Mini-Bar vorhanden. + Täglich Zimmer gemacht, Mineralwasser nachgeliefert. + Freundliches Personal + Bekam ein Extra-Dessert zu meinem Frühstück an meinem Geburtstag (sehr aufmerksam :) ) + Sicherheitspersonal vorhanden + Frühstücksraum mit schöner Aussicht + Reichhaltiges Frühstücksmenü + Flügel/Piano im Frühstücksraum Fazit: Old-scool, aber charmantes Hotel. Das einzige was störte, war die defekte Zentralheizung. Via Ventilator/Klimaanlage einen Raum zu beheizen ist nicht gut. Wenn meine aufgeführten Mängel behoben werden könnten, wäre es ein Viersterne-Hotel. So nur ein Dreisterne-Hotel
