房間十分寬敞，舒適，我訂的是景觀房，有無敵市景。餐廳十分舒適，服務熱情貼心，在外麪吃早餐是賞心樂事。房間服務員給我們特別用毛巾做了個大象。

We stayed here one night en route to Rwanda's national parks. I did not book the rooms myself, the safari company did the booking. We are a family of four and my husband and I got a huge suite that had a living room, dining room, bedroom, and large bathroom. There was even a fruit basket for us in the room, very nice. My teenage kids got a regular room with two twin beds. I would not normally book such a large suite for just two people, but it was lovely, as was the rest of the hotel including my kids' room. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet and all the staff were very friendly and kind. I chose this hotel due to its history and was surprised to find no plaque or sign or monument to commemorate what happened here during the genocide. I later learned that the movie Hotel Rwanda left out some salient details and that the main character in the movie is somewhat controversial, has bad-mouthed the president of Rwanda, and spent time in Rwandan prison. So shocking that Hollywood simplified the story!?! (hahaha) Maybe that is why there is no reference to any of it in the hotel?

This place is magnificent. It is beautiful a short walk from the very safe city center of Kigali. We walked down there to get an idea of the city and were amazed how friendly the locals were ,how safe and clean the city is - a real gem. The hotel buffet breakfast and at night was delicious with incredible variety , the rooms spacious and very comfortable . The staff were all excellent . A 5 star feel to this hotel and its beautiful grounds .

It was easy to book online, they communicated swiftly on my email inquiry, friendly and professional team and the location is great. I quite enjoyed my stay at the hotel. I got the third floor room with lovely view with a balcony. My room was pristine set up with convenient supplies including toiletry supplies, soft slippers, complimentary water and tea/coffee supplies. It was a comfortable sleep with surprisingly quiet nights considering we were smack in the heart of Kigali CBD. Breakfast had a range of options which was nice and I was so pleased the chef indulged my request for plain porridge one evening at the restaurant when I was under the weather. Love the bar/restaurant that has good vibes for sundowner and dinner. My one disappointment was the lack of an elevator so that its more accessible to more folks. But overall it is a lovely boutique hotel. All in all my stay was superb and look forward to staying there in my next visit. I highly recommend the hotel.

蠻不錯，Radission 品牌的酒店。本來定的是Radission Blu，後面因為Radiation Blu滿房，後面選擇這家Park Inn By Radission，還挺好，服務也不錯。

We booked this room just for an evening, so that we could have a few hours rest before our 1:30 AM flight. They provide complimentary shuttle service to the airport, which helped us decide on this hotel. It doesn't feel like a conventional hotel - but served the purpose for us. Staff was fine. The room, though on the small side, was tastefully decorated and had everything we needed. Some parts of the wall had wallpaper/ paint peeling off. The bathroom was small and the shower temperature was very challenging to manage. They provided robes, slippers, blow dryer, iron, clothes steamer - all that in a small space. Bed was very comfortable. There was a coffee pot also. They have a cafe on one of their floors and a Chinese restaurant, where we ate dinner, which was reasonably good. Their outdoor seating had lovely view of the city. We also shopped for a few snack items at the supermarket next door. I wouldn't stay here if I was on a holiday, as it felt very impersonal, but it's perfect for a short stay.
