Hotel Okapi was welcoming and responded to a request for mosquito net quickly. Marie at concierge was so friendly and kind! Restaurant had amazing biryani and the wifi in the building was strong. Only gave 4 stars because the location, although close to downtown, fronted an alleyway that was quite noisy throughout the night.

整體房間比較衛生，沒有一次性用品，樓下餐廳環境也不錯，早餐可選比其他非洲國家多一些，酒店也可以隨時幫忙叫車，服務比較貼切，一樓健身房設備不錯，很大的玻璃開放式，跑步同時還可以看看外麪，邊上還有泳池。最喜歡這裏房間能照進太陽

Hotel was near airport but far away from the city. Room was poorly maintained as many appliances were faulty, such as the fan and water heater, which were quickly fixed by the staff. Would not recommend if you want a fuss free stay.

Well it was over all good experience. Room service good and friendly staff. Gym coach Prince , was a knowledgeable person in his zone. Gave some good tips for a rapid 30-45 mins workout . Food is priced well. We stayed for three nights in December and on night in January. This is an excellent hotel perched on a hill overlooking the city. There are great views of the city on one side and on the other you can follow the construction progress for the city's new football stadium. Convenient to the airport with shuttle service, it also has 24-hour dining on site. It is an easy walk to shopping and dining. Nearby there are several foreign exchange offices and ATMs. There is on-site parking if you are driving. The rooms are spacious and well appointed with comfortable beds, good pillows and mosquito nets. The A/C works, but isn't always needed. Clean bathrooms with hot water. Good wifi in the rooms, lobby and restaurant. The staff is welcoming and helpful. Breakfast combines Rwandan favorites with western options. Breakfast and dinner both had good options and the food is well-prepared. The hotel and restaurant are both family friendly with plenty of menu items for picky eaters and the ability to provide a room with a bed for kids. Good value for the money.
