VERY uncomfortable bed!!!We anticipated a king-size bed only to be given two single beds joined together with a huge gap between the two. Stayed for one night but they charged our debit cards THREE times !!! We are still trying to get our money back . If you MUST stay here I recommend that you pay cash. I wouldn't want you guys to go through the hell we are going through now in an attempt to get back our money !!! Poor customer service and I totally detest the nonchalant attitude of the concierge supervisor!

What is most important to me when I go to a hotel, is the experience. Rok Hotel Kingston went above and beyond to make sure that I had the best experience possible. Some of the team that contributed to making my stay most enjoyable, Monife - Front Office Agent, Keenan the Head Chef, who went above and beyond to making sure that my Father and I had the best possible lunch experience. Stacy Ann - Dining Room Server, smiled, served and made sure that we enjoyed our meal, Nickesha - Front Office Manager reached out to make sure that ALL was ok, Shantol was our bartender who surprised us with delicious and flavorful beverages. Rarely do you experience so many employees in one place making sure that you are having the best time, and I highly recommend this hotel for your getaway needs. BRAVO Rok Hilton staff!! Well done.

Our flight was late and we got to the hotel sometime after 9 pm. when we reached the hotel, the hotel staff advised us that they had computer problems and could not check us in. We waited over 1 hour to find out that they had given away our reservation. We tried to get something to eat while the hotel staff tried to find us another room, but the kitchen closed at 10 pm and we were very hungry. They tried to accommodate us and let us order 2 salads to go which took 30-45 mins. When we finally got our salads and we also got notice that they found us a room for the night. When we got to our room, it was very nice. They gave us the executive suite for the night which eased my dissatisfaction in their service for the night. The next day, I asked if we could stay in the Executive suite for the rest of my stay without any additional cost since they could not find us another room as i had originally booked. they agreed and my aunt and i had a great time for 1 full day. On our 3rd day when we returned back to the hotel room after being out the full day, we noticed load machine like sound coming from the room since we were on the 10th floor. Then we notice the sofa seat was wet and water on the floor. Then we noticed water coming from the ceiling running down from the ceiling down the wall and over by the living area and by the bar area. It was crazy. I had to call the front desk and report it. They sent up someone to evaluate and then when they saw it, they called the manager or engineer to take a look. It appears that work was being done on the roof and the water came down into the suite and made a mess of the furniture and floor. The engineer apologized for the inconvenience but and then left. We were left in the room with water all over the floor and unable to use the living room. We ended up having to call the front desk to have then send someone to clean up the water on the floor and on the furniture. We ended up eating in our bedrooms. When we checked out, i mentioned to the hotel staff about the inconvenience we had with the water and the staff was sympathetic but no apologies or offer to give a discount or anything. I decided i would not return to this hotel again. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone especially with the experience we had.

I stayed at the Pegasus recently and had a problem with my transportation plans. A lady by the name of Miss Afreeka Edwards assisted me with hospitality and kindness and in the process removed all anxiety and fear I had that my trip was messed up. Thanks to her I figured it out and was able to enjoy my trip and the rest of Jamaica. Will definitely be back.

I had such a good time at AC! We went for some drinks—New York Sour and Espresso Martinis—which were so, so delicious and met a gracious server by the name of Shaair Smith. Super personable, gave us a lot of great laughs and extremely funny. Can't wait to visit AC again for more good times.

From the moment of making our reservation, this hotel was very accommodative. Provided extra information on the Jamaica Carnival - thank you Farah! Monique was very professional in chec king us in. The ladies in the Housekeeping Department were very great & attentive to our needs. Paulette went above & beyond to ensure we had all we needed for a great trip! Kudos to all! Preis/Leistung sind stimmig. Daher die sehr gute Bewertung. Sichere, saubere, kleine Unterkunft mit ein wenig Renovierungspotential. 5 Fußminuten vom Bob-Marley-Museum entfernt. Kostenloses Parken auf dem abgeschlossenen Grundstück, ein netter Empfang und zuvorkommender Portier. Getränkekühlschrank ist nachts abgeschlossen, nicht zugänglich. Es macht Sinn, sich vor dem Check-In mit Getränken und Snacks zu versorgen. Frühstück wurde im Dezember 2022 (noch) nicht angeboten. Ein Überbleibsel aus Corona-Zeiten. Da sich kein Supermarkt oder Kiosk im fußläufigen Umfeld befindet, bleibt nur die Tanke für das Allernötigste am Morgen, vor der Weiterreise. Längeren Aufenthalt würde ich nicht empfehlen, in Kingston prinzipiell nicht. Aber für die Durchreise und den kleinen Kingston-Check, der schon auch sein muss, wenn man auf der Insel ist, prima.
