This is a self service hotel, with basic amenities. For our group it is good to have a common area which is heated up during the cold season.It is located by the river, so the nearby scenic view is fabulous on a sunny day. Overall, we are satisfied.

All is very good

Very convenient location if you are looking to explore kirishima natural park. The room is big compared to janaese standards. Free parking on the premises and the breakfast is also very good. The room is ok, it has been remodeled, good place to rest after a long hike. There is a very nice onsen nearby. The best point of this place was the person in charge, he was very diligent and kind to our every need. Rapidly responding to any doubts.

There is a huge gap between the exterior and the interior! The interior was really beautiful.

Very remote, the surrounding environment is average, there are few shops, and the overall feeling is average.

The loft-like bunk beds were fun, and although I was worried it might be cold at the end of the year, they were comfortable with electric blankets. Breakfast was included and the cost performance was great for a family of four.

It’s hard to live in that location. You have to check in by yourself. There is a stove but no stove. Other things are second-rate. There are many insects nearby. There is no convenience store, but vending machines are well stocked

The staff were kind and helpful. Although it is a suburban guest house, it is stylish and clean. There was a restaurant attached, and many guests seemed to use it for events.

It was a very unique hotel, but it was good. There are convenience stores around, and there were also vending machines for food.

I was worried about the dust in the room. The space under the bed is dark, so I want a light
