"Everything was good about this hotel except that the room thermostat was set too high that the room became stifling. We finally had to turn off the thermostat for the room to cool down and had to open up the blinds/curtains at bedtime for some cold to come thru the window panes. There were no openable windows in the room. We also had to open the door to allow the cooler air in the hallways to come into the room to lower the whole room temperature."

"Hotel staff were really friendly and helpful. Hotel is very clean. We had an encounter where a drunk guest tried to unlock our door. The Hotel staff realized and came to interfere within 5mins. Even provided us with fruits."

"The hotel is slightly far from the attraction area. But we can take mrt to those areas. This hotel is very near to harbin west train statiom, but walking distance is about 10 mins. You can walk along the building walkway and go thru an underground walkway, just that the walk way will close at 11pm and open 6am, if not mistaken. Otherwise, you have to walk around the open space in a cold weather. You can check my photos, the shot was either from our hotel room and the way to Harbin station Hotel is big and clean. They provide washing machine. The hotel person in charge allowed early checkin on request nd subject to room availabilty. The check in process is smooth as long as you can give them a call via booking free call line. They will share the access details to you. The room access is digitalize, no front desk services. Lots of restaurants at the surrounding area. KFC is nearby. Nearest subway is either harbin station or chengxiang road station. The room is exactly as advertised."

"We had a very pleasant stay at this home in Harbin, China. The house was spacious, clean, and comfortable, perfect for our family.The owner was extremely helpful and responsive, assisting us with many things from before our arrival until after our departure. On our last day, after check-out, the owner kindly helped us store our luggage, allowing us to explore Harbin freely before our evening flight.Overall, it was a very convenient and enjoyable stay, and we highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Harbin, especially for families."

"The hotel is very easy to get to and located right where the Chinese Baroque street is. The staff are friendly and helpful, rooms are clean and does not smell. The amenities are well equipped. The beddings are clean and comfortable. The O.A Smith water dispenser was very convenient and easy to use. The lighting control was easy to use and scene settings were thoughtful. The room was equipped with Xiao Du AI voice control which was nice to have. Overall the experience was very pleasant. Would recommend."

"We had a very comfortable stay at this homestay. We could see the frozen river from the window, and the location is excellent, close to many popular attractions. The host was very responsive via WeChat and was kind to allowed us to check out a little later. The check-in process was clear and easy to follow. The homestay is also conveniently located near Daowai Mosque, less than a 10-minute Didi ride away so easier for moslem to find halal food. This homestay is very suitable for our group of 6 adults. The bathroom is large and spacious; however, there was a rather sewage smell. It would be very great if there is microwave for us to reheat the Ready-to-eat food. Overall, we were satisfied with our stay and will come again."

"I was disappointed with my stay here despite paying for close to 600rmb per night (5 nights). Our towels were torned and badly damaged (literally 70% ruined) , the bathroom has a very bad foul smell throughout our stay. Despite changing a new room, the towels given to us again were torned once more. Truly believe that this is not a hotel standard to treat your paying guests something spoiled/broken or damaged. Restaurant server was rude and fierce to us when we asked for plain water. Harbin being the top travel destination yet you guys ruined the accommodation standards."

"Centralised location, very near to Zhongyang Street, Hong Zhuan Street (lots of breakfast goodies). Room is ckean & neat. Front desk is very friendly & helpful. The manager provide full hearted help in arranging transport for one of my itinerary location. Thank you hotel manager."
