Hotel berhampiran Mikatakita Park, Kobe

神戸出張の際に利用しており、今回で3回目になります。いつもバスユニットが広い部屋を選ぶのですが、トイレと風呂の間隔が広くゆったりとしていて満足できます。 コロナ禍の為か、ルームウェアがフロントの前に置かれていたのですが、フロントの方から持っていくようにとの案内もなく、部屋に入って服を脱ぎ去ってから気付き、また服を着て取りに行く羽目になりました。 また、朝食のバイキングを中止しているのは仕方ないのですが、パン食が選べないのは残念でした。 こちらのホテルのパンは美味しく、楽しみにしていただけに少しがっかりです。 あと、コーヒーも機械式のインスタントのみで飲むものがありませんでした。 機械式でも豆を挽いて出すタイプのものに替えて欲しいと思います。

ความสะดวกสบายก็เหมือนมาตรฐานโรงแรมทั่วไปใกล้ๆ โรงแรมจะมีมินิมาร์ท family,มีค่าบริการที่จอดรถรถค่อนข้างสูง 2,000 เยน ด้านหลังโรงแรมมีที่จอดรถน้อยมากประมาณ 5-6 คันเท่านั้น เดินไกลจาก kobe port ส่วนตัวคิดว่าถ้าไม่มีรถจะไม่สะดวกไกลจากสถานีรถไฟ รอบๆที่พักแทบไม่มีร้านนั่งกิน

My favorite hotel chain in Japan, the hot springs at the top of the hotel are an excellent addition to this somewhat business like hotel. All the freebies that you get during the stay - the welcome drink, the soba noodles, the popsicles, the small gift in the mini bar - make it a no a brainer when choosing your stay in Japan.

Conveniently located at the heart of Kobe. The hotel has Onsen which is 👍👍👍 breakfast has a lot variety with Kobe specialities!

Location in excellent. Very close to shopping malls and JR stations . Breakfast is light but yummy and afternoon tea service is wonderful. All of my family really enjoyed staying at the hotel.

Hotel Okura is very prestigious place with Japanese emperor frequently visited. One of the big conglomerates Pre world war 2. 1 year ago, Japanese emperor had visited Okura Kobe. However, it has been subpar to say the least and overpriced. Cleanliness (Stains in a lot of spots) As you can see from the photo. There were stains at bathtub. When I asked the front, they said it is inevitable due to how long it has been used. Even the washroom inside Okura had stains and dust, which is very concerning considering it’s price point Location (Good for sea views but bad for tourism, walking and traveling) The location for sea view is amazing and it’s near haborland and BeKobe. However, Meriken-Oriental park also offer the same sea view + direct port for ferry with same price point and better cleanliness. The big problem with its location is it is far from everywhere else. Some tourist spots such as Kitano Ijinkan, sanomiya city center, waterfalls and herb garden. The JR is at Shin-Kobe which is around 15min taxi. Walking is pain the ass, as front entrance is only for cars, in order to walk, you need to go through one of the three sub-entrances, which requires you taking elevator or walking stairs The location is not bad but there are hotels with better location such as ANA Crowne Plaza Kobe. Directly under the shinkansen, 5 min walk (one street) from kitano ijikan and one straight line to waterfall and herb garden. The service was also fantastic. Service (Amazing, but can’t really speak English) The only thing going for the hotel with this price point was its service. Everyone was really kind and helpful, very professional. I have seen several times staffs were struggling with English speakers but aside it’s amazing. Amenities. (It got the regular stuff but lacking minor stuff like weight scale, free newspaper etc which gets offered at same price point)

This hotel was very convenient as we where headed to Osaka. Motomachi Station was close by and Chinatown was right next door with many delicious foods to choose from. There is an alley of shops called Kobe Motomachi if shopping is your thing to do on trips.

Just across the shopping street. Daimaru department store is 5 minutes walk. Check in at the 2/F with help from staff but you still need to go to the machine to get the room printed out and pay by the machine if you haven't paid. Breakfast room is crowded and can be full. Suggest to go before 7:45 am or check in the TV in your room to see the crowdedness - the status is Empty, Not Crowded, A bit crowded and Very Crowded from left to right.

The raw eggs and natto are the most luxurious breakfast I have ever had. The room is clean. It is a bit small for foreigners, but it should be medium in Japan. The transportation is very convenient. It is in the city center. The price is acceptable. After all, it is a holiday. It's a pity that there is no public bath.

Quite good. It looks like it used to be a 5 star hotel that got a little tired. Still super clean and very convenient to the airport. The usual excellent Japanese customer service
