Vivera Highlands

The property is roughly 1. 5 km from the lake. The stay was fine and service was good. If u want a budget friendly stay, go for vivera

Good to stay and excellent location. Service was very good and all staffs treated very polite and good manner.

The rooms didn’t have heater and breakfast was not good, staff was not polite enough. No parking space was available. Everything else was good.

Room was below average. The breakfast was charged and the dining area was very worst. Food was not good at taste and the variety was very less. Checkout time was not flexible.

Place is clean and hygeine good view from the room near from the known places staff are welcoming breakfast is not that great

The room we booked was not available. The room offered and the images was very different. The parking is very painful. The has to checkout early morning it took an hour for them to remove other cars which was behind our car. At 4 p. M. They told the chef is not available and at 7:00 p. M. We received a call mentioning that they won't take any orders after 7:30 p. M. Tea and coffee is machine made only. They won't make you a fresh tea. They could not find whoes car is there behind ours. The water is also not available in the morning at the time when they are figuring out how to find the car owner

Neat and pleasant place with affordable price. Very good customer service clean rooms, hot water service available all time

Vivera highlands property such a good stay and we selected varanda room. We totally enjoyed here and food also good.

Room is comfortable. Good hospitality. But the parking area is small. So we cant park our car inside vivera.
