Room service is very bad. There was nobody to guide the way to the room. There was no room service personnel. And there was nobody to explain the day to day activities and show the tv remote, hot water and cleaning the room. All together it was a bad experience. Bed cover was replaced with dirty bed cover.

Hotel was nice and little costly could be 200 or 300 less for this hotel but no parking street is so crowded bike parking is hard and definitely no car parking friendly hotel

Positive: 1. 24 hrs water geyser 2. Opposite to bus stand negative: 1. Rooms are good in photos only 2. Not getting proper service 3. No lift for 3rd floor

Room near kodaikanal bus stop oppst easy to view the location in walkable distance lake, cocker walker, park.

We the family of four parents and two grown up children taken two rooms for two nights. Check in by 2pm, rooms were neat and clean with nice bath rooms. But the rooms are in second floor with out lift. In-spite of my request by phone on previous day, they have allotted in second floor. Hot water available 24 x7, though in hill station ac not required, but even there is no provision of fan. In these summer days we need fan at-least for some time. Room service available with limited variety menu, room boy could turn up from 7. 30am only even for morning beverages. The location is top notch. Supportive staff is good. They have voluntarily called up to get e pass to enter kodaikanal which is mandatory in this season. On the whole it was a nice stay.

The hotel ambience is great and it's very near to bus-stand and tour arrangements brokerages. The whole stay was excellent and great service by the employees. Overall a good hotel to stay. It's fine okay
