Hotel Mesra keluarga di Koh Samui

Recently stayed at Centara for our honeymoon and it was indeed the best hotel we stayed in Koh Samui. Was greeted by Mr Neil and his staff during our check in. We had a really comfortable stay and staff were always ready to assist with any request. Love the idea of “surprise of the day” button in the room, where they deliver different types of chocolate each day. One of the highlights of my stay was the food. We went to salt society restaurant for two consecutive nights as they serve high quality food with big portions. It was also refreshing to try out so many salt flavors for our meal. Overall, my stay at Centara was nothing short of exceptional with their great hospitality. Highly recommend this hotel!

Amazing resort! Couldn't Reccommend it highly enough! I see the effort of the staff every day with the fruit and water around the pool to all guests and the environment so well kept. They even provide a small treat before sleep on the bed waiting and throughout our stay the upmost care and attention to all needs of their customers. We stayed in the pool villa 2 bedroom style house and it was unbelievable. The Chinese new year spread and events were also very nice as we live in China as expats! Really wish people to pay attention to this resort! 5☆

My stay at this hotel was amazing. Sala offers a commutable 10 minute walking distance to local bars and restaurants while maintaining a serene ambiance shielded from the noise and nightlife of the Chaweng area. I was warned by friends that Chaweng was unfavourable for living due to its proximity to the airport, but the room is well sound proofed and completely silent. I was surprise by the space and depth of the personal pool as it was bigger than the images suggested and offered a great place to swim late at night after a day in the heat and was completely private from the other guests. The food was great. Breakfast was available through delivery or in the restaurant. They high-quality food, coupled with a daily menu offered delightful variations. Staff even ensured my breakfast was delivered before my early check-out, so I was able to catch my departing flight with good timing. The staff were friendly, polite, attentive, and always ready to assist, they went above and beyond to ensure my comfort throughout my stay. They offered communication via telephone or via message through a downloadable app - so it was easy to communicate any of our needs from the room or on the go. The beachfront pool is a little small and ideal for guests with children, whereas adults can make use of sea-side loungers, free kayak rentals, a great bar and swimming in the sea. In summary, this room offers a perfect blend of convenience, luxury, and tranquility. Whether you're looking to explore the local nightlife or simply unwind in style, it provides an exceptional experience. I hope I can return in the future!

I got the suite with the pool, it does not look like the photos. I had a pretty high traffic area where my pool faced, and there’s loud music at the restaurant next door, last thing I wanted when I was hoping for isolation after 8 weeks of rough work on the road. A door was missing in my bedroom and maintenance had to come reinstall it on my second day. Spa never had an availability during my stay, and buggies are required to go anywhere in the park (unless roaming in the heat is your thing). The service was slow at times (I’d often come back to my room and see room service plates stacked outside for a later cleanup) - but my room was meticulously cleaned each day and the buggy staff were incredibly friendly.

Хороший отель. Полностью оправдывает свой уровень. Номера с частичным видом на море серии А на карте смотрят на пляж Ломаи, а не в бухту отеля и из них открывается вид на закат. По территории отеля передвигаться только на гольф карах. Дороги узкие, часто с крутыми подъемами. Если пойти пешком, то не комфортно, того гляди собьёт машина. Есть несколько неудачных вил в доль которых идёт спуск к морю и пол отеля проезжает мимо них. Поэтому на этих вилах вне дома, нет никакой приватности. В целом отель могу рекомендовать. Отличный сервис, всё красиво и приятно. В бухте есть небольшие кораллы и чуть-чуть рыбок. Можно плавать с берега с маской. Маску, жилет, ласты, а также сапы и каяки выдают на пляже бесплатно.

Taman yang indah dan bersebelahan dengan laut, suasana yang baik. Bilik: Padat, bersih, dengan pelbagai kemudahan seperti peti keselamatan, pengering rambut, TV, teh, kopi, air minuman, tuala, dll. Penghawa dinginnya sejuk, air mengalir dengan baik, katilnya selesa, tetapi saya ingin untuk mempunyai bola kapas dan saya mahukan TV. Boleh membuka dan menonton YouTube dan Netflix. Sarapan: Ia adalah ***a bufet yang lazat dengan pelbagai pilihan. Kolam renang: Di sebelah pantai, terdapat banyak kolam, termasuk kolam dewasa, kolam kanak-kanak, atau anda boleh berenang di laut. Lain-lain: - Jika anda ingin menyewa kereta untuk mengembara di sekitar Koh Samui. Hubungi kaunter pelancongan di hadapan, mudah. - Hotel memerlukan deposit sebanyak 1,500 baht, yang boleh dibayar secara tunai atau dengan kad kredit. Jika anda tidak berbelanja di hotel, anda mendapatkannya semula.

The breakfast was below average, I wish that there was more Thai food, and that they changed what was on offer, it would help if the menu was changed daily. The waiters were super kind, friendly and helpful, always with a smile on their face, and trying to engage with us. The room was fairly comfortable though we did have issues with the water in the shower, not going down the drain. I did ask for someone to check it out and on the first day it worked but throughout the stay we still had a problem with the drainage. The pool is opposite the hotel, you need to cross the road to get there, please keep this in mind. We hired our own car, and parked on the property which was locked and we had peace of mind.

The resort is amazing! Great amenities as well. I loved the boat suite setup. Above all, the staff were extremely hospitable. From the porters, buggy drivers, waiters etc..everyone greets guests with a smile and always ensure you’re okay. Highly recommend to those looking for a family resort or even a sociable hotel! It was lively and beautiful! The breakfast service at the lobby was really great. There was a good spread for the buffet with a la carte items available and catered per requests as well.

Loved the simple tropical and Mexican vibes of this hotel! Great location on Chaweng both on the beach and main road. Our Superior room was clean and spacious, we had a balcony facing the courtyard. Breakfast was provided every morning, it was simple but adequate, the staff there was very nice! The pool was big and the beach was right in front so very easy to swim in both. We had a wonderful and comfortable stay here.
