Hotel Pet Friendly di Bagmati, Nepal

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel during my trip to Nepal. The quality exceeded my expectations in every way. The room was spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean, providing a perfect retreat after long days of exploring. The location is absolutely fantastic – right in the city center, which made it incredibly convenient to walk around and shop for local goods in town. What I particularly loved was the proximity to several Chinese restaurants nearby, all offering delicious food at very reasonable prices. The staff truly made our experience special. They were friendly. They were kind enough to store our luggage while we went on our EBC trek.

巴德崗是我在尼泊爾的最愛，而入住這家酒店更為我在巴德崗的這幾天加了很多分。 1. 這家酒店是我在尼泊爾睡得最好的幾天。之前在加德滿都住大佛塔附近晚上很吵，在Pharping, Lumbini晚上也有很多動物叫聲。這家酒店鬧中取靜，除了早上有雞打鳴，其他都比較安靜。 2. 它到各廣場都不遠，走路都在6-10分鐘左右。 3. 內外裝都乾淨整潔，衞生間淋浴水很大很熱，相比我之前住的幾天好太多了。 4. 早餐普通但碳水 蛋白質 水果都平衡了，服務員都非常友好 熱心幫忙。 總之，我要是再去巴德崗一定會再入住這家。

服務挺好，酒店是4星標準，因為是2024年開始營業，房間設施，大廳等條件都不錯，內部環境很新也很舒適。早上早餐也很豐盛，我們因為急着趕機，酒店貼心得幫用便利飯盒準備了早餐方便攜帶食用。酒店的位置離有名的景區都有一定距離。入住前需要確認酒店門口在修建的路有沒修好。尼泊爾的基建比較奇葩，他們在修路的時候基本不給周邊酒店商鋪留點出入口， 所有進出非常不方便，衹有一條泥濘的小路出入，你能遭遇的問題可以提前想象一下，如果下雨用腳走是非常困難的，當地的Taxi都是小車，我感覺就像國內2門車稍微拉長了一點，這個路它基本沒法開進去。 總體來説，獨立看酒店還是很不錯。

All was good except there is no lift/ elevator but still we enjoyed the hospitable and accommodating staff. I enjoyed the buffet breakfast spread. Location was also great within Thamel.

I stayed at Kusum Airport Hotel, Kathmandu 🇳🇵 for 3 nights (April 1st – April 4th), and overall it was a really good experience. The location is very convenient, especially for travelers since it’s close to the airport ✈️. The room was clean, comfortable, and perfect to relax after a long day. What I enjoyed the most was the food — very tasty and satisfying, definitely something I looked forward to every day. A very special thanks to Sachin Thapa 👏 He was honestly one of the best parts of my stay. Always welcoming with a smile, very respectful, and gave excellent service every time. He made sure everything was smooth and comfortable, and his positive attitude really stood out. Staff like him make a place feel more than just a hotel. The only thing that needs improvement is the bathroom, which wasn’t up to the same standard as the rest of the hotel. Other than that, everything else was great — good service, nice atmosphere, and a comfortable stay overall. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kathmandu, especially if you want a convenient location and good food 👍

A lovely hotel with the most friendly staff. Very welcoming and helpful in all aspects of making us feel comfortable. One recommendation is to make sure that you get a room facing the courtyard as the sound proofing of the hotel is not great and the neighbours can be loud pretty much the whole evening. I wish the hotel would improve this for all other guests.

Except breakfast and extra bed, everything else is ok. The room is very big, but it's a bit old, and it's a bit scary to be alone

Все было очень замечательно. Собственники дружелюбные и всегда помогут, общительные и открытые. Забрали с аэропорта бесплатно. Самый лучший персонал, но есть один нюанс, я оплачивала завтрак, но там не было буфета, только 2 завтрака на выбор и каждый день это невозможно кушать. И меню немного дорого от локальных кафе и ресторанов. И первые 2 дня был хороший напор воды и горячей. Остальные дни просто еле шла вода и еле теплая, в последний день удалось немного насладиться душем и горячей водой 😄

Расположение в центре туристического района, номера аккуратные и есть горячая вода)) на крыше имеется ресторан с террасой, что очень удобно и можно заказ сделать прямо в номер. Качественные продукты вкусно приготовленные по приемлемой цене. За свои деньги просто топ

I stayed at Hyatt Centric Kathmandu and was pleasantly surprised — the room was actually better than in the photos! Spacious, clean, and beautifully designed, with stunning views of the mountains, the city, and even the Monkey Temple. Definitely a highlight of the stay. The rooftop pool was decent, not too crowded and with a nice ambiance. I also ordered room service once — the food was just okay, and the breakfast was a bit underwhelming, especially for a Hyatt. The selection was quite limited for this brand's usual standard. One downside was my arrival experience. I came down from a taxi and noticed there were no bellboys or concierge staff outside to help with my luggage — maybe due to a staff shortage? Only once I approached the lobby did a staff member assist me and take my bags to the room. Thankfully, check-in itself was smooth and fast, and I appreciated being allowed to enter my room before the standard 2 PM check-in time. The welcome drink was also a nice touch. All in all, the room and view were excellent — probably the best part of this Hyatt. Just a bit more attention to guest arrival and food variety would make the experience even better.
