The location of the hotel is very good, within walking distance to the square, and the breakfast is very good. There is no air conditioning in the entire hotel, please note. When I made a reservation on Ctrip, I saw that the payment method was credit card. In the end, the front desk said that I could only pay in cash, so I contacted Ctrip. Throughout the process, Ctrip customer service said that the agent would contact the hotel. No one answered the phone at the hotel front desk, so I sat at the front desk the whole time. I asked for the hotel phone number and sent it to Ctrip. Ctrip said that the agent would Shang said no one answered, and the front desk clerk was scrolling through Tik Tok the entire time. I negotiated with the hotel and checked in the next day before paying. During this period, I contacted Ctrip but the agent was still unable to contact the hotel. Later, I communicated with the hotel man by myself and took me to another hotel on a motorcycle, swiped my card and paid the room fee. I reported to Ctrip, and Ctrip said that I would be refunded 150 yuan. The above situation is true. I'm just stating the facts. The hotel is good, recommended to stay.

I stayed at Hyatt Centric Kathmandu and was pleasantly surprised — the room was actually better than in the photos! Spacious, clean, and beautifully designed, with stunning views of the mountains, the city, and even the Monkey Temple. Definitely a highlight of the stay. The rooftop pool was decent, not too crowded and with a nice ambiance. I also ordered room service once — the food was just okay, and the breakfast was a bit underwhelming, especially for a Hyatt. The selection was quite limited for this brand's usual standard. One downside was my arrival experience. I came down from a taxi and noticed there were no bellboys or concierge staff outside to help with my luggage — maybe due to a staff shortage? Only once I approached the lobby did a staff member assist me and take my bags to the room. Thankfully, check-in itself was smooth and fast, and I appreciated being allowed to enter my room before the standard 2 PM check-in time. The welcome drink was also a nice touch. All in all, the room and view were excellent — probably the best part of this Hyatt. Just a bit more attention to guest arrival and food variety would make the experience even better.

Excellent location with many eateries right at doorstep. There is a Chinese restaurant in the hotel and serves excellent and delicious food. There is also a cafe at the lobby The room was superb I slept through the night especially after a long week of trekking The only downside is there is no smart TV and everything on the screen is Chinese. Best part is there is a washing machine at higher floor where guest can washed their dirty hiking laundry. Cleanliness of hotel:8/10

The hotel is conveniently located about 6 kilometers from Kathmandu International Airport, a 15-minute taxi ride if traffic is not heavy. Every staff member was incredibly nice and friendly, treating guests with great hospitality. Their genuine smiles were truly touching and memorable. The hotel is clean, and the rooms are small but comfortable. The Nepali breakfast was delicious. The gym and swimming pool are spacious. Overall, I had a wonderful trip.

とにかくスタッフの素晴らしさと、眺望が最高なホテルでした。 滞在中ずーっと、気持ちよく過ごせました。 ナガルコットにはマウンテンビューのホテルは沢山ありますが、近くの山が見えるという意味のマウンテンビューです。 ですが、こちらのホテルは全室がヒマラヤ山脈に向いてるヒマラヤビューです。 この差は大きいです‼️ 私が見た限り、完全に前に抜け感のあるヒマラヤビューは、ここのホテルと、両隣りくらいなものでした。 もちろん、他のホテルも、屋上に上がったりすればヒマラヤビューになるのでしょうが、部屋のベランダにあるイスに座り、コーヒーを飲みながらヒマラヤを眺められるというのは、他にはそうそうない環境だと思います😊 本当に最高の滞在でした❣️ レストランも美味しかったです🍀 好みもあるとは思いますが、味付けも、辛すぎず、強すぎず、ちょうどいいと思いました。好みをちゃんと聞いて下さるので、キチンと伝えたら、尚好みに近づくと思います。 朝食は、満室でない限りコンチネンタルブレックファストです。 満室の時のみビュッフェスタイルになるそうです。 お湯のパワーは問題なし。 エアコン設置なので、寒くても暑くても問題なし。 冷蔵庫はありませんが、キッチンで預かってくれます。 以下、少し気になる点はありますが、そんなこと大したことじゃないと感じるくらい、他の要素が素晴らしかったです❣️ ホスピタリティに溢れたスタッフの皆さんに心から感謝します😊 ＜短所＞ ･ベッドが柔らかいので、ダブルだと、相手の寝返りが気になるかも。 The staff were wonderful and the view was amazing. I had a comfortable stay throughout. There are many hotels in Nagarkot with mountain views, but this most ”mountain view” mean ”a view of the nearby mountains”. However, this hotel has Himalayan views, with all rooms facing the Himalayas. The difference is huge! As far as I've seen around Nagarkot, only this hotel and the two on either side offer a completely open Himalayan view. Of course, other hotels also offer Himalayan views if you go up to the rooftop, but being able to sit on a chair on your room's balcony and gaze out at the Himalayas while sipping coffee is a rare experience. It was truly a wonderful stay! The restaurant was also delicious. I understand that tastes vary, but I thought the seasoning was just right—not too spicy or too strong. They really listened to our preferences, so if you let them know, they'll be able to tailor it to your taste. Breakfast is continental unless the hotel is fully booked. Only then does it switch to buffet style. There are no problems with the hot water power. There is air conditioning, so it doesn't matter if it's cold or hot. There is no refrigerator, but they will store it in the kitchen. The following are some minor concerns, but they were so great that these didn't seem like a big deal! I'd like to express my sincere gratitude to the hospitable staff. ＜Cons＞ - The bed is soft, so if you're staying in a double room, you might notice your partner turning over in your sleep.

I had found another internet celebrity before, but the boss kept raising the price, which was terrible... This hotel has its own yard, which is very beautiful! It is in the embassy area, very safe, and entering this yard is like another world! ! ! There are also security guards at the door, wearing this uniform, I feel very safe. Everyone keeps smiling. The kitchen here is so delicious! ! ! Sichuan cuisine, Cantonese cuisine! ! ! I originally wanted to lose weight, but in the end! ! ! I eat like crazy every day! ! ! Who understands! You must order the oil-splashed noodles! It's made in advance! The noodles are also freshly rolled, and there is green bean paste! The buns are made in advance! ! ! Paradise on earth! ! ! The rooms are very new. For Nepal, it is really 5 stars, mainly clean and comfortable! Each room has a balcony. I fall asleep and wake up listening to the natural sounds every day. Thanks to the tour groups overbooking the west wing I was put into a twin suite room and discovered room service at the Dalai La. Having had weeks of Dahl and rice and noodles, it was great to binge on pizza and burgers. Internet was a bit intermittent on the 5th floor but the room is quieter than those facing the courtyard in the west wing.

This hostel is really unique. I loved feeling like I was staying in the bush as I looked out at the trees through my window in the morning. It was pretty cold and there's no heating in the room, so I struggled to get out of bed, but the bedding kept me warm enough throughout the night. Unfortunately, they didn't have a kettle in the room to help keep me warm with a little hot water, but they did give me a thermos of hot water from the restaurant when I asked about it. The shower also never remained warm for long. These shortcomings were made up for by the unique environment and the wonderful views up at the restaurant/communal area. On the last day, I could see the Himalayas clearly from there. It was beautiful. There is also a great variety of reasonably priced food at the restaurant. The hotel is also about 10 minutes walk from the centre of town and 10 minutes walk in the other direction is a great place to view the sunrise. The staff were happy to help out and give directions when I asked. Of course, it would have been even nicer if they had offered some of that information on my arrival rather than waiting for me to ask. Overall, a great place to stay!

I was in Nepal for a long time, so I was really happy to find a hotel at this price. The owner was very nice and the service was good. They also helped us get a taxi when we went out. The breakfast was good and you had to pay for it separately. I will stay in this hotel again next time. The hot water is very helpful. Qiang Lei recommends this hotel

This is a treasure hotel with spa, sauna and swimming pool. The front desk is very welcoming and willing to help. The overall facilities of the hotel are great, so it is a great experience to stay. Recommended stay!
