Hotel berhampiran Raymond Collection Suit di Koh Samui

The large hotel has modern and very clean rooms and a very good room service. The TV in my room did not work. The swimming pool is very nice but unfortunately there is no gym available. You can rent a motorbike there for 300 baht per day (quite expensive) but unfortunately the staff there is not easy to reach when you wanna return the bike. You can park the bike at the nearby Central shopping mall which is quite complicated because the parking space is very narrow. All in all I would recommend the hotel!

The best hotel I’ve stayed ever! It’s located on a cliff, far from noise, great views! There’s free shuttle bus to Lamai beach or Chaweng beach. The hotel owns an App to introduce everything and communicate, very convenient, staff are helpful! The breakfast is fantastic, super delicious! Eggs, drinks, fried rices, etc all you can order! Free flow champagne as well! We didn’t stay in a villa, but the view is good, room is big! There’re 2 infinite pools in hotel, and one private beach! We heard there’re some water sports available but the tide was too strong to do so during our stay! We had a great time, will definitely stay there again!

When we arrived at Ko Samui airport, the transfer service from the hotel worked perfectly. We received a very warm welcome at the hotel and were given our room straight away. The room (Grand Deluxe Room) far exceeded our expectations. It's less of a room and more of a small apartment without a kitchen. The hotel complex is absolutely paradisiacal. Lots of beautiful plants and very well maintained. The beach was amazing, the most beautiful beach we have seen on Ko Samui (we explored the whole island by motorbike that we also rent from the hotel). The sea - turquoise blue clear water. The great thing is that it is a private beach so only accessible to hotel guests and therefore not overcrowded. The food was fantastic. There is a very large selection and there really is something for everyone. The pool area directly on the beach with an included pool bar is very beautiful. And the cleanliness of the whole hotel was excellent. What particularly impressed us and what we have never experienced on our many trips... was the warmth and friendliness of all the staff. Everyone was always helpful, funny and good organized. Friendships developed in this short time, for which we are very grateful. We would like to thank you from the bottom of our hearts for what you have done for us. You gave us a wonderful honeymoon and organized such a beautiful candlelight dinner that we will never forget in our lives. We stayed here for 6 nights. in January 2023. Staff were friendly, respectful, accommodating & wanted to make our stay wonderful. Special thanks to a lady who ensured our room was really special and cleaned. The room was great and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was awesome and an old man was there, paying attention to all the guests. The hotel in ideally located right on a road opposite of Chaweng Noi beach that is very quiet and amazing place to suntan and relax. A seven eleven is near by the Hotel just 10 min walk. it is 100 Baht to take into the town center by tuk tuk. We rent a motorbike from the hotel which was brand new and we did not need to pay for a taxi anymore. The hotel restaurant offers a variety of foods & overlooks a nice pool with lovely setting. I would definitely come back here & would recommend it without hesitation. Thank you Chaweng Noi Pool Villa for an amazing holiday.

We stayed at Escape for one week in the middle of December in the economy apartment style rooms. Pros to our stay: We really enjoyed the KOB restaurant attached to Escape. A wide variety of breakfast options. Thai food was good and between 150-200 baht. Western food was great and between 150-300 baht. The pool is small, but nice. There is a nice view facing out toward the ocean. Escape has an easy access to the ocean and a short walk to neighboring beaches. There is a convenient store in the lobby for cheap drinks and snacks. Cons: The walls of the rooms are paper thin. You can hear your neighbors talking, fighting, and then making up. If you are like me and my girlfriend and you want to suntan, there are limited spaces by the pool. There are a lot of trees over the lounge chairs that block the sun. It is hard to leave escape. It is about a 20 minute uphill walk to the main road. Scooters are not always available to rent. We would stay at Escape again, but in a bungalow style room for more privacy.

Recently stayed at this hotel for 1 week, arrived from the Airport with no luggage as Bangkok airways lost it, checked in to the hotel and was met by a lovely member of staff who was waiting for me, she offered me a welcome drink on arrival which was very much appreciated after a long flight. After check in, was shown to my room which was a pool side deluxe room with Double bed and En-suite. Room was very clean, spacious and came with Fresh towels, Toiletries, a Mini fridge stocked with beers, satellite T.V, Aircon and some free drinks/snacks. My stay came with free breakfast every morning, which was very handy and the selection was always really nice. Lots of fresh fruit, cereals, pastries, eggs cooked to the way you wanted along with a choice of tea/coffee and fresh juices. Staff are soo friendly and welcoming, they clean your room everyday and provide fresh sheets and towels as well as toiletries. The Hotel is quite modern and staff had decorated the reception for Chinese New Year with lanterns and fairy lights. The position of the hotel is good, about 10 min drive in a taxi to Fisherman's village, which is full of bars/restaurants and shops. The hotel is also right on the beach, so you have the option to swim in the sea or the pool and look out onto the amazing views. I loved my stay at this hotel and would highly recommend! (Only negative thing I can think of is that the Pool Bar was never open, so it would be good to see this open in the future).

Hotel yang sejuk, untuk 3 bintang, pada pendapat saya, nilai terbaik untuk wang. Kami tinggal selama 9 malam bersama keluarga dan mengambil 2 bilik, kami diberi dua bilik bersebelahan dengan pintu dalaman di antara bilik - sangat mudah. Sarapan pagi adalah pelbagai, terdapat hidangan Thai dan set hidangan Eropah yang biasa, ia adalah perkara biasa untuk kanak-kanak. Air minuman disertakan 2 botol sehari setiap bilik, tuala pantai adalah percuma, pantai adalah kira-kira 10 minit berjalan kaki perlahan-lahan. Di hotel anda boleh menyewa basikal dan kereta, harga sewa tidak terlalu tinggi. Hotel ini mempunyai taman permainan, 2 kolam renang, gim. Terdapat WiFi percuma di hotel, tetapi anda tidak boleh mengharapkannya - kelajuannya rendah, lebih mudah untuk membeli kad SIM tempatan.

РАЗОЧАРОВАНЫ. На фото в инете и сайте Пегаса совершенно не совпадает-здания те же, но добавьте обветшалости и грязи и будет самое оно. Бунгало стоят на 15 тысяч дороже (у туроператора, в отеле на 13 тысяч), но там в бунгало комары и никакого вида на море. Темно, сыро, комарики, зато своя огромная веранда. Лучшего обслуживания и привелегий для бунгало нет. И там и в номерах основного корпуса не хватает то мыла, то обещанных зубных щёток, нет халата и тапочек. Браслетов на руку не дают. На завтраке просто спрашивают номер комнаты. Из плюсов: Ежедневная уборка. Обновление каждый раз 2-х ватных палочек, шапочки для душа, туал. бумаги. Выдают на пляж новые ежедневно полотенца (вечером сдавать нужно). Большой балкон. Теневая сторона нам попалась. Окна в «пол». Плоский ТВ с одним русским каналом и 10-15 тайских каналов. Wi-fi ловит в номере, ресепшн и на пляже. Бесплатная бутылочка воды, сейф, 1 пакетик чая, 1 пакетик кофе, 1 пакетик сухих сливок, 1 пакетик сахара (на одного человека пишу). Есть платные напитки (уже стоят в вашем холодильнике). Если выпьете-готовьтесь за них заплатить. Платный перечень напитков написан на ламинированном листке в номере. Кстати, когда выселялись-никто не проверяет номера и выпитые напитки😂. В номере: зонтик, фен, вешалки, пепельница, столик, кровать, длинный пуф с подушками, ТВ, кондиционер, тумбы прикроватные, настольная лампа. На балконе: 2 деревянных стула со спинкой , столик и сушилка для белья. За время пребывания: Из 6 просьб выполнили одну. 2 раза ломался кондиционер-просили-чинили. Постельное белье и полотенца сменили один раз за 12 дней (лайфхак: берите молча или просите-дадут). Бассейны почистили и запустили 1 раз за 12 дней и то не было желания там купаться-на стенках «зелень», иногда что-то плавает... Ночью в отеле отсутствует персонал вообще! Хотя девочки днём вежливые, приветливые, записывают все просьбы, но не с первого раза их исполняют 🤣. Лежаков на пляже 4 шт (бесплатно))) на весь отель. Пляж отеля своеобразный... Береговая линия очень маленькая, между камней. Из плюсов: чистая вода, пологий вход, в море мягкий песок, можно поплавать с маской (красивые рыбки), есть тень от деревьев чтобы укрыться от солнца. За счёт камней есть «естественный бассейн» для детей очень удобно. Минусы: грязь на песке, много мелких ракушек (можно пораниться), стёкла крупные от битых бутылок, пластик иногда валяется, камни, сигареты и т.п. мусор (не чистят пляж). Толком негде лечь (если ляжешь-то людям негде будет ходить). Вывод-ищите другие пляжи. Лайфак: за камнями, на территории отеля First house отличный огромный пляж (вход через ресепшн отеля или через его ресторан через мостик с 7:00 до 18:30).

We stayed at three different hotels/resorts for our honeymoon and by far the most memorable experience was during our stay at the IC. The friendly and helpful staff always went the extra step to be helpful and accommodating. We were able to relax and enjoy all of the services that were made available to us, and enjoy having dates at the different picturesque sights throughout the day. In particular, the speed of the services such as requesting a buggy or ordering room service were extremely quick! We would like to thank all of the wonderful staff who worked hard all day to give us such a wonderful experience. In particular Emily at the lobby was extremely helpful and welcoming from the moment we arrived to every time we happened to pass by. Thank you all, for making this once in a lifetime honeymoon truly exceptional. We hope to come again for a longer stay during future anniversaries!

We stayed in a King Pool View room which was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Amaya Restaurant was excellent. There were many options for breakfast and the meals were great. Prego Italian Restaurant was exceptional, both in terms of food and service. Couldn't fault any of the Amari staff. Fantastic service and friendly smiles from everyone including Management, Reception, Restaurant staff, Spa staff, Road Crossing staff, Maintenance and Housekeeping. Special mentions go to the lovely hosts Wee and Keng who went out of their way to make us feel welcome and helped us with anything we needed to know. Also Noung who we nicknamed ”the hardest working man in Thailand”. He never stopped as he worked tirelessly in Amaya Restaurant and around the hotel grounds. The resort was a little away from the hustle and bustle but an easy walk into the centre of town. Would recommend Amari to anybody thinking of staying at Chaweng and look forward to returning there in the future.
