There was a smell inside room ot was difficult to sleep at night. Hotel doesn't provide basic items like hair oil, moisturizer etc. The restaurant was good.

My stay at hotel nayara in kota was quite pleasant. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the room was clean and comfortable but smaller than expected. The food was not up to the mark but the amenities were good, and the location was convenient. I had a comfortable stay overall and would recommend it for a short visit to kota. Would love to return in the future!

Staff was polite and room were good enough aa per price range. Food was also quite good and served with clean and good utensils.

Hotel room was clean however the food service was horrible. I had order food from the hotel and they delivered it very late hence i ordered from outside and the hotel staff said outside food is not allowed. While booking or even at the hotel premises it was not mentioned that outside food is not available. It was not good experience.

services are good,staff is good, reception is also very fast and polite but food is not so tasty .only hara bhara kabab is good,vegetables are like just as ordinary dhaba.they should improve the quality and taste of food.
all other things are good.i recommend to stay here but order food from outside

Exellent rooms, clean toilets, no flies or mosquito menace, courteous staff, good food. Comfortable bed. All that you require for a pleasant and happy holiday.

While the service was impeccable and the privacy was unmatched, the hotel's steep prices were a major drawback. The lack of a water cooler or similar facility forced us to purchase bottled water, which added to the overall cost. The overpriced food options also deterred us from dining in. If you're looking for a quiet retreat but are budget-conscious, this hotel might not be the best choice.
