Description: A bright spacious townhouse villa which is comfortably furnished. The ground floor hosts the fully fitted kitchen, dining area and living area. The kitchen opens out to the large upper terrace and the side garden area, whilst the living area opens out onto the upper terrace, which is furnished with sofas, comfortable chairs and a dining area. There are beautiful views of the ravine and sunset to be had from the terraces. All three of the bedrooms are found on the lower ground floor and all have ceiling fans.
