Good location, lovely friendly staff. Only downpoint was the bed, it was so low, felt like we were sleeping on the floor. The reception is in the Poli bar downstairs, great variety of craft beers at a good price, you get a 15% discount on the drinks, if staing at the Happy Tower.

Check in at bar a few doors down, k was underwhelmed when I first opened the door but it was actually very clean and the bed was grand! Apartment was quite, next door gave out to us for making noise but we just arrived back from being out for the day ,but he was just a grumpy man! The pillows are very flat and u only get one each, the bed was two single beds pushed together. The room had a fridge,kettle,hairdryer and 2 hangers. They gave us a hand towel and one large towel and one small towel each. Not enough but I wasn't paying more for another towel. It was our 1st time in Poland and the apartments are only a 12 minute walk from the Jewish quarter, felt very safe walking to and from the main town, even at 11 30pm! There are also trams just outside that were fantastic and cheap to use! The shower in the room was lovely! I would definitely stay there again! 4 stars! Lose 1 star for lack of towels and the flat pillows.

Was clean and nice location, unfortunately the bed was extremely uncomfortable!! We decided after 1st night to book in somewhere else as the bed was that bad, bit of a shame really, if it had a decent mattress my rating would have been much higher.

We arrived in the evening and already knew to check in at the bar. We collected our room key and entered through the main stairwell, entry to the apartments is through secure entry with a key fob. Our room was located on the first floor. The room was typical of a budget stay but was very clean and had everything we needed. I have read previously about the beds being low and thin mattress but we found them OK, not too low compared they have a mattress topper, we slept fine. We didn't actually eat in the bar downstairs but did have drinks.

Great quirky hotel to sleep as a base for touring Kraków. Apartment was clean and provided everything we needed. Bar was lovely and breakfast good. Would recommend Two little convenience shops right next door. Shame the tv didnt have sky news to keep up with day to day news.

Large clean apt, hot shower. Tea and coffee provided. Hairdryer provided. Close to town centre. Easy walking distance to some tourist spots. Breakfast was provided at the corner cafe lovely continental selection. The only downside was the bed. It was like a bed base without a mattress. So uncomfortable even the sheets couldn't be tucked in and so low it was like sleeping on the floor.

We had a really good stay at the happy tower hotel. Rooms very well equipped Our only problem was the tv didn’t work well not a problem for me but my husband the lads from the bar did try to set it up for him. The bar is lovely very friendly Check in was very quick Free shots then 15% off drinks Breakfast was also very good We also had burgers & chips our first night as we were so tired after a long day also very nice. Situation very well Under the apartments are shops for milk etc.

We read in an earlier review ‘what more could you want’ and that’s spot on. This place is perfectly located to walk around the city. Our room was clean, warm, spacious, modern, quiet and comfortable. The shower was powerful and there was a hair dryer provided. There was also tea & coffee and a TV. You check in at the bar, which is on the corner of the building. The bar is a fab little place, we had free shots of their homemade lemon vodka and a resident’s discount on drinks (we’d recommend the cocktails). There are loads of mini supermarkets nearby e.g. Carrefour and basic plates, cutlery and wine glasses provided if you did want to self cater.
