Aparthotel Old Town

Lo mejor la ubicación. Te limpian cuando lo pides. Lo menos bueno fue que no hay horario 24h de recepción, aunque tampoco es un problema.

Ubicación excelente pero no se pasan a limpiar, tienes que solicitarlo. Colchón bien. Buena relación calidad precio

This hotel I would never recommend. Room was not fresh, walls had dirty finger marks. Towels holes in them that should be binned and my sisters sheets on her bed had holes. We had to ask for toilet rolls and extra clean towels. Rang Jet 2 and complained and at first wasn't sympathetic but I wanted moved and unfortunately they said all their accommodation was full over the weekend. Also you will hear trams from early morning. Definitely would not stay here again.

The shower didn’t drain very well at all. I can only imagine it is because the plug holes needs to be seriously cleaned out. Our flight arrived later in the day and reception was closed. The door was locked and it was only because a young couple were walking out of the door that we were able to gain entry. However, as reception was closed we didn’t know how to get to our room. We eventually found a number to phone on the key pad by the door. The lady who answered the phone was rude. We got a text with the key box code for our room. Our room isn’t too bad. It’s big but the pillows are absolutely awful. Never have I seen pillows like it. The room was clean and acceptable. I think it’s like a youth hostel. It was a cheap place to stay but it should definitely be cheaper. There are zero facilities - no restaurant attached to get breakfast or a coffee etc. the beds do not get made up everyday.

Overall a great stay, location was excellent, the room was clean and the staff were helpful. The only problem was that the Wifi was incredibly patchy in our room on the third floor and often didn’t work and there was a fair bit of noise from the trams as our room overlooked the road. Aside from this I would fully recommend this hotel, primarily for its location so close to the Old Town and a five minute walk from Wawel Castle. Overall very positive experience.

Overall it was okay. Good Location. Easy Check In. Can leave your luggage. Walls are paper thin, we could hear EVERYTHING in the next room. The shower decided the temp of the water on its own. There was a few hairs on the bed. Stains on the walls.
