Eco Suites @ Dorsett Residences Bukit Bintang

Be aware, this is not a hotel but a private residence located next to the hotel with “Dorsett residence” being the building name. There is no physical check-in facilities on site, you will need to contact the owner yourself (cos no clear instruction from the confirmation document), i tried to contact for an hour and until I get hold of the owner, sadly it will ask you to give your credit card details and personal details online. I saw it a security risk so I tried to negotiate with the owner to ask them come over and I will pay cash as deposit to them directly. They refused this approach and also the agent refused to grant me full refund because of this even I already made another reservation with the same agent at the official Dorsett hotel next door. My experience was very bad and even now the agent only grant 1/3 of my full payment as a courtesy… will avoid. (Hope this article will not be blocked by the web admin)
