A convenient city hotel with no frills. Most important is the location but street parking can be iffy because it's a business location during office hours. Parking lots are accessible after 6pm and chargeable at 80 sen per hour from 7.30am to 6.00pm. Room is clean and compact with coffee/tea making facilites, iron and ironing board, safe and adequate bathroom amenities. Desk staff are friendly and Ann is exceptional. She is helpful when I have problems with my parking app and she patiently walk me through. The cafe is closed but there are coffee shops across the road where one can get Chinese or Mamak food for breakfast, lunch or dinner.

Khidmat pelanggan sangat baik, membantu menukar dari bilik asas kepada premier untuk tambah nilai minimum.. hotelnya agak lama tetapi bersih.. ada tab mandi dan kolam renang.. harga berpatutan kerana ia disertakan dengan sarapan pagi.. betul-betul di bawah hotel ada macdonalds yang dibuka sehingga 2 pagi dan kedai runcit juga.. tempat letak kereta dari tengah hari hingga petang sukar untuk mencari banyak.. tetapi saya selalu kembali selepas 10 apabila pusat membeli-belah ditutup, jadi mudah untuk mencari banyak selepas itu.. secara keseluruhannya tempat yang bagus untuk saya dan anak-anak saya...

I am here solely for the convenient location to Pavilion Bukit Jalil (PBJ) that's just right opposite REVO, and the free shuttle bus from PBJ to Awan Besar LRT station. They have a pleasant BBQ area, a gym and a beautiful swimming pool at the top though. The room I stayed has no washing machine, and minimal cooking utensils. No plug point at the table area. Don't be picky about the room if you want to stay here. :)

This is a relatively new property located directly adjacent (or across the street, depending on how you look at it) to one of the newest attractions in Bukit Jalil, i.e. Pavilion 2. The hotel itself is situated within a retail mall known as Aurora Place, with multiple eateries and shop-lots available here, in addition to hundreds more at Pavilion, for the benefit/convenience of those who stay here. This was my first ever visit to Bukit Jalil... and to summarize the review of my two-night stay here, below are the major pros and cons of this hotel, based on my personal observations: Pros: 1. As mentioned in my 1st paragraph above, the location is extremely strategic. F&B places are easily accessible and mostly within walking distance. Plus, a simple matter of crossing a pedestrian walkway to get to the Pavilion Mall. 2. The rooms (or suites) here easily cater for travelers with small families, with two beds in each unit. 3. This being a relatively ”new” hotel, most of the furniture and fittings still look pretty new or are in good condition. 4. Lastly, the rooftop swimming pool offers a nice view of the surroundings (and also as far as the KL city skyline). Cons: 1. Probably the biggest letdown of staying here was the fact that the hotel does not subsidize parking fees for their guests; the reason being that the car park belongs to the Aurora Place mall and is therefore not under the hotel's management. However, with no other free or cheaper options available within the hotel's vicinity, the parking fees per day (and per night) do contribute a significant addition to your hotel fees here! 2. The hotel management also needs to put in more emphasis on pest control. I have managed to see ants and other ”creepy crawlies” either within my unit or outside at the corridors.

Harga agak murah tp staf reception nampak malas. Dah komplen tv rosak banyak kali tp takde nak naik bilik check pon. Sebab sblm tu dah tukar bilik sebab aircond rosak ( tak sejuk ) lps tukar bilik lain tv plak rosak. Dah tak larat nak tukar bilik lg sbb brg bnyk. Last2 stay je la dgn tv rosak tu. Bantal n tilam pon ade bau lipas.
