Good hotel..strategic location in the middle of town..room also good

I was here for 3 days and 2 night, but was denied room cleaning from a woman staff at the front desk. Other staff were okay, but this one staff was so rude, she threw my room key at the table. I’m not someone who complaint, but this is dissapointing. The room was so dusty, I wish they gave better room since I came not in a peak season. The AC was dripping, if they came to clean my room they would have known. The towel was a disaster even after I ask for better towel every single day. I wont repeat to come back here again.

Location was great easy parking but the room was not that clean. Towel has stains and does not absorb well. Bed sheet has stain. Overall it’s a decent stay.

service ok..facilities not really. the bathroom dirty with mold on the pipe the sink the ceiling the wall the shower..but water pressure n heater are ok. the bed got stained the pillows too. i had to cover my pillows with the towel i brought. the wall molded.. Even the wall paint is peeling off. but the floor is ok.. it’s not that clean but it was ok. saying that there were iron n iron board provided but theres none of anything. the carpet inside the lift is dirt badly. overall i would say my staying here is so so..n the facilities provided don’t deserve the price I’d paid.

Very poor service from the receptionist. Not friendly, not helpful, and acted as if assisting guests was a burden. This kind of attitude is unacceptable for a hotel that claims to offer good service. I hope serious action is taken to improve customer service.

Near waterfront..nice worker..

The staff appear to be quite rude. When i try to sit at the lobby while waiting for my laundry he told me that he need to mop the floor. When i go to the other side he told me off to go back to my room. The next day staff also quite rude, i wait almost half an hour to get my deposit back, ringing the bell but she doesn't come out & when she come out she doesn't even say sorry or smile

Friend staff and good service Need to improved at the toilet, the rest is so far ok

I think this hotel need to concern about cleaning the room properly & pls provied more iron, which is we are can't use it more than 2hours and can't use it couse hv sticky on that iron which is can damage out cloth.

There is cracks on the floor and bathroom doors. Bathroom is just ……🤢. The view is nice and the bed is comfy. The receptionist at night is not friendly at all but others are great.

The bathroom and balcony were dirty. The bathroom door was broken. The toilet was almost clogged and struggled to flush properly. The TV was broken, displaying with a blue tint. The air conditioning wasn't cold enough, even on cooling and turbo modes at 16°C. The sheets and blankets were not clean.

The room and bed were comfortable, and the space was generous. However, the bathroom needs improvement as it was dirty, and the air conditioning wasn't very cold.

Stayed at this hotel for 1 night, unfortunately, it didn’t meet my expectations. The room I was given had no windows, which made it feel quite enclosed and stuffy. The space was very tight and not particularly comfortable for a relaxing stay. Considering the price, I expected better—especially when there are other hotels offering more spacious and comfortable rooms for the same rate. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend it unless location is your only priority. Better value can definitely be found elsewhere.
